iTunes Canada had it at a decent time tonight

I still think that removing the belt from A.J. Styles was a mistake. A big, big, big, big mistake. You were setting up to give it to Abyss were you not? Then you swerve and hand it to RVD ? What the freal for? Mistake! Styles could have handled holding that title for at lest another 5 months before it got tired. The logical step would have been to have him go against Abyss or even Eric Young for it, but noooooo you had to go and screw it up. No cookies for the crew. None.

Knock Outs match... Love vs Tara vs Rayne... Rayne won with a roll up and keeps her title.

Shannon Moore vs Kaz. And the story here is, that Kaz won the Lockdown ppv last week, but the championship belt is still in the possession of former champ Doug Williams who is still stuck in Europe because of the volcanic ash. For anyone who might have been wondering why Kaz came out without the belt. They started with a collar tie up that was quickly turned into an armlock by Moore. Kaz countered by tossing Moore over, then used a deep armdrag before following it with a scoop slam. He missed with the elbow though as Moore rolled out of the way. Moore then delivered two arm drags and a scoop slam of his own on Kaz. Another collar tie up,which Kaz turned into a side headlock on Moore. Moore fought out getting Kaz in a scissors flip. This was followed with an inverted atomic drop and a double leg take down, Kaz on the mat. Moore used a leg drop but only got a two count. Kaz in the corner, as Moore came charging at him, but he moved out of the way using the rope as a slide. Kaz from outside slingshot into the ring with an armdrag on Moore. Kaz backed this with a spinning neck breaker but only got a two count. Moore got to his feet and went to the apron for a inside sunset flip but was caught by Kaz. Kaz was going for a reversed piledriver but Moore countered and was thrown into the ref. Moore was going for a top rope move, but Kaz delivered a sharp kick to the side of the skull. Kaz then went for a top rope hurricanrana but it was blocked by Moore who then went for a top rope move himself. It was ruined by Matt Morgan the evil druid as he ran out pushing Moore to the ground. Morgan the evil druid then pushed Moore back into the ring, and Kaz used his reversed piledriver for the win. Kaz is still the X-Division champ. Samoa Joe then came down after the match for a five minute beat down on Kaz. And the muscle buster will get a large pop no matter who is on the other end of it cause it's such a Beauty of a move.

A.J. Styles/Sting vs Jeff Jarrett/Hardy.... Now, you know how I feel about Sting and Hardy so... that don't impress me much. This was a falls count anywhere no dq match. Jarrett and Sting in the ring, Styles and Hardy on the ramp. (dude that sounds so wrong) Oh damn! Styles got suplexed on the ramp hard. But it was only a two count. I've said this a million times, I am not a fan of hardcore/street fight matches at all. I don't understand why the guys would want to do those type of matches I really don't.
I do however, like the fact they are scrolling injury reports on the screen. Sting pinned Jarrett for the win on the stairs.

Team 3D vs Matt Morgan the evil druid/Jessie Neal. Neal and Devon started with a collar tie up. Devon turned it into a side head lock, then slammed Neal with a hard shoulder block knocking him down. Neal walked right into another side headlock before Brother Ray tagged in with a wicked sounding slap to Neal. Brother Ray followed up with a bear hug. Nash and Hall then came to the ring ruining the match. I think run ins work much better when you do NOT play the music. When you don't know who is coming till they are in the camera's view

Flair vs Abyss. They started with a collar tie up, Flair getting tossed across the ring. Flair started to kick Abyss then went for his trademark chops. Abyss turned it around, getting Flair into the corner with a series of punches. Followed it up with a back body drop on Flair. another round of chops from Flair now outside of the ring. Abyss put Flair face first into the rails. Back in the ring and Flair used a thumb to the eye,then was heading for a top rope move, but Abyss caught him slamming him down hard in the middle of the ring. Big boot from Abyss knocking Flair down. A hard side slam from Abyss followed that, before a large splash in the corner from Abyss. Flair did his trademark falling flouso on his face and eyes. Lowblow takes the ref down. Hahaha Then Flair used the brass knuckles as a lowblow. Dude! damn. Flair gets the win. The ref saw the brass knuckles and restarted the match. Flair went right for Abyss with a kick to the face, a series of punches and chops. Abyss shook it off before Abyss used his blackhole slam for the win.

Monday Night Raw 4/26/2010

Monday Night Raw began at 8 pm. It was the WWE Draft. Raw wrestlers against Smackdown to decide who got the draft picks. Raw acquired, Edge, John Morrison, R-Truth, Chris Jericho. Smackdown acquired The Big Show, Kofi Kingston, Kelly Kelly, and Christian. Also there was number 1 contender for the wwe title. Between Orton, Sheamus, and Batista. Which proved to be the same old same old. Orton would have been victorious had he not been speared by Edge. Also last night a tag team fight between The Big Show and The Miz vs The Hart Dynasty. The winner was the Hart Dynasty. Granted the show started earlier but much of it is still lagging and the same thing. They need to spice it up some how to compete against other television shows on right now. Triple H is out right now due to his injuries he suffered at Extreme Rules by Sheamus. Orton did all but call Sheamus a dirty fighter, and for assuming he would get a title shot instead of earning it.

3 days late again on iTunes Canada

A.J. Styles came to the ring wearing the cuff links in his ears again and too much self tanner/make-up. Do I have to start yelling at the make-up crew again...Stop it! The wrestlers do not need to look like oranges.

Knock Outs tag match... I don't care

Wow alot of filler on the show tonight and you know how I feel about filler. Oh look more air.
Time for another coffee... this is just a terrible show tonight

Then two guys I can't stand had a match ... then they both did a mini commentary on their replay. Okay...um why?

A return match from the ppv this past weekend. Team Flair vs Team Hogan. Which is another group of guys I don't care for so... But it was the return of Samoa Joe. Dude, you're looking like a bit of a zombie, that your Clockwork Orange eyes? All bugged out and spaced.

A.J. Styles went up against RVD... I don't like RVD. Damn it Styles! lost the belt. Really not happy at all.

I'll be back to normal with the review next week my Spudguns.

Raw 4/19/2010 HIghlights

We open with an announcement about the fact the whole Raw crew were stuck in the airport in Europe because of the volcanic ash.
Which Triple H handled the job of telling the fans well. And well... he was funny, which if you've seen Blade 3 you already know.
The show was filled with members of the Smackdown crew.
It was a chance too for them to remind fans about the draft next week, which is suppose to be a 3 hour show.
I like that fact they pointed out how greasy CM Punk's hair is... I've been saying that for months. Wash it, cut it, and I hope you have to shave it after your match with Rey Mysterio. I've actually thought about shaving my skull like that Seline or whatever Punk's girl is named, but I wouldn't look any good that way, not brave enough. Yeah I'm babbling cause there's not much show to actually do a review on.
Rey Mysterio then came to the ring for the five minute beat down. He grabbed the hair snippers, while Triple H held down Punk. He got a nice chunk of hair off him too. I guess that means that on Sunday at the ppv Punk will loose the rest of his hair.

Drew McIntyre vs Matt Hardy. Drew went right after Hardy, but missed and Hardy managed to get the first punch in. Drew came back with a series of kicks but Hardy turned it around with a neckbreaker. Drew out of the ring, Hardy used a flying axehandle. Drew then threw him head first into the steps. Drew then started in on more kicks to the skull, following it up with a short clothesline. Hardy was down on the ropes and tired to come back with a side effect. He used another neckbreaker on Drew but only got a two count. Both men went for short clotheslines in the corner taking each other down. Hardy was going for a top rope move, but Drew took out the legs and got the cover.

Vladimir Kozlov's speech was bang on. I like this dude. Then the guest host came out... Okay the Canadian is bored....
He went up against R-Truth... or not as Truth seemed to be ... blown up. What the freal? Was this wrestling or an episode of Saturday Night Live?

Kane doing comedy? What now?   Hang on... more Kane doing comedy please.

Swagger cut a promo... someone tape his mouth shut please. Wow, the Undertaker took him up on his open challenge. Interesting. Wow, it's takes him 6 minutes to get to the ring.   They started with a collar tie up, Swagger slapping on a side head lock, then using the ropes for a running shoulder block. Another collar tie up, with Undertaker slapping on a side headlock. He then started to work on Swagger's shoulder. Undertaker walked the ropes, then added an elbow to the shoulder of Swagger. Swagger started to use kicks to fight back, and followed it with a scoop slam. Undertaker had to roll out of the ring after a series of kicks from Swagger. Undertaker with an upper cut then slammed Swagger face first into the steps. Swagger turned it around, sending Undertaker into the steps knee first. He then started to work on the leg of the Undertaker. He got him into the corner tying him up in the ropes. Undertaker threw Swagger out of the ring for a moment, setting him up on the apron for his leg drop. Undertaker used a snap suplex but only got a two count. He then started to work on the neck of swagger with a choke hold. Swagger fought out and slapped a leg lock on him, Undertaker booting him to the face. Swagger went back to the knee getting Undertaker in a strange submission hold. Swagger back out of the ring, but had done enough damage on the leg of Undertaker. Back in the ring, and they traded blows for a few minutes. Undertaker used a DDT but only got a two count. Swagger went face first into the top turnbuckle, but sill only a two count. Swagger fought out of the choke slam but walked face first into a boot. Swagger used a spinning neckbreaker but only got a near fall. Choke slam applied followed by a tombstone piledriver for the win.

Triple H/Rey Mysterio/Edge vs CM Punk/Luke Gallows/Jericho. Rey and Jericho started it off. Jericho with a kick to the gut of Rey then Rey used a spinning head scissors on him sending Jericho into the ropes. Punk and Gallows came to help him only to have Rey springboard into a suicide dive knocking them all down. Back in the ring, and Punk has tagged in, he's got Rey in a bridged submission. Punk then put Rey face first into the post. Gallows in, with a series of stomps to Rey. Then a series of drop elbows only getting a two count. Jericho tagged back in, with a large side slam on Rey. Rey fought back with kicks, but Jericho monkey flipped him into the corner. Rey used the ropes for a spring board moonsault but only got a two count. Edge and Gallows tagged in. Edge with a boot and flying shoulderblock on Gallows. Then a sit down neckbreaker on Gallows. Chaos outside the ring. Punk tagged in, stomping on the injured leg of Edge. Jericho back in and continued to work on the leg. Punk back in with a quick tag working again on the leg with a figure four. Gallows tagged in, stepping on the leg. Edge went for a flying clothesline, Triple H tagged in. Punk tagged in. Triple H with a high knee and a jaw breaker followed by a clothesline but only got a two count. Spinebuster. Chaos again. Triple H used his pedigree on Punk for the win.

Dude, I'm bored... watching this and you're telling me I've sat through it for nothing cause there was no Sheamus this week. Dude this sucks! (the 30 seconds on the monitor does not count even though he looked fabulous in a suit)

Smackdown 4/16/2010 Highlights

Drew McIntyre vs Kane. Drew managed to corner Kane right off, getting in some stiff kicks and hard punches. Kane fought back with punches before using a hip toss sending Drew across the ring. He then used a side headlock takeover holding Drew down on the mat. Kane used the ropes for a hard shoulder block knocking him down. Followed up with a drop kick. Drew battled out, and got Kane with a boot to the face. He then used a neckbreaker on Kane. It only got him a two count. Kane came back with a boot to the face of Drew then got him with a clothesline in the corner. Only got a two count. Kane went off the top rope with a flying clothesline setting up for the choke slam but Drew rolled out of the ring. Matt Hardy came down pushing Drew back into the ring causing a DQ.

Dolph Ziggler vs R-Truth. Ziggler used a cheap shot on Truth then started to lay in the punches. Following it up with an inverted bodyslam but only getting a two count. He then went into a modified sleeper but Truth fought back with a series of clotheslines. He then used a deep hiptoss sending Ziggler across the ring. Ziggler ducked as Truth went for his lie detector. Ziggler then slapped on the sleeper hold finisher for the win.

Divas match.... don't care.

Hart Dynasty/Rey Mysterio vs CM Punk and his crew. Luke Gallows and Smith started it off with Gallows giving him a kick to the face. Gallows then had him in the corner, but Smith fought back and used a deep scoop slam but only got a two count. Rey tagged in. They used a drop toe hold and a double drop kick to the skull of Gallows. Kidd tagged in, as did Punk. Collar tie up into an armbar by Kidd. Punk used a series of hard kicks to the back of Kidd, but Kidd reversed it using another one of his armdrags to get the better of Punk. Smith tagged back in, then Rey as they used a triple team move with Rey getting a two count. Punk pulled Rey into the the second turnbuckle then laid in some kicks, standing on Rey's throat. Punk then had Rey wrapped around the ringpost and used a drop kick on him.
Rey fought back with his flying bulldog. Darren Young tagged in and got stomped on in the corner by Smith who had tagged in. Kidd then tagged in and they used a double team move on him. Gallows tagged in with a hard batch of punches on Kidd. Kidd went for a top rope move by got kicked in the skull and knocked out of the ring. Gallows brought him back in and used a drop elbow but only got a two count. Darren Young tagged in and used a neckbreaker getting a near fall. Punk tagged back in with a stomp to Kidd then a back breaker, then slapped a scissors choke on Kidd. Smith tagged in with an off the ropes shoulder blocks but Punk went for a roll up before using a vicious kick only getting a near fall.
Smith used a drop toe hold sending Punk into the second turnbuckle, giving Rey the chance to 619 him in the corner giving Smith the change then to cover Punk. Smith got the win with a roll up.

Caylen Croft vs JTG.... I don't care about these guys either.

Jack Swagger vs Jericho vs Edge in a triple threat. Jericho went after Edge with a series of punches, then Swagger attacked as well. Jericho then went for a roll up on Swagger but failed. Swagger answered with a side suplex on Jericho. Edge working on the back of the neck on Swagger as Jericho rolled out of the ring. Edge sent Swagger off the ropes and out of the ring. Jericho back in, laying in fists to Edge then choking him on the ropes. Edge came back with punches of his own then Swagger pulled him to the mat. Jericho using the ropes to continue working on Edge's neck. Swagger used another side slam suplex on Edge. Edge pulled down the ropes sending both of the others out. Then baseball slide to break up the count. He sent Jericho into the rails, then Swagger face first into them. Back in the ring Swagger was sent. Swagger tried to get Jericho back in the ring but Edge took the legs out from under both men sending Jericho to the floor and Swagger to the mat. Back in the ring and Edge went for his spear but he got the poll. Swagger then started to work on the shoulder of Edge. Swagger then used a backbreaker but only got a two count. Jericho never got back in, and Swagger used his running corner springboard but once again only got a near fall. Outside of the ring and Swagger goes face first into the announce booth. Jericho gets Edge back into the ring and used a side slam but only got a near fall. he then started to work on the neck of Edge with a choke hold. Edge then used Swagger as a battering ram sending him into Jericho. Then total chaos. Jericho with a roll up on Edge but nothing, then Edge going for a cover but nothing. Jericho was going for a bulldog on Edge but ended up in the ropes tangled. Edge got ready for a spear but Jericho countered with the walls of Jericho, the whole time Swagger was on the floor. Swagger in then got slapped with a Walls of Jericho, but Edge broke it with a DDT. Jericho used the codebreaker on Swagger and all three were down. Jericho up thinking he'd spear Edge but Edge leap frogged. Swagger pulled Edge out of the ring and pinned Jericho keeping his title.

I know the column is getting later in the week every week. iTunes Canada still does not have it, but Spike official website finally does so here we go...

And the first question of the night is Why ... why are you wasting my time? Then there was a lot of crap I didn't pay any attention to until I saw Brother Ray come down to the announce booth ... then he said their match was a street fight and I lost interest again...It was Team 3D/Jessie Neal vs Nash and his boys... and we are suppose to believe that that so called distraction by that Bubba feller was just .... dude I run faster then that and I'm handicap... Then Mr Yummy... er Young came down with a hockey stick. How very Canadian of you, do it again!

Shannon Moore vs Kaz. They started with a collar tie up, which lead to Moore in the corner. Moore got a second collar tie up and a front slam on Kaz before starting to work on the arm of Kaz with a wrist lock. Kaz managed to reverse it and put him in a side headlock, hanging onto the dreadful hairdo for a hiptoss take down. Moore managed to break out of that hold and went right back to working on the arm of Kaz with a series of hard elbows. He got an armdrag on Kaz sending him across the ring before going back to work on the left shoulder. This went on for a few minutes in a back and forth sort of way. He then got an inverted atomic drop on Kaz backing it up with a leg drop before getting him in the corner with a series of shoulder blocks. Kaz battled out and got the top rope down sending Moore flying to the floor. Back in the ring and Kaz slingshots himself back with a legdrop on Moore but only a two count. Kaz followed through with three slams into the corner then a suplex but still only got a near fall. Moore tried then for a crossbody but was cut short by landing on Kaz's knee. Moore was going for a aerial move but it took both men down to the mat. Moore then got a clothesline, spin kick and a drop kick on Kaz knocking him to outside of the ring then used a moonsault on him. Both men down. Back in the ring, and Moore went for another high risk move but Kaz caught him and used a modified necktie/bridge only getting the two count. Moore went for his corkscrew moonsault but Kaz managed to kick out. And we hit a time limit no one won. Wow. That's impressive actually, when was the last time on television that happened?

I've said this a million times, I love Jay Lethal as Jay Lethal. Please please please drop the gimmick, get rid of the damned sparkly moo-moo. I mean man, isn't your throat sore after 3 years of doing that voice?
He teamed with Pope...er was suppose to but Beer Money Inc kind of used a backstage five minute beat down on Lethal. Hey maybe when Lethal comes to from the bottle shot he'll be old Jay again?

Knock Outs in a nontitle match.... don't care and damn it can't even fast forward cause I'm watching on the official website.

Robert Roode vs the guy I don't like so... moving on.
Pope vs A.J. Styles/Wolfe in a handicap match. ... or you know not as Wolfe got a steel chair to the back as he was coming to the ring. Well what do you expect with 4 minutes on the show and this being the main event and all, not like they were actually going to give us a match or anything. Oh look Styles removed the damned cufflinks from his ears. Maybe he's listening to my fashion advice after all. Pope tossed Styles off the ramp onto the rails, then face first into the stairs. Finally get into the ring, Pope has Styles on his shoulders but Styles used a rake to the face to brake the hold then used a kick to the back of the skull. Flair disrupted the match and a dq was called.

And the MotorCityMachine Guns! vs Matt Morgan the evil druid and Amazing Red. Alex Shelley and Matt Morgan started it off, with w collar tie up, Shelley getting tossed like a ragdoll. Shelley came back at him with a series of kicks but got caught with a simple shoulder block. Chris Sabin ran in but was greeted with a short clothesline both MMG are down on the mat. Morgan picked up Shelley holding him in his hesitation slam then dropped him hard where upon Shelley landed on Sabin. Dude are you two okay? Both Guns are out of the ring now. Red tagged in as did Sabin, who had Red in a side head lock. Sabin bounced off the ropes with a shoulder block to Red, then the two played leapfrog for a few seconds before Red used a headscissors tossing Sabin to the corner. Shelley tagged back in. Red got him with a hard kick to the back of the skull/neck. Dude again is he okay? Sabin came in, Red slid out of the ring, Sabin with a wicked kick from the apron flipping over Red. Beauty! Just Beauty! Back in the ring and Sabin gets a two count. Red fights back landing a hard mule kick to the jaw of Sabin sending him rocking but the Guns! managed to use a double team move on him but still only a two count. Morgan tagged himself in and Sabin went right for him with a series of forearms but got a stiff elbow for his troubles. Shelley came in to help and got footprinted to the face. Oh God! Is Sabin alright? Morgan picked him up by the back of the neck and just slammed Sabin face first off the top turnbuckle, causing him whiplash. He then went for a stack up in the corner but the Guns! managed to slid on the second rope and get out of the way. Shelley went for a crossbody, Sabin coming in to help with the pin but Morgan tossed them both like butter. Red tagged in, Sabin is now the legal man, Red used a floatin and a sunset flip but Sabin answered with a kick to Red's face. Shelley in with a charge to the corner but Red kicked him then used a flying DDT. Sabin in, but got flipped inside out by Morgan who ran into the ring. Morgan then was setting Shelley up for his trademark hellevator but Red stole the win with a Code Red on Sabin. Hang on! Mr. Shelley Mr. Sabin what did I say to you like a month ago on here, if I didn't see those belts around your tiny little skeleton waists soon I was going to send you angry letters... oh I feel a rant coming on in the next post I do.

The highlight of the show this week for me was watching the little crawl screen updates that Spike Official website has at the bottom of the video. Lovely seeing what the rest of you zombied perverts were watching while I was trying to do this review. Not even Mr. Shelley could keep my attention tonight for more then a few seconds.

ROH review... I hope -April 12th 2010

Okay guys, I have been trying to get my hands on copies of Ring Of Honor stuff. For those of you- my Spudguns who read this on a regular basis, you know I do not have cable. Everything I get is off the internet. Mostly iTunes Canada.
I know that ROH was being shown online every week, but for whatever reason, my "region" wasn't able to get it. Many times I would find something only to get a message that said "that product is not supported in your region" or worse still "item you are trying to view has been removed for copyright reasons"
Well, I think that enough people must have complained or just you know broke rules or something because Oh My God! I got to watch the ROH episode for this past week on youtube

So here we go with my first ROH review... I hope. ROH April 12th 2010
*It seems this is right after the latest ROH ppv and we have Tyler Black still the champ.

*Jerry Lynn vs Jake Maning (his name never came up so forgive me if I'm wrong) Jake kicked Lynn, going for a off the ropes shoulder block before Lynn turned it around landing one on him. Lynn then slapped on a side headlock, and a hip toss. He then started to work on the arm of Maning, going for a cover but only got a two count before Maning kicked out. Lynn was then backed into the corner but spun out of the way, reversing it on him. Maning then slammed him down hard on the top rope across his neck. Maning continued then to work on the injured neck but Lynn got a near fall with what looked like a standing crossbody. Maning then used a jawbreaker before applying a submission move craning the neck of Lynn. Maning went for a top rope move but Lynn pulled a hurricanrana followed by a series of clotheslines. Lynn finished it off with a piledriver for the win.

*Steve Cornio... damn sorry drooling again. But damn! I keep forgetting he's Canadian. He went up against El Generico . Or I should say, he trashed mouthed El Generico who ripped the clothes off Cornio... sorry got distracted. What? I'm a Cornio fan from back in ECW okay.

*Kevin Steen vs Eddie Edwards. Steen kicked him in the elbow before backing him into the corner, continuing to lay down forearms and punches. He then sent Edwards out to the floor, continuing to work on the injured arm. He threw him back into the ring to brake the count, but Edwards used a suicide dive knocking him down. Steen was sent hard into the rails before Edwards gave him a large boot to the jaw. Steen got the advantage once again, by dragging Edwards to the ring apron and slamming his arm hard into the ring post. He then used a steel chair against the post sandwiching the arm. Back in the ring now and Steen had him in the middle with an armlock. Edwards battled out with a series of headbutts and a armdrag hiptoss. Edwards followed that up with a kick to the skull and a headscissors take over. Steen went for a top rope swan dive but only got a two count. They started to trade blows then for a few minutes but Edwards used a suplex for the advantage. Edwards sent Steen over with a large flip, clothesline and a sit down powerbomb. Steen came back to once again work on the elbow, but Edwards went off the top rope with a flying codebreaker. Only got a two count. Steen went for a powerbomb but only had a two count. Steen then headed up to the top turnbuckle but was caught up with a kick to the side of the skull which rocked him, but somehow came back and slapped on a crossface. Edwards used a small package for the win.

Okay, I wish I could say this will be a new weekly column, but the best I can do is say, I'll do my best. But I will be doing a ROH review as often as I can.

Raw Highlights April 12th 2010

We open with a Divas championship match between Eve and Maryse. ...I don't care. oh hair ref hair. Eve won the belt this will be her first title run.

Miz and Big Show were cutting a promo when Bret Hart came out from the back. I used to be totally in love with Bret Hart back in the 1980's/early 1990's. Now... dude hair cut please! Then the Hart Dynasty came out... predictable. I like the Miz, he talks like an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Smith challenged Miz to a one on one match. Natayla always seems to have her hands on her cousin's shoulder or arms or something, does that weird anyone else out? There was a commercial and when we returned, Smith was using a roll up on Miz but only got a two count, he then had Miz down on the mat using a submission style move which he turned into two slams, never letting go of the hold. Miz fought out with elbows. Smith then got Miz into the corner with a hard boot. Miz went across the ring but managed to get a boot of his own up. Smith sent Miz over in an overhead toss before hanging him on the second rope. Smith then used his vertical suplex but only got a near fall. Miz took the legs out from under Smith with a kick to the knee. This let Miz turn things around with a top rope move, double axe handle but only got a two count. Miz then followed with a camel clutch. Smith broke the hold but backing up into the corner crushing Miz. They then exchanged fists for the next few minutes before Smith used a series of clotheslines and a scoop slam on Miz. Smith then used a belly to belly but only got a two count. Miz turned it around with a flying clothesline in the corner, then back to the top rope. But Smith caught him with a kick midmove. The Sharpshooter was added, but BS caused a distraction. Miz used his skullcrusher for the win.

Evan Bourne vs Carlito. We start with a collar tie up which led to Bourne going face first into the top turnbuckle. Carlito sent him into the other corner but Bourne turned it into spinning scissors move. He backed it up with a series of kicks to the upper body of Carlito. Carlito grabbed him with a power slam then started to stomp on Bourne. He then followed up with a choke hold. Another series of kicks from Bourne but Carlito gave him one of his own then got a two count. He used a suplex next but got only a near fall. Both men trading blows for a moment then Bourne used a running drop kick in the corner. Carlito then hip tossed Bourne into the corner, going for his backstabber but Bourne countered. Bourned used his trademark airbourne for the win.

I'm bored where the hell is Sheamus?

John Cena vs David Otunga. Cena when for a take down getting David off his feet, slapping on a chinlock. David tried to power out of it, but Cena used a hiptoss take down, getting a submission hold on him. Cena then started to work on the wrist and arm of David. Cena then went for what looked like a full nelson but changed it up into another hiptoss take down going right back to a chinlock/choke hold. They started trading fists, Cena knocked down David twice then slapped a suplex on him. Batista was at ringside getting Cena's attention. But it wasn't enough as Cena still managed to give a running clothesline to David taking him off his feet. He slapped on the STF for the win.

Sheamus the white knight vs Kofi Kingston. They started with a collar tie up (I know everyone does) Sheamus tossing Kofi into the corner but came back at him with a hard kick to the left thigh. Sheamus answered with a kick of his own then put Kofi into a side headlock. Kofi battled out with a series of elbows sending Sheamus off the ropes, and Sheamus smoothly used a clothesline knocking Kofi down. Another series of kicks from Kofi, followed by a drop kick. Kofi held the ropes and Sheamus went outside of the ring. Kofi then went for an aerial move but Sheamus crawled back into the ring, Kofi on the apron dragging Sheamus into the top turnbuckle. Kofi then off the top rope for another drop kick but it only got him a two count. Sheamus answered with a double axe handle to the top of the head of Kofi. Kofi then outside of the ring, Sheamus pulled him back in going for another cover but only a two count. He then applied a submission move on Kofi. Sheamus then used a simple slam but it was only a two count. Kofi then back at him with another series of kicks before another drop kick. Kofi used his boomdrop then used his trademark trouble in paradise but Sheamus broke the hold with the bottom rope. Sweet. Back outside the ring, and Sheamus used a monitor on him getting a DQ.

Another pointless match the Baywatch Babes .... yeah fast forwarded.

Randy Orton vs Batista. My money is on Orton. They started with a collar tie up, Orton in the corner. Orton then slapped on a sidehead lock which he managed to turn into a slide down drop toe hold. Nice. Another side headlock by Orton, then they both started to trade blows. Orton used a reversed hangman then started his stomp. He went for a flying knee but missed, and Batista sent him shoulder first into the ring post, Orton then rolled out of the ring. Back in the ring and we have Batista with a chin lock on Orton in the middle of the ring. Orton went face first into the second turnbuckle, just before Batista pulled him half out of the ring onto the apron and used a series of forearms. He went for a cover but it was only a two count. Batista put a choke hold on Orton but Orton powered out. Both men used a clothesline off the ropes, before Batista tore up the announce booth. Orton found a way to get out of it, sending Batista face first into the table. Back in the ring and Batista lands a series of kicks to the face of Orton. Orton then sent Batista into the ring post following it up with another round of clotheslines. Batista went for his Batistabomb but Orton got a scoop slam on him, starting his shapeshifting. Batista rolled out of the ring and used a cheapshot of rake to the eyes but Orton got him with his second rope DDT. Only a two count. Orton seemed to put a hold on his shapeshifting routine and even though he went for an RKO he didn't manage it the first time, Batista countered it with a spinebuster. Batista turned around but walked right into an RKO. He would have had it with that second one but Swagger ran out ruining the match causing a DQ.

I had some issues getting to see the show this week.

Morrison vs Swagger. Swagger was in the corner with Morrison landing punches to his head, followed by a high kneed. Swagger went to counter but Morrison slid under his legs then getting him with a drop kick. It got him a two count. Swagger got Morrison into the corner with a series of shoulderblocks. Morrison countered again, but Swagger used a side press before slapping on submission move.
Morrison went off the ropes and got caught up in a knee from Swagger. Swagger then started to work on the midsection of Morrison. Back in the corner Swagger had Morrison trapped, until Morrison used the ropes falling half out of the ring. Swagger went once again to a submission move. Morrison had battled out only to get tossed across the ring from the top rope by Swagger. Swagger went for a top rope move but Morrison got the legs up stopping him in mid move. Morrison used a series of punches and shoulder blocks but only got a two count. Swagger used the ropes to tangle Morrison but again only got a two count. Morrison used a running sunset flip but only got a two count. Swagger used his gutwrench powerbomb for the win.

Drew McIntyre vs Matt Hardy. Hardy started strong with a series of punches, but Drew countered. He got Hardy in the corner but Hardy used a flying clothesline off the top rope before getting Drew in the ropes with a choke. Both men out of the ring, then Drew put a submission move on him back in the middle of the ring. Hardy battled out with another round of punches. Drew used the top rope in a reversed hangman. He then slapped on a rear chin lock. Hardy slapped on the side effect but only got a two count. Hardy went for a running clothesline but was stopped with a back elbow from Drew. Drew then was outside of the ring, and Hardy used another flying elbow to Drew across the neck. Drew got back and countered with a double underhook DDT outside of the ring. Rolling Hardy back into the ring Drew got the pin.

Caylen Croft/Trent Barreta vs Hart Dynasty. Kidd and Croft started it off. Kidd used a slid around and drop toe hold combo before getting a side head lock on. He then used a snap suplex. Croft countered with a shoulder block from outside of the ropes but it got him nowhere. Barreta tagged in, landing a flying elbow on Kidd. He got Kidd in the corner with a series of knees, but he managed to tag in Smith. Smith used a clothesline and shoulderblock turning things in his favour. Smith pulled out a sharpshooter for the win.

Jericho vs Edge. They started with a collar tie up which lead to a side head lock on Edge. Jericho used a shoulder block but Edge tossed him out of the ring. Back in the ring and Jericho delivers a weak looking kick to Edge, and Edge countered with a drop toe hold sending Jericho to the second rope. He then used a series of forearms to the face before wrapping Jericho around the ring post. Edge continued to work on the bandaged ribs of Jericho. Jericho did manage to pull out a spring board knocking Edge off the ring apron. Jericho followed with a bottom rope choke. It got him a two count. Back to the ropes for another choke hold on Edge. Jericho had Edge down with a boot to the throat. Jericho went for another cover but only got a near fall. He used a snapmare and submission move, but Edge powered out. Jericho used a baseball slid to get Edge out of the ring. Back in the ring, and Jericho was in control with a series of kicks then sent him face first into the top ropes. Another snapmare into a modified choke but Edge powered out once again. He turned it around getting Jericho into the corner, following with a clothesline and flapjack. Jericho used a bulldog to set up for his lionsault but Edge got his knees up. Jericho then slapped on his walls of Jericho, which Edge broke by getting to the ropes. Edge got a large boot up but it only gave him a near fall. Jericho landed the codebreaker but Edge flew out of the ring, the count started, and Jericho rolled Edge back into the ring, but still only a two count. Edge went for the spear but Jericho slid out of the ring, Edge going after him and they were both counted out.

Six man elimination match Shark Boy vs Alex Shelley vs Sonjay Dutt vs Petey Williams vs Jay Lethal vs Senshi.

Shark Boy and Petey Williams started it off with a collar tie up that Shark Boy turned into a side headlock, that Williams tried to fight off. Shark Boy then went off the ropes with a running shoulder block sending Williams down. Williams then back to his feet landed a slap across the mask of Shark Boy before Shark Boy delivered a drop kick and a deep armdrag. He then continued to work on Williams arm for a few minutes before Williams got out of it. Shark Boy then gave him a back body drop. Williams came back with an inverted atomic drop then put Shark Boy in the tree of woe. Williams then was put out of the ring, Shark Boy getting the advantage again with a cross body block outside landing on him. Back in the ring, Jay Lethal tagged in. They used a few double team moves on Williams, with Lethal going for a cover but only getting a two count. Lethal delivered a backbreaker going for another cover but only a near fall. Williams now in the corner and Lethal with a float over but Williams landed a knee to the jaw of Lethal sweeping out his legs. Senshi tagged in, with a round of hard kicks to Lethal. Both men then started to exchange a series of chops, before Lethal gave him a drop kick. Senshi went off the ropes but was caught midmove by Lethal who used a flapjack on him putting him face first into the mat. A forearm from Lethal who then went off the ropes. He was stopped short by a mule kick from Senshi which gave Senshi a near fall. Alex Shelley tagged in. They used a double team move on Lethal before Shelley decided to work on the neck of Lethal with a necktie bridge. Lethal countered turning the necktie choke around on Shelley, which only lasted a few seconds before Shelley turned it around once more adding a backbreaker. He got a two count. Lethal turned it back to his advantage for a moment with a jaw breaker but as he came off the ropes, Shelley landed a mule kick to him. Shelley went for an off the ropes move himself, but was caught up in a hiptoss take over, and a low drop kick. Sonjay Dutt tagged in. He got Shelley in a headscissors take over, following it with a deep arm drag. He used a drop toehold and two standing moonsaults before getting a near fall. Now in the corner Dutt went for a top rope move but Shelley pulled him down onto the rope giving him a very intense rope burn. Shelley continued to use the ropes in his favour, then added a spinning kick for good measure. He got a near fall. This lead to a double leg take down and a perfect moonsault off the second rope. Another near fall. Then he did tagged Shark Boy in with a bit of a mind melt. The rest of the guys got into the ring then for a six pack suplex (Shelley, Williams, Senshi over) Shark Boy sent a few chops to Dutt, then a kick and a shoulder block from outside the ring. Dutt then delivered a few running elbows to Shark Boy who is now in the corner. This was countered with a stiff boot by Shark Boy. He went for the deadsea drop but was stopped, which he then used a neck breaker on Dutt. Shark Boy up to the top rope for an elbow drop but missed letting Dutt slap on a standing moonsault. Shark Boy has been eliminated. Shelley came in with a knee to the shoulder of Dutt, sending him into the corner with an extended leg to the throat of Dutt. Dutt then gave a open hand slap to the jaw of Shelley, who came back at him with a round kick to the back of the skull. Dutt went off the top rope but missed, as Shelley tossed him back into the corner and used a double kick to the back of his knees. Lethal tagged in with a drop kick on Shelley. Shelley managed to get the upper hand again with a simple face plant into the second turnbuckle then set Lethal up for his medium drop kick pushing the back of Lethal's neck hard into the second turnbuckle. Beauty. Shelley followed up with a brainbuster and top rope senton that backfired on him as Lethal got the knees up. Things in Lethal's favour now as he slapped on a full nelson overhook getting the pin on Shelley. Alex Shelley was eliminated. Everyone jumped into the ring and there were flying round houses everywhere for a few moments. Senshi was sent out of the ring by Dutt, then Williams went off the top rope with a cross body onto Senshi. Lethal used a suicide dive on Williams, Dutt top turnbuckle moonsault on all three men outside of the ring. Lethal and Williams in the ring. Lethal used a springboard but Williams got out of the way, but Lethal got him with a kick to the face. Williams then slapped on his Canadian Destroyer for a pin on Lethal. Jay Lethal was eliminated. Dutt in the ring with a series of kicks to Williams. Williams was in the corner managed to move and reverse things on Dutt with a hard leg drop on the ring apron. Williams got a near fall. Williams drops Dutt on the ropes, going for a running move but didn't see Senshi tag himself in. Senshi had a massive running clothesline on Williams. Senshi and Williams both climbing the ropes, Dutt used a flip on Williams Senshi landed his double stomp on Williams getting the pin. Petey Williams was eliminated. Dutt then gets a hurricanran off the top rope on Senshi followed by a low drop kick but only a two count. He backed this up with a spinning DDT before Senshi used another double foot stomp but only got a two count. Dutt used a jawbreaker on Senshi then climbed the ropes but was caught with the knees. This gave Senshi the advantage where upon he landed a vicious looking double drop kick to the face of Dutt sending him crashing into the corner. He had him in the tree of woe ending it with a double foot stomp to the head getting the win. Senshi went on to the ppv Slammiversary as the number one contender for the X-Division belt.

What I liked about this match, besides the obvious screen shot, were the unique moves Shelley was introducing into it, mostly against Lethal. There really wasn't anything too predictable in this match at all, and the pace was strong. The guys were quick with their moves, as well, the overall length of this match gave it; it's credit. This was also the first many of us had seen Senshi. I had not seen him wrestle as his former ego Loki, but his style was definitely a compliment to the rest of the guys in this match.

You have all heard me saying for the last few months how unimpressed I am with the whole direction TNA Impact has gone. I keep complaining but no one is bothering to listen. Or are they? I read other fan sites and I know I am not the only one who feels this way. So, this will be a new column; don't worry, I'll still do the weekly review of the new Impact episodes every week; but this new column will be about matches from old episodes that I thought rocked. So let's kick 'er off shall we.

X-Division Match from Sept 14th 2006
Alex Shelley vs Chris Sabin

We start with an armbar on Sabin who countered with his roll through flip, reversing it on Shelley before taking him down to the mat. Shelley managed to kick off putting distance between them both. We move into a side headlock on Shelley, who broke the hold going back to working on Sabin's shoulder before sweeping out the legs from under Sabin. Shelley then had control of the match by standing on Sabin's wrist. Back to a standing position, and Sabin switches it putting another side headlock on Shelley. Sabin then off the ropes with a hard looking shoulder block sending Shelley down. Sabin then uses his cartwheel/armdrag tossing Shelley across the ring. Shelley then bounces off the ropes with his spinning underarm hook, following it with a knee to the stomach. He then put Sabin face first into the top turnbuckle before the counter of a headscissors sending Shelley outside of the ring. Suicide dive by Sabin knocks both men out for a moment. Back into the ring and Shelley delivers a hard forearm to the side of the skull of Sabin, rocking him. They back and forth with the forearms for another few moments. Shelley breaks the rhythm with a rake to the eyes, snapmare and a kick. It only gave him a two count. Shelley then went for a double leg takedown before landing one of his beautiful moonsaults, which missed. Sabin then is flipped over the top rope to land on his feet on the apron, giving Shelley a fist to the jaw before setting up his springboard dropkick. Shelley stumbled back into the corner and Sabin came charging at him with a straight kick to the side of the skull. Both men are tangled in the ropes. Sabin gets his wits about him and hangs Shelley in the tree of woe for his hesitation drop kick. Beauty. He got a two count but Shelley grabbed the bottom rope for the break. Nice. Shelley then comes back with his mule kick and a running drop kick. Lethal/Dutt/Devine case a small distraction letting Sabin use a rollup small package for the win.

What I liked about this match, it was no-nonsense. Even with the little distraction at the end it still focused on the men in the ring. This was at a point when Chris Sabin had held the X-Division belt only twice and Alex Shelley had been tagged up with Johnny Devine as the Paparazzi. I actually liked the paparazzi angle Shelley was doing at that time, it was different and somehow natural. It seemed to me though that they were just tossing him with anyone trying to create a tag team that never really gelled. (Nash, Devine, Aries) Sabin and Shelley as the MotorCityMachine Guns! Beauty. Like a gift from Dionysus. Shelley and Sabin against each other in a match, genius pure and simple.

My Thoughts on TNA Impact for April 5th 2010

iTunes Canada was 3 days late again. Dude, are you going to do this on the weeks of every live show? We have readers on this blog. Not as many as I would like, but readers none the less. Maybe I need to bring back the Sabin hair gimmick and get the return of the Sabin fans to the blog?

So we have a pointless flashback from last week then we go to an interview with the Knock Outs. Okay, you all know my rule about talking about the Knock Outs, but honestly, where are they all? Velvet Sky was saying how they -the TNA Knock Outs- have revolutionized the business, but in the last 4 months I have not seen anything new or revolutionary from the TNA women's division. It looks like the same stale old dren that the other company offers. I was impressed back 3 years ago when the Knock Outs made their debut, now my fast forward button can't go fast enough.
Fix the frealing opening already it's still crap. No, I'm not difficult to please, just bored. Dude I have been a fan for 31 of my 36 years on this planet, and I really do not want to see the same stuff over and over and over again. On the rare time I do, I buy the dvd. All you're giving me is old production notes from WCW with a fresh slice of moldy cheese on the plate.

Our first match which was by the by is after the 20minute mark; has already started and is between Storm and RVD. Storm sends RVD into the corner, RVD floats over then puts a boot to the face of Storm. RVD uses his roll through/monkey flip to toss Storm across the ring. Storm sent RVD into the other corner but RVD countered, sending Storm off the ring apron with a kick. He then went for a baseball slid, but Storm caught him and slammed him into the rails. RVD used a shoulder block from outside the ropes but Storm countered with a mid rope DDT. He went for a pin but only got a two count. Storm followed this with a vertical suplex, and a rear chin lock in the middle of the mat. RVD fought out of it, and was going off the ropes, Storm tried for a knee to the jaw but RVD grabbed his leg going for a roll up. Only a two count. RVD then used his trademark spinkick before both men started trading fists. Another high spin kick from RVD which gave him a chance to set up for his rolling thunder. Storm managed to come back with a spinning heel kick to the skull and a the eye of the storm. RVD came back with a front slam and his split legged moonsault for the win. Boo.

Homicide vs Rob Terry for the Global title. He's calling himself the Freak? Dude, really? Homicide did not wait, he jumped him as the bell was being rung. Kick to the stomach followed by a chop, did nothing. Much as the next set of chops. Homicide went off the ropes but ended up with a clothesline for his troubles. Terry followed this up with a choke slam that sent Homicide flying across the ring. Homicide then tried for a monkey flip but failed, before Terry got him in a long held press slam. Homicide then got tossed the other end of the ring via a deep hip toss. Homicide tried for a corner move but was caught in a front slam. Terry got the win. What the freal was that? I'm talking the end of the Global match, which had Terry standing there bleeding from a evil harsh chair shot that by the by never took him down, didn't even phase him, but the fact Orlando Jordan came out with I don't even want to know what splattered on him... What the freal is the deal with Jordan? No second thought, I don't want to know at all. Just toast him already.

Knock Outs match... don't care. Tara won the first round getting a key to a locked box she got her spider back . Daffnay won the second round getting a key to a locked box she lost and had to do a strip tease. Velvet Sky won round three got a key to a locked box, she got the open contract to any match. Angelina Love won the final round getting a key to the locked box she won the belt.

Ladder match between Kurt Angle and Mr. Anderson. Anderson jumped Angle, and had him down in the corner where he was stepping on his throat before using a punch/kick combo. The bell was then rung and we see Anderson with Kurt Angle on his shoulders for a drop roll. The ladder was then brought into the ring, as Angle started to show some fight. Anderson then suplexed him onto the ladder. Kurt recovered enough to give Anderson a belly to back suplex on the ladder himself. Kurt then followed it up with a few closed fists before starting to send Anderson into the ladder, but Anderson ducked and reversed it sending Kurt face first into the ladder. Anderson then started up the ladder, but was not high enough as Kurt grabbed him for an Angleslam. Anderson is now outside of the ring on the floor. Kurt was at the top of the ladder, Anderson came back in toppling it and Kurt went over the top rope hit the apron and fell hard onto the floor. Dude that was like a 14 foot drop! The crowd started to chant "holy s**t" which the censor crew could not censor proper. Anderson back up the ladder, somehow Kurt got up and onto the top turnbuckle drop kicking the ladder out from under Anderson. Both men down and with good reason. Kurt back up to his feet with a over head suplex on Anderson. How is he even breathing let alone standing? Kurt placed Anderson on the ladder and went back to the ropes for a top rope moonsault. He picked up Anderson and tossed him shoulder first into the ring post, and started up the ladder again. Anderson the used the chain of Kurt's metal to choke him out. Anderson then climbed up for the key that was hanging there.

Okay I adore Jay Lethal. As Jay Lethal not as Macho Man. Please, please please drop the gimmick. I have been begging you to, nagging you to drop the gimmick for the last year and a half. Just drop the gimmick and be the old Jay Lethal.

Anyone else feel like just watching old episodes of the Trailer Park Boys? or Durham County?
Pope's promo was good. Dude, I will find a way to get your trenchcoat righty-ho righty-ho.

Doug Williams vs Generation Me in a gauntlet match. My money's on Williams as I really don't care much at all for Generation Me. Jeremy started dude two words for you 1) hair 2) cut Williams used an armbar but Jeremy countered causing Williams to go for the ropes to break the hold. Williams then took out the legs of Jeremy sending him into the corner, but Jeremy countered with a moonsault/cross body combo. Williams came back at him with a simple open hand slap getting him against the ropes but Jeremy got a boot up landing it square in Williams face. This he followed up with a outside shoulderblock and a springboard powerbomb planting Williams face first. Williams shook it off and used his chaos theory suplex for the win of this first round.
Second round was Max who used a suicide dive to get into the ring landing on Williams. Max then ducked a clothesline before using a drop kick but only got a two count. Williams was then sent across the ring hitting the one corner then the other as Max went for a scoop slam and a flying leg drop. Williams then out of nowhere used a front choke small package forcing Max to tap. Yay. I like Williams.

Wolfe vs Pope. Wolfe did not wait and ran down the ramp at Pope, but was greeted with a hard fist. Wolfe was thrown into the ring, but still managed to get an upper cut on Pope as he was climbing into the ring, getting the advantage. Pope fought back but was cut short by a knee to the chest followed by Wolfe's flying hammerlock. Pope was placed on the top turnbuckle where upon Wolfe used his double chop setting up for the tower of london but it was countered. They got out of the corner, with Pope using a open palmed thrust. Pope followed that up with his DDE for the win. Then Styles came out of nowhere looking normal for the first time in months knocking into Pope and the camera man who got crushed under everyone.

And the MotorCityMachine Guns! vs Team 3D for the number one contenders spot. Chris Sabin and Brother Ray started off with a collar tie up which Brother Ray turned into a armbar. Sabin countered it reversing it on him. Mr. Sabin Have I nagged yet about the boots? No well consider this me asking what the hell is up with those laces you wear? I know you've been doing the footwear like that for awhile now but ... Brother Ray managed to roll out of it, landing a hard right on Sabin's jaw. Sabin countered with a series of forearmss and kicks, looking like he had things under control, but he didn't. Brother Ray placed one perfectly timed boot to the face sending Sabin hard to the mat. He was going for a second round, but Sabin rolled and got him with a mule kick. Beauty. He backed it up with a springboard cross body but it only got him a near fall. Alex Shelley tagged in and they used a double team move on Brother Ray. Brother Ray came back at Shelley with a vicious chop sending him staggering back and then tagged in Devon. Devon had Shelley down on the mat, using a headbutt to the lower back for added pressure. Shelley was heading for a tag but was cut short when Devon grabbed him slapping on a bear hug. He broke the hold and landed a kick to the jaw of Devon, rocking him. Sabin tagged back in crossing to the far corner with a forearm to Brother Ray before turning his attention back to Devon with a running forearm. Brother Ray came back into the ring, Sabin caught him with a mule kick then went to the top rope for a double drop kick on them both. Brother Ray got to his feet and went charging but Sabin ducked and Brother Ray continued on landing the clothesline on Devon in the corner. Sabin then used a flying kick to the back of the skull on Brother Ray, before turning his attention back on Devon. Double team from him and Shelley on Devon with their stereo kicks. Shelley tagged back in and went off the top rope for a cross body while Sabin held Devon in a neckbreaker. Got only a two count. Brother Ray then from behind with a double clothesline taking both MMG to the mat. He then picked up Sabin in a scoop slam as Devon went to the top rope landing a What's Up on Sabin. Boo. Then Nash and his boys came down to the ring ruining the match. Double Boo. And you can see that Shelley got marked up but it didn't work proper because he had been sweating.

So to sum up my thoughts this week, if you are downloading from iTunes and missing the old TNA like I am, just skip this week and down load the episode from June 18th 2006. Which was a great episode...

We opened with Swagger coming out with the belt. I still don't think that he should be holding a title.
Then Cena came out and said the same thing. Randy Orton came out to the ring to the crowd screaming and cheering. Bout time too. Orton is one of the most talented wrestlers in the business.
Normally I don't bother paying attention to the guest host, but this week it made sense. It was one of the rookies from the NXT. Finally another wrestler as the guest host and not a fallen celebrity.

Match #1 Kofi Kingston vs Sheamus. They started with a collar tie up, Sheamus then following with a couple of hard forearms to the back of the neck of Kofi. Kofi fought back with a series of kicks to the torso of Sheamus, then followed it up with what was looking like an off the ropes cross body but Sheamus caught him in midair turning it into a backbreaker. Kofi was then down in the corner giving Sheamus the upper hand with a series of stomps and a short clothesline. Sheamus then went to work on the back of the neck of Kofi getting him in a stretched submission move. Kofi managed to get out of it, getting to the corner for what seemed to be a boot but was countered by Sheamus who raked Kofi's face across the top rope. Kofi powered back with a kick to the face then a springboard slam, he went for another top rope move but Sheamus answered with his punt kick. Sheamus then used his celtic cross border toss for the win.

Match #2 Divas battle royal. Kelly Kelly, Alicia Fox, Gail Kim, Rosa Mendes, Jillian, Katie Lea Burchil, The Bella Twins, Eve Torres. Rosa over top rope, Bella twins eliminated, Katie Lea and Gail Kim both gone, Kelly Kelly gone, Fox gone, Jillian gone. Eve wins.

Match #3 Miz/Big Show vs Cena/Batista. Cena and Miz started, with a armbar on Miz which was turned into an flip into a choke hold. Miz fought out, but got caught in a drop toe hold. BS tagged in with a headbutt on Cena. He followed with a series of punches before tossing Cena into the ring post back first. Miz tagged in, with a few upper cuts to Cena following it with a running kick in the corner but missed. Cena then slammed a short clothesline on Miz before running out of the ring to beat on Batista. Cena was counted out.

Match #4 Ted DiBiase vs Christian. DiBiase went for a swing at Christian but missed, Christian then countered with a series of upper cuts and a hard over head flip. Christian then tossed him onto the ropes, standing on his upper back before jumping over, but DiBiase moved out of the way of what looked like another upper cut. Christian then tossed him out of the ring. Christian followed up with a baseball slide dropkick then a simple leap over the top ropes. Back in the ring, DiBiase used a neck breaker on him. He went for a cover but only got a near count. He followed this with a choke hold, but Christian powered out, and walked into a shot clothesline. DiBiase threw him into the corner going for a running clothesline, but Christian used a swingset on the second rope to get out of the way bringing both feet up to connect with DiBiase's face. He went for a cross body lateral press but only got a two count. Christian went for his finishing move but was countered by DiBiase's finishing move, which was countered once again by Christian. Christian then was thrown into the ring post shoulder first giving DiBiase a chance to use his dreamstreet for the win.

Match #5 Swagger vs Orton. Swagger got the first move in with a hard kick and a series of punches landing Orton in the corner. Orton managed to move before a slam was given, catching Swagger by the arm with an extended kick. He then started his stomp with a large flying knee. Swagger then picked up Orton on his shoulder for a flip press slam. Orton was tossed over the ropes to land hard out on the floor. Back in the ring, Orton used a couple of upper cuts, then a running clothesline. Swagger used the top rope then for a neck breaker. Orton went into the ring guard. Back in the ring and Swagger used a suplex on him. This was followed with a second and a stretch submission move on Orton. Orton countered, sending Swagger to the floor. Orton then used his hangman DDT but Swagger had his foot on the rope keeping it only a two count. Orton then went for two short running clotheslines and a scoop slam followed by his backbreaker, getting ready to uncoil. Swagger countered the RKO, using a running splash but only got a two count. He went for his gutwrench powerbomb but was countered and the RKO was hit. Orton won but it was an non-title match.

Match #6 Miz/Big Show in a second match vs Cena/David Otunga the guest host. Cena and Miz started with collar tie up turning it into an armbar then tagged in David, who went for a side head lock on Miz. Then a series of shoulder blocks knocking Miz to the mat. Cena tagged back in with a few punches to Miz then using a running bulldog on him. Miz managed to get in an elbow staggering Cena, BS going for a cheap then tagged in. BS was just punching Cena in the middle of the ring. Cena fought back trying to use a shoulder block but failed. BS then stood on Cena's chest. Miz tagged back in being used as a ram. Miz got a two count then went to work on the neck with a modified clutch. Cena got to his feet for a second but was back on the mat in a choke hold. Cena broke the hold, both him and Miz going for running clotheslines both down. BS tagged in and got the pin on Cena. Second match in the night that Cena got screwed by a tag partner.

Career Profile: Shawn Michaels 1988-2010

Shawn Michaels has had a huge career in the WWE. 16 years in WWE alone. Now that he has retired we thought it was a good time to do a profile on him. During his training he adopted the name Shawn Michaels. He was trained by Jose Lothario. Who was a mexican wrestler. He then appeared as Shawn Michaels with Mid-South Wrestling and Texas All-Star Wrestling, at this time he was 19. Shawn Michaels made his national-level debut at the age of 20 in American Wrestling Association. In 1987, he teamed up with Marty Jennetty to become The Rockers. The Rockers were signed by a competing promotion: the World Wrestling Federation. They were fired two weeks later. They were resigned to the WWF a year later.

The Rockers lasted from 1988-1991

Then Shawn Michaels became HBK (Heart Break Kid) who's reign was from 1992-1995. Which is when he fought Brett Hart for the title. First time he fought Hart he lost at his first pay-per-view. This where he had alot of his fighting with Brett Hart. In 1987 HBK performed in the first ever Hell in the Cell match. His oponent was Undertaker.

Shawn Michaels left wrestling in 2000 then returned during the NWO that reigned on WWE. He spent much of his time fighting with Triple H. After that during 2006-2007 he fought with Vince McMahon. In 2007-2008 there were various feuds featuring DX which was Michaels and Triple H.

His career came to a close with Wrestlemania when he lost to the Undertaker. His last match stipulation was Undertaker's streak versus Shawn Michael's career. The following Monday Shawn Michaels said Goodbye to the audience and that "Shawn Michaels has left the building."

Program Note for Canadian viewers who watch WWE on the Score Monday Night's Raw for this coming week of April 5th 2010 the show will air Tuesday April 6th 2010 at 7 PM instead

We open with Jericho in the ring and Edge came out Speared him, then Jack Swagger came down and cashed in his Money in the Bank case picking the bones clean on Jericho to win the title. That's total bulls**t. Swagger has no right to be that far up the food chain.

Match #1 RTruth/John Morrison vs Cryme Tyme. Truth and Shad started it off with a collar tie up leading into a sideheadlock by Truth who then went off the ropes for a running shoulder block but got nowhere with it. Shad went for a power press but Truth blocked it using an off the ropes for his scissors kick. Morrison tagged in. with starship pain for the win. Over all ready? And so is Cryme Tyme by the looks of it as Shad man handled JTG after the match.

Match #2 Drew McIntyre vs Matt Hardy. Drew did not wait for Hardy to get in the ring. He sent him flying into the ring post and then used a double underhook DDT on him. Did the bell even ring? Was this even an official match?

Match #3 The Great Khali vs Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler ran out of the ring then back in only to have his head removed by a massive clothesline then tossed face first into the top turnbuckle. This was followed up with a frypan of a chop. This was followed by a large boot to the face. Ziggler got tossed out of the ring, and as Khali was about to bring him back hair first, he used the top rope for a hangman on Khali. Ziggler then went to the top rope to help slap his sleeper on him but Khali tossed him off. Ziggler when right back to the sleeper, getting them down on the mat. Ziggler gets the win. Ziggler is one of the best Feels/Haces around { not really a Face but not really a Heel}

You know, I have said before I think the whole CM Punk doing his Jesus Christ pose is over the top, and I'm not even Christian so I have no idea how others feel about this but it just seems like a really bad idea to keep this story line any longer. He must be reading this blog cause he's offering up that greasy looking mop he calls hair at his rematch against Mysterio.

Match #4 McCool/Layla vs Tiffany/ Beth Phoenix. McCool and Tiffany started it off with a collar tie up, Tiffany ending up in the corner. Tiffany then countered with a drop toe hold and an atomic drop before flipping McCool into the corner. McCool tossed her then across the ring before using the ropes to choke Tiffany. Layla tagged in, they double teamed her. Layla then went for a camel clutch but Beth tagged in using clothlines. She followed it with an airplane spin and another clothesline before using her glamslam for the win.

Match #5 Kane vs the entire NXT crew. I have no idea who is who cause we don't have that show here. Kane slammed one of them, then low drop kick. Someone with bad hair tagged in, he got a few punches and a back elbow on Kane, but Kane tossed him around the ring, someone in white tagged in then tagged out... you know this is chaos. Kane dominated all of these guys with only a few punches and shoulder blocks being of any use on Kane. This was an elimination match. Kane took out half the crew before they piled up on him. The ref rang the bell calling the match a dq for the fact the crew were suppose to tag in and out and they just didn't.

iTunes Canada had it at a good time today. Lovely

We start with crap. Why the frealing hoofers do we need a damned recap every week? I don't. And I'm sure the editing crew have better things to do, like create a new opening... Oh my god I'm scared now. Lethal I love you to death but put some pants on... and the crowd chanted "fire Bubba" I agree completely.
Then Eric Young (Mr. Yummy in my world) got the 5 minute beat down from Nash and his guys.

Doug Williams/Brian Kendrick vs Kaz/Moore. I would have liked to have seen Kaz and Williams in a singles match or on the same team. Kendrick looks like he's wearing a diaper. Moore started by pulling Williams into the ring and putting him face first into the corner. Followed it with a kick and a series of punches. Kaz then tagged in and they used a double team move on Williams. Kaz followed up with a scoop slam and a sling shot leg drop. He went for a pin but only got a two count. Williams then pulled the leg out from under him, getting enough time to tag in Kendrick. Kaz gave him two deep arm drags, before whipping him hard into the far turnbuckle. Kaz then used his swinging double drop kick. Kendrick then pulled the ref in the way, which gave Williams a chance to run in and cheat. Williams then tagged in, where upon he used a hard knee to the face of Kaz following it by a scissors stomp. I've seen better scissors stomps this was a little on the clumsy side Kendrick tagged back in, and started to work on the neck of Kaz. Kaz managed to fight out, then both went for a running shoulder block and both went down to the mat. Both Williams and Moore tagged in. Moore went wild with a series of drop kicks and a spin kick on Williams before using a hurricanrana. He got a near fall but Kendrick broke up the pin. Kaz came in and they double teamed Kendrick then turned their attention back to Williams. Then it looks like Williams blindtagged Kendrick in and Moore got the pin on kendrick.

Pope came out ... now before the commercial he was in his gear - I'm still waiting for someone in the X-Division to snag me that wicked trenchcoat- then when he came to the ring right after commercial he was in his street clothes... Editing team didn't I tell you that you had more important things to do No cookies No cakes and No dinner for you who's checking the continuity
Then suddenly we were watching a piece from the Blair Witch Project... oh my bad it's the return of Samoa Joe ... sort of.
Then Orlando Jordan did some creepy Cirque du Soleil thing that just made me scared.

Knock Outs match first blood between Daffney and Tara.... don't care but Tara won

Jeff Jarrett vs A.J. Styles. They start with a collar tie up, Styles tossing Jarrett across the ring. Another collar tie up with Styles locking on a side headlock, then turning it into a armbar swinging around into another side headlock-snapmare. Styles went for another armbar but Jarrett countered. Styles went off the ropes then used an armdrag-hiptoss on Jarrett. Once more with the side headlock into a running shoulder block from Styles, then Jarrett tripped up Styles before giving him an arm toss. He used a series of upper cuts on Styles before an inverted atomic drop. He then tossed Styles over the top rope. Back in the ring, Styles attacked with a double axehandle, and went for a flying headbutt in the corner but missed. Jarrett turned the match in his favour with a kick to the back of the skull knocking Styles to the mat. Styles then countered with a kneebreaker. Which he followed with the figure four leg lock. Jarrett broke the hold and slapped one of his own on Styles. Some issues outside the ring for a few minutes. Back in the ring, Styles had a modified choke hold on Jarrett. He broke out of it and went for a sunset flip, but Styles managed to stop it in midmove. Styles used a high knee drop then continued to work on the neck of Jarrett. He had Jarrett in the corner, face first in the top turnbuckle, a chop to the chest, snapmare and back to working on the neck in the modified choke hold. Jarrett broke the hold and sent Styles flying in what looked like a 7 foot high back body drop. Needless to say, Styles came down hard on the mat. He followed up with a series of running clotheslines and and a back drop suplex. Jarrett then used a double underhook but it only got him a near fall. Jarrett was going for a top rope move, but Styles caught him in midair, turning it into a flip. Styles then used his trademark flying forearm but it only got him a two count. Styles was setting up for the styles clash but it got reversed into a flapjack. The ref got knocked out of the ring, and Styles was sent into the ringpost face first. Jarrett then used his trademark Stroke off the second rope. Styles put the styles clash on him and the ref was brought back in giving Styles the win. You could see the blood pouring from Styles' hand from where he hit the post few minutes before. Blood everywhere... You so can not tell me he didn't break that hand

Oh my god the return of Jay Lethal! He went against Beer Money Inc in a handicap match.
Roode jumped in and started it off, but Lethal ducked, giving him a few punches before Storm ran in hitting him from behind. They double teamed him for the next little bit, before tossing him in a massive back body drop hard. Lethal then rolled out of the ring, but Roode followed and started right back in with a series of punches. He got thrown hard into the steel steps shoulder first. They used a double team suplex, and it looked like Lethal was starting to turn the match around when he got another double team move slapped on him. But somehow Lethal got Roode in a small package for the win.

Wolfe vs Pope. Now the Pope is in his gear. Wolfe barely waited for the bell before blind siding Pope with a forearm to the neck. Wolfe then put him in a modified necktie slamming him back onto the mat. Pope countered it by rolling him over, into a chicken-wing. They then went against the ropes, with Wolfe using a back elbow to break the hold before using an upper cut staggering Pope. Wolfe used what looked like a figure four but not really, pushing on the one knee of Pope, but Pope was able to roll him over reversing it. Wolfe then sent Pope face first into the top two turnbuckles then began to work on the left shoulder of Pope. Wolfe spent way too much time showing off. Pope managed to fight back with a series of axehandles, an inverted atomic drop and a flying shoulder block. Wolfe was going for his corner to corner move but Pope slid out of the way, giving him an open hand palm thrust. Wolfe then used a steel chain for a cheap shot and got the pin.

The final match of the night was a steel cage with Eric Young teaming with two guys I don't care for vs Nash and his guys. ....

Okay, people I read the spoiler sheets from another fan site this week, and this show did not match up with anything. The spoiler sheet had a MMG/Team 3D match which I am guessing was used for a web show or was the dark match or something cause It was Not on my iTunes download. Not too mention everything is out of order compared to the spoiler sheet's list of matches. Again, I have to ask who's job is it to check the continuity?

Is it me or is Monday Night Raw loosing it's edge? I found myself bored at times. The matches seem the same. Cena came out talking about his title win. Which brought out Batista who conveniently wants his rematch. Which ended up bring out Swagger who won the money in the bank match and almost cashed it in but thought twice.

There was a match between Batista and Jack Swagger versus John Cena and Randy Orton. Was nothing amazing about this match. Orton dominated the match for the win.

Brett Hart came out to thank everyone for the run he's had recently. From there Big Show and The Miz came out running their mouth to which the Hart Dynasty came out. The Hart Dynasty won via count out. As Big Show and The Miz ranaway. Very typical of them.

Shawn Michaels bid the WWE farewell, thanking so many as he had been there for 16 years. What is in store next for the Heartbreak Kid no one really knows.

There was a Diva match as there usually is one. Eve, Mickie James, Beth Phoenix, Kelly Kelly & Gail Kim defeated Divas Champion Maryse, Women’s Champion Michelle McCool, Layla, Alicia Fox & Vickie Guerrero.

Christian defeated Ted DiBiase in a Legends Lumberjack Match. Which looked really lame all the old timers from the wrestling industry.

Triple H was attacked by Sheamus, big surprise there. Sheamus needs to go back to uggville.

As for the guest GM end it now. It is not helping the show. In fact I would have to say it's crippling the company.

Match #1 Raw vs Smackdown money in the bank 10 man tag. Kane/Dolph Ziggler/Matt Hardy/Shelton Benjamin/Drew McIntyre vs Christian/MVP/Jack Swagger/Evan Bourne/Kofi Kingston. This is chaos. Ziggler and Kofi started it off with a collar tie up. Kofi slipped around Ziggler with what was looking like a reversed bear hug but Ziggler countered. Kofi then slapped on a side headlock but Ziggler broke the move. Ziggler then off the ropes with a shoulder block that knocked down Kofi. Kofi went for a cover but everyone else jumped into the ring breaking up the hold. Hardy and Swagger tagged in. Hardy used a running bulldog but only got a near fall. Benjamin tagged in, using a kick on Swagger then tossed him into the corner. Swagger fought back with a series of punching. Swagger then used a belly to belly suplex getting the upper hand. Swagger was going for another suplex but Benjamin fought out with a hard elbow then a spinning heel kick. Evan Bourne blindtagged himself in with a quick kick to the thighs of Benjamin following it with a drop kick. Christian tagged in. This was good as they were able to wear down Benjamin. Christian used an armbar working on the shoulder, but Benjamin some how got out of the hold. Christian followed this with a quick kick to the stomach pushing him into the corner and tagging in MVP. He used a flying shoulder block to knock down Benjamin. Another quick tag to Bourne who went to the top rope for his airbourne but McIntyre shook the top rope, Bourne stumbled but managed to land a kick to McIntyre before he fell. This let Benjamin enough time to recop and grab Bourne tossing him across the ring. He then got Bourne in a submission move in the middle of the ring. Kane tagged in landing a heavy boot to Bourne's chest. Kane just toyed with him for a few minutes before a large scoop slam. Hardy tagged back in with another scoop slam on Bourne. Only a two count. Ziggler tagged back in, got a two count. Ziggler went with a large elbow then tagged Hardy back in. Another quick tag back to Ziggler who just brutalized Bourne. Christian tagged in with large forearms to Ziggler then to the top rope for a flying drop kick. Ziggler then took out the knee of Christian, who then countered with a sea-saw on the second rope. Then everyone else ran in and chaos. Christian had Ziggler in the corner where McIntyre blindtagged himself in. McIntyre used a DDT for the win.

Match #2 Diva's match. Beth Phoenix vs Vickie. This is Vickie's first ever match. Which became a 5 on 1 handi cap match. The Diva's locker room emptied for this match. Layla started againt Beth and was just over powered with a slam to the corner. Layla got one elbow in before getting slammed. Beth then pulled everyone into the ring tossing everyone into each other and using double clotheslines. Vickie tagged in and got the pin.

Match #3 R-Truth vs Big Show. BS used a few chops then tossed him across the ring before stepping on Truth's throat. He then slammed Truth hard in the middle of the ring. Another hard chop, followed by a toss into the ring post. BS used a headbutt knocking him to the mat. Truth did get a kick in, before BS used an over head toss almost shifting the ring. BS went to the second rope for a flying elbow but missed. Morrison ran into the ring and they double teamed him, having the match thrown out.

This was a short show, so to speak. Only three matches, but the rest was all recaps and shots of fans at the pre-wrestlmaina events.

Given Vickie has been in the business for over a decade, I was expecting a lot more out of her match. I thought that we would finally see her do something with the knowledge she's gathered from her famous wrestling family. But sadly she did not. I really really hope Vickie was paid a lot for that tights pull down. That takes a brave confident woman to be put through that on television.

We open with some massive retardedness (that even a word?) Bishoff playing guitar. I'm not big on musicians. Once you've dated four or five watching a man play guitar losses its flavour. Bishoff, I do not want to know a frealing thing about you shut up. Was there camera issues on the show this week? Cause my download is hic-upping.

Knock Out tag match.... I don't care

And then I just fast forwarded till I saw Tomko in the ring. He went up against Rob Terry for the Global belt. Tomko did not wait for the bell, just slapped a large forearm up against his temple. Followed it with a running shoulder block that did nothing. Terry answered with a hard short clothesline of his own knocking Tomko down. Tomko then was tossed from one corner to the other, but managed to get an elbow up making Terry stumble. Terry countered with a hard slam press then followed that with a spinning kick. He then used a choke slam for the win. When the hell did Tomko end up being the jobber of the week?

What's with all the flashbacks? Dude, my memory might be bad, but it's not that bad that I need you to recap what happened fifteen minutes ago. Stop it! Editing crew no more cookies for you.

Does JB look out of sorts to anyone else? Loose the suit it makes you look ... uncomfortable in your own skin. I liked the old JB.

Jeff Jarrett vs Mick Foley with a looser is fired match. Beer Money Inc as the double special refs. Storm stayed in the ring while Roode was outside. We started with a collar tie up, turned into a side headlock on Jarrett, with Foley then going off the ropes landing a clothesline on him. Jarrett down. Another side headlock on Foley, he countered and pushed Jarrett into the ropes, landing a back elbow on his jaw as he came off them. Jarrett down. Foley only got a two count. Jarrett used a sunset flip but Foley countered with a simple clap of the knees breaking the hold. Foley used a backslide for a near fall, following it up with a series of hard right hands before tangling Jarrett up in the ropes for a modified clutch. Foley then was going for the double armed DDT, but Jarrett broke out of it, going for his Stroke, Foley countered. Alot of back and forth in this match so far. We then went outside the ring with Foley slamming Jarrett face first into the guardrails. Up the ramp and Jarrett used a few upper cuts getting the match turned around. Jarrett then suplexed Foley on the ramp. Back in the ring and it's all Jarrett with a series of hard punches. Roode is the inring ref now. Jarrett went for a cover but only got a near fall. Jarrett then used a DDT on Foley but it was only a two count again. Foley somehow managed to turn it back around into his favour with the double armed DDT this time, but it was only a two count as Jarrett used the ropes for a break. Foley then used the sock and a rear naked choke but Jarrett got out. A steel chair was brought in, and Jarrett used the Stroke on the chair for the win.

Did I hear right ? Moving the company forward? No you're not. You've moved it about twenty paces backwards. You say you listen to the fans, but you're not. I've been telling you for months what I think, and I'm just screaming into the darkness aren't I?

Matt Morgan the evil druid vs Hernandez. Morgan came down to the ring with both tag team belts in his hands, and Hernandez slammed him from behind knocking him to the ramp. They made their way to the ring by Hernandez punching Morgan the whole time. He tossed Morgan into the ring . Dude what was the look in Hernandez's eyes? He then knocked him out of the ring with a running shoulder block. It was one brutal attack, slamming Morgan face first into the ring apron then the stairs before using an upper cut and a double sledge handle. Back in the ring now, and Hernandez used the t-shirt toss sending Morgan the full length of the ring. Morgan finally turned it into his favour by tossing Hernandez out of the ring. Hernandez then dragged Morgan out of the ring, going for a slam against the ring post but Morgan ducked sending Hernandez into it. Morgan then used the carbon footprint against him smashing him into the ringpost. The match was called and medics were brought out. At this point I have to say, that it was reported on another fan site that Hernandez suffered what looks to be a career ending injury.

Beer Money Inc had a match against two guys I don't care about so... sorry about your damned luck.

Match #1 Miz vs John Morrison. They started with a collar tie up, Morrison turning it into an armbar, getting Miz down on the mat in a submission move. Miz countered with a slap to the face. Morrison then kicked him out of the ring. Morrison then moonsaulted outside of the ring onto Miz. Back in the ring, Miz had a modified choke hold on Morrision, working on Morrison's now injured neck. Morrison went for a roll up but got only a two count. Miz went back to another choke hold. Morrison fought back with a series of forearms slamming Miz into the corner before using a flapjack on Miz. Miz was then going for a clothesline but Morrison slid out from under him to the ring apron. Miz was going for a suplex off the ropes but Morrison turned it into a sunset flip, then used his starship pain for the win.

Match #2 Kofi Kingston vs Vladimir Kozlov . Kofi started with a few kicks to Kozlov, but Kozlov swept his legs out from under him. Kofi used the top rope for a neckbreaker before continuing with a series of forearms. Kozlov countered with a simple double palm thrust knocking Kofi to the mat. Kozlov followed it with a belly to belly overhead, but only getting a two count. Kozlov just tossed Kofi around the ring, using backbreakers and headbutts to the lower back. Kofi somehow pulled off a DDT and his trouble in paradise for the win.

Match #3 Legacy/Sheamus vs Orton/Triple H. Rhodes and Triple H started it off. Triple H used a kick and punch combo sending him to the mat. Triple H then used another series of punches getting Rhodes in the corner before whipping him to the far corner for a running clothesline. He went for a second one but Rhodes got the knees up then tagged in DiBiase. Who was greeted by a running clothesline. Triple H started to work on his shoulder with an armbar, but DiBiase turned it around with a few kicks. Triple H then used a jawbreaker before giving Sheamus a cheap shot who was on the ring apron. DiBiase countered with a drop kick. Sheamus from outside the ring then pulled Triple H out and slammed him into the rails then tagged in. He used a series of stomps on Triple H, getting him down in the corner. Triple H battled back with a series of punches. Sheamus got a little intense then with his double arm salut causing Orton to have to turn away while he tried to control his laughter from the apron. DiBiase then blindtagged himself in working on Triple H in the corner. Rhodes tagged himself in with a stomp to Triple H. Triple H managed to get a spine buster on him, before tagging in Orton. Sheamus tagged in as well and was greeted by a large scoop slam from Orton. Orton then pulled DiBiase into the ring and served Rhodes a vicious looking back elbow. He then started his shapeshifting before giving Sheamus a backbreaker. He spotted Rhodes on the apron going for a sneak attack, grabbing him for a DDT but was kicked by Sheamus. Sheamus got the win.

Match # 4 HBK vs Kane. HBK started with a series of chops, but Kane got the boot up. HBK in the corner, being stomped on. Kane followed this with a snapmare and a low drop kick. Only a two count. Kane then used a vertical suplex but only got a near fall. He then went for a submission move following it with a clothesline in the corner. HBK turned it around with some more chops but walked into a sidewalk slam. Only a two count. HBK slapped a crossbar on Kane but Kane broke it with the ropes. HBK went for an ankle lock, the two rolling around on the mat. HBK used an inverted atomic drop on him, causing Kane to stumble. HBK used his trademark top rope elbow then the Undertaker came out and then Kane was standing there (lights out Undertaker lights out again Kane) HBK used his superkick for the win. Well that sucked.

Match #5 Diva tag. Eve, Gail Kim and Beth Phoenix vs Maryse/Layla and McCool. with every other Diva at ring side. McCool and Gail Kim started it off, McCool with a kick to the midsection. She followed it with an armbar but Gail Kim countered with one of her own. Gail Kim then went hurling herself into McCool in the corner. She used a bulldog-clothesline but only got a two count. McCool used her face plant for the win. You are not reading wrong, no one else got into the match at all.

I should right off tell the Canadian readers, that The Score (which is our sports provider here) will be shuffling WWE programming around this week. Please check your local listings. Hopefully it will not mess us up too badly.

We opened with Rey Mysterio addressing the issue from last week.

Match #1 MVP/Matt Hardy vs Jack Swagger/Dolph Ziggler. Hardy and Ziggler started it off with a collar tie up, which lead to a armbar by Ziggler. Hardy countered with one of his own, but Ziggler broke the hold getting a series of elbows from Hardy for his trouble. Swagger blindtagged himself in, only to get a punch to the face. He managed to get Hardy in the corner with a series of forearms to the spine before dropping him on the mat. Swagger then used a submission move on Hardy in the middle of the ring. Hardy broke out and used a side Russian leg sweep tagging in MVP. Ziggler also tagged in. MVP used an overhead throw followed by short clotheslines on Ziggler setting up for his ballin. Swagger ran into the ring only to be met with a spear from Hardy taking them both out of the ring. This gave Ziggler a chance to use his trademark ZigZag on MVP for the win.

Match #2 McCool/Layla vs Beth Phoenix/Tiffany. Beth and Layla started it off. Layla went right for Beth's legs, trying to take her down but it was countered with an airplane. Beth then knocked her down with a clothesline. Tiffany tagged in, with a series of elbows. Followed by a suplex. It only got her a two count. Layla kicked her sending her out of the ring onto the apron. Tiffany used the top rope for a jawbreaker, just as McCool ran at her knocking her down. Layla then rolled her back into the ring but only got a near fall. McCool tagged in, using a European headlock and a series of knees to the face. Beth tagged in sending McCool into the ropes then using her vertical suplex before using the glamslam for the win.

Match #3 Hart Dynasty vs John Morrison/R-Truth. Smith and Truth started. Smith going at him with a kick, but Truth battled back with a series of punches. Morrison tagged in, they used a double team move on Smith. Smith countered with a belly to belly overhead suplex. Kidd tagged in, stomping on Morrison in the corner. He followed it up with a snapmare and sitdown dropkick but only got a two count. Truth tagged in with his corkscrew for the win.

Match #4 Rey Mysterio vs Luke Gallows. Mysterio started with a series of kicks and forearms on Gallows. But he quickly turned it around whipping Mysterio into the corner. Mysterio turned it around again, with another series of kicks. Gallows used an upper cut knocking Mysterio down, but Mysterio managed to lock a headscissors on him sending Gallows into the ropes. Gallows then used a spinning backbreaker sending Mysterio to the floor. Back in the ring, Gallows used a bear hug before dropping Mysterio into the corner. Gallows went for a high risk move, but it was blocked. Mysterio slammed him with a flying cross body, but Gallows countered with a back slash for a near fall. Two kicks to Gallows face followed by a bulldog and springboard off the top rope, but only a near fall. Mysterio landed a 619 but Serria pushed Mysterio off the ropes letting Gallows get the pin.

Match #5 Undertaker vs Drew McIntyre. Drew slid out of the ring but the Undertaker followed serving up a hard right hand before knocking Drew into the ring apron. He then slammed him in the corner, kicking Drew in the face. Drew got a scoop slam but only a near fall. Undertaker then cornered him with a series of punches causing the ponytail of Drew to come undone. Yes please keep your gross hair in front of your face you look much better that way. Undertaker then used his leg drop and a choke slam, but Drew would not stay down and a tombstone piledriver was needed for the pin.

iTunes Canada had it at a decent time this week.

I still hate the opening credits. You have one shot of the MMG and it's in the uber speed, which you can only see on iTunes with pause. No cookies for the editing team. None.

We open with A.J. Styles.... now you're just doing the bad earrings to bug the snot out of me.
Why the freal is that painted waste of flesh on my screen? Yes I am the only wrestling fan on the planet who frealing hates that painted up freak. I could rant on but...

I get it, now I know why Mr. Shelley and Mr. Sabin are too thin, the food service gets destroyed before them or any of the other X-Division guys can have supper. I never picked up on that before with the million times a food fight breaks out.

Team 3D vs Nasty Boys/Jimmy Hart. ....bored now. Team 3D brought back in Brother Runt. Nasty Boys cheated for the win.

Mr. Anderson/Wolfe vs Kurt Angle/Pope. Angle and Wolfe started it off. Collar tie up into a chickenwing which was revised by Angle who took down Wolfe in a flip. It was countered by Wolfe, but Angle used a deep armdrag on him. Mr. Anderson tagged in with a series of stomps. Wolfe tagged back in, having Angle in the corner. Angle fought out and used a belly to belly suplex. Pope tagged in with a short clothesline, short running back elbows and an over head toss. Pope went for a cover but Anderson broke it up. Angle came in and put an Angle slam on Anderson and went for one on Wolfe but Wolfe countered, just as Pope grabbed Wolfe by the ankle for a roll up. Pope got the win. Angle landed wrong on his arm and was holding it in the mid-mark, looks like he might have broken it.

Now you all know I am vegetarian right? So why do you keep trying to feed me filler? I've told you before filler is for hot dogs not tv shows. You need new writers bad.

Knock Outs.... I don't care. Hey TAZ nothing wrong with being Pasty pale! You have any idea how much sunblock and years indoors it takes to get that pale?
Did I just hear the human cheese right?...Sting building TNA from the ground up? What? Wasn't Styles/Daniels/Sabin/Joe/Shelley there a good 3 years before Sting?

Kevin Nash vs Scott Hall. This was a 5 minute challenge. If Hall lasted 5 minutes in the ring, he won $25,000. He stayed at the far end of the ring for the first 2 minutes. Nash then laid in a knee and a series of forearms knocking Hall to the ropes. Hall came back with a few punches of his own, rocking Nash. Hall followed it up with a few short shoulder blocks. You all forget that Hall has been in JCW for the last few years so he's really not all that ring rusted as you might think. Nash fired back with a hard shoulder block of his own sending Hall to the mat. Picking him up, Nash got Hall into the corner with his trademark knees to the guts before using a series of elbows. Waltman ran into the ring taking out the knee of Nash. Eric Young then ran down for a save. Why the freal is Waltman so vulgar? He was ... you know what Not going to give him the blog time. Hall seems to have won... er still standing so he got the money.

Hernandez vs Beer Money Inc in a handi cap match. Jeff Jarrett as ref. BMI went right for him before the bell even rang, Storm ripping Hernandez's shirt off him as Roode laid in the punches. They put an inverted atomic drop on him, and a high double knee before going for the cover, but it was only a two count. They then switched off with choke holds while the other distracted Jarrett. Hernandez turned it around with a double short clothesline knocking them both down. He then used a shoulder block sending Roode across the ring. He then countered their double team move, sending them both over in an overhead. Hernandez was going for a border toss but ended up with Storm's foot in his face. BMI used their trademark DWI for the win.

Hey Foley while you have the clippers half the X-Division need a haircut!

Another painted up waste of flesh... he said he represents the tattooed? Oh hell no you do NOT represent me.

Abyss was the special enforcer between Styles and the waste of flesh... I really really don't care.

And the MotorCityMachine Guns! Yay! They had a promo. Though they came out in the outfits I thought the other week made them look odd. Mr. Sabin had the microphone, and I must say has really improved with his promo skills. That's worth a full plate of cookies and a cup of coffee. And then Mr. Shelley said they are great... that's funny, I thought you were a god. (to me Mr. Shelley is ) And then a bunch of guys I don't like came out and it was chaos. One of them jumped off the trust and landed on Mr. Shelley, is he okay?

... TNA you are sleeping on the sofa tonight cause you are in the doghouse with me.

Monday Night Raw results opened with a recap of last weeks Monday night fight between McMahon versus Cena. Tonight the Guest GM is Stone Cold Steve Austin. Shawn Michaels will battle Chris Jericho tonight. Triple H and Randy Orton will battle tonight as well. Out comes Stone Cold looking very different, more trim and well kept. He receives a standing Ovation by the audience.

He's opening some beers already. Classic Austin moves. Big Show battled Cena which was a good match and was against Cena when Batista came out to taunt Cena costing him the match.

Next is Sheamus threatening to beat down Triple H at WrestleMania. Sheamus threatens to take Triple H's throne.

Next they show Shawn Michaels talking to Stone Cold. Michaels asking if Stone Cold thinks he can beat Undertaker and Stone Cold says hell ya but you won't the streak won't end. Michaels assures Stone Cold that he will win WrestleMania and prove people wrong. To which Jericho comes in ultra cocky, about his match with Michaels. Stone Cold kicked Jericho out of his office, and told him to go compete.

Kelly Kelly versus Maryse. Alot of blonde hair flying around. Maryse able to get Kelly Kelly down for the pinfall. Maryse punishing Kelly Kelly to which Gail Kim and Eve come out to rescue Kelly Kelly. All sorts of Diva's come flying out to fight. Along with Vicki Guerrero.

Next up is Michaels versus Chris Jericho. Shawn Michaels defeated World Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho by Count-out. In the end Edge came out and speared Jericho once he was thrown back in the ring.

A new match was made for WrestleMania Randy Orton vs. Ted DiBiase vs. Cody Rhodes in a Triple Threat Match.
Triple H vs. Randy Orton ended in a No Contest. With interference by both Legacy and Sheamus.

Gorgeous George, has been announced as the latest inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2010. The legendary blond wrestler, whose robes were equally as spectacular, became a cultural sensation in the 1940s and 1950s.

After inviting Mr. McMahon and his WrestleMania opponent Bret Hart to the ring, special guest host “Stone Cold” Steve Austin did what he does best – made The Chairman squirm.

Austin announced that, under his orders, Bret Hart’s father, Stu, would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2010. Austin then recalled how tough The “Hit Man” was in their WrestleMania 13 match as his fellow WWE Hall of Famer signed the match contract. As Mr. McMahon glared across the table at his hobbled opponent’s crutches and broken leg, he also gleefully signed his name to the document. And that’s when the trap was slowly, sweetly revealed.

As Austin departed, he implored Hart to “tell Vince.” Much to Mr. McMahon’s dismay, The Excellence of Execution then tossed his crutch aside, removed his cast and informed the man who had screwed him more than 12 years earlier that his leg was perfectly fine. He also told a shocked Chairman that if he tried to back out of their match, he would sue him for every cent just before he clobbered The Chairman with his cast. As a final verbal backhand, Hart paraphrased Mr. McMahon from 12 years ago: "Vince just screwed Vince.”

We opened with Rey Mysterio who for some crazy reason brought his wife and kids to the ring. WTF?

Then CM Punk came out and made the kids cry. I would too if that bearded long haired freak was staring me in the face. What is it with wrestlers and not washing their hair?

Match #1 Miz vs R-Truth. Miz started off looking strong with a series of fists to the back and neck of Truth getting him into the corner with a high knee. Truth got out and ducked a clothesline from Miz before hitting him with a large leg. Miz then got tossed out of the ring, Truth backed it up with a dive. Back in the ring, Miz had a side headlock on Truth, but Truth broke out and slammed Miz hard. They then started to trade fists for a few minutes, Miz then got put down with a few clotheslines before landing a kick to Truth's face. Truth then went for a pin but only got a near fall. Miz used a backbreaker but only got a near fall. Miz went for another pin with a rope cheat but his rookie pushed his legs off the rope. Truth then used his lie detector for the win.

Match #2 Drew McIntyre vs Aaron Bolo. Drew started with a knee to the gut of Bolo then followed with a series of short clotheslines in the corner. He then used his future shock ddt for the win.

Match #3 Big Show vs John Morrison. Morrison went right for BS with a kick and a forearm but was knocked hard to the mat by a shoulder block from BS. BS then used a headbutt before getting him in the corner for a large chop. BS then just dragged Morrision around by the ankle yelling at him. BS stepped on Morrison's chest before laying in another series of chops. BS got him then in a choke hold in the middle of the ring, Morrison trying to fight out with a series of elbows before making it to the ropes to break the hold. BS then kicked Morrison in the head knocking him out of the ring. BS then reached down and pulled Morrison back into the ring over the top rope by his hair, clearing the rope completely. Morrison used a kick and a series of punches as he tried to get it into his favour. He then took out the knee of BS. Morrison used a top rope drop kick but only got a near fall. Morrison was going for another rope move but BS punched him in mid air knocking him out and getting the pin.

Match #4 Hart Dynasty vs Cryme Tyme. Kidd and JTG started it off with Kidd using a combo of kicks and punches. JTG countered with a sliding uppercut (he slid across the ring to land an upper cut rocking Kidd) and a drop kick. Kidd turned it around and took the knee out from under him. Kidd continued to work on the knee before slapping on a Boston crab. Then the lights went out and the Undertaker was in the ring. Match was thrown out.

Match #5 McCool vs Tiffany. McCool shoved her hard mocking her before Tiffany landed an inverted atomic drop on her. Tiffany then followed with two clotheslines and a low dropkick before kicking McCool out of the ring. She then continued to slam McCool face first around the ring apron. Vickie then got involved used a running shoulder block to knock Tiffany down causing a double dq.

Match #6 Kane vs Luke Gallows. They started with a collar tie up, Kane turning it into a side headlock following it with a shoulder block. Gallows pushed Kane into the corner wiht a series of punches, Kane turned it around with a running clothesline. Gallows then ducked another clothesline and answered it with a shoulderblock of his own knocking Kane down. He started to then stomp on Kane, but Kane rolled out and served up a low drop kick on Gallows. Gallows then rolled out of the ring. Back in the ring, and Gallows suplexed Kane going for a pin but got only a two count. Gallows then slapped a choke hold on Kane in the middle of the ring. Kane got to his feet and gave Gallows a boot and an upper cut. Kane used a sidewalk slam but only got a two count. Kane had a choke slam on Gallows, and Punk ran into the ring causing a dq.

This was the big move to Monday nights.

New opening credits..... um... er... *cough cough* Moving on....

We open with Abyss and Hogan.... yeah, um don't mind me, my mind is so not on this as I just found out Corey Haim died which I know has zero to do with TNA but given the fact I compared Alex Shelley's hair to his few weeks ago.... Back to Abyss, dude, that vest looks like you spilled mustard on the back little Tide and it should be good as new. Then big bird came out... sorry my bad that's just A.J. Styles in that ugly ring robe with Ric Flair. Taz is right, I am not proud of this version of Styles, and would someone please tell Styles to loose the damned cuff-links in his ears. Abyss and Styles started it off, with Styles giving a series of kicks to Abyss. He then grabbed Styles and power slammed him in the middle of the ring. Flair tagged in, with a collar tie up and a series of his trade mark chops. Abyss turned it around with some of his own then a large back body drop. Flair used a low blow on him before Styles used the ugly robe to blind Abyss. Hogan came in NOT tagged just wandered into the ring standing on Flairs neck for a few minutes then took a paylay from Styles. Nice. Heels up, Faces down and in comes.... crap. Sting came in for what everyone thought was a save but yay Heel turn. I just said yay to Sting, and I am so NOT a fan of his. Bats and chairs and blood oh my. Are we off to see the wizard now?

Um... AUDIO!!!! MIC CHECK IN THE IMPACTZONE... were none of the mics working proper everyone sounded hollow. And I see Styles has taken up his ventriloquist routine again as he was standing with Flair during the promo "silently" reciting Flair's speech. Busted!

Kaz was in the ring looking .... um maybe you should put the Suicide mask back... okay tell me the truth, is he or is he not Antonio Banderas' stunt double?
Finally, someone is saying something worth listening to, as he was talking about the X-Division being the way to be. Then Curry Man... oh my bad again, Fallen Angel Daniels came out to the ring. Then Doug Williams came out who by the by is the X-Division champ for the moment. I still think that belt belongs on Alex Shelley but that's just me. ohhh lovely, a 3 way X-match.
Daniels went for a roll up on Williams but Kaz broke it up, going for one of his own, which was broken up by Williams who went for one. Daniels was going for the angel's wings on Williams, but Kaz tried to stop him, getting a back body drop for his troubles. Kaz then gave Daniels a series of punches before turning his attention to Williams. Williams used a flying forearm to get Kaz off his feet, following with a round of upper cuts. Kaz had a roll up on Williams but Daniels went to break the hold getting caught in a northern lights suplex. Daniels then in the corner, Kaz with a float over that landed him right into the set up for a suplex but it was cleverly turning into what looked like a double team move, which Kaz countered sending both of them out side of the ring. Kaz then used a suicide dive knocking them both down. Daniels then got thrown into the ring post, as Williams rolled back into the ring. Back in the ring, Williams and Kaz, Williams used a knee lift on Kaz in the corner but only got a two count. Kaz then countered with a jawbreaker before Daniels got back into the ring, with a slingshot leg drop on Kaz and a running clothesline on Williams. Daniels followed it with a BME on Kaz but only for a two count. Daniels then used a running forearm in the corner followed by a large death valley driver on Kaz for another near fall. Williams back in the ring now trading short clotheslines with Daniels while Kaz came off the top rope with a double drop kick. He then ran havoc on both men getting another near fall on Daniels. Kaz gave an inverted atomic drop on Daniels following it with a boot to the skull and a spinning neck breaker. Williams, who had been kept out of the ring for the last few minutes ran in using his chaos theory suplex on Daniels for the win.

Shannon Moore? you have got to be kidding me... how did he get a X-Division title shot at the ppv next week? That blows goat

Knock Outs match.... I don't care.

Promo for Pope, dude still waiting for someone in the X-Division to grab me that wicked trenchcoat of yours... well then Wolfe ran into him literally with a chain and cuffs.

Sting vs RVD! no way.... and somehow the crowd in the front row knew before even Sting did, how is that possible? Oh right, someone read the script... er production notes. RVD used a 5star frogsplash and the rolling thunder for the win. NICE! SWEET!

Then Eric Yummy... er um Eric Young came out to the ring... he's still on my Canadian Celebrities I'd love to meet list. And Bishoff told Young to "slap that punk up side his bitch ass" in regards to Waltman. Okay, were you watching Big Money Hustlas before the show? Just think it's funny to hear a middle aged white man say things like that.

Handi cap match between Jeff Jarrett and Beer Money Inc. They jumped Jarrett backstage, then dragged him to the ring continuing the beat down. Roode had Jarrett in the corner with a series of fists. Jarrett fought out of it with a boot to the face and a running clothesline. Then used a drop toe hold on Storm before Roode caught him in mid move power slamming him. Foley was the ref in this, and handed Jarrett the barbed wire bat which did not get used, as a second ref came out to call the win. BMI used their DUI for the pin.

Christ I'm bored, I might have to do some housework to liven things up around here. And where the hell were the MotorCityMachine Guns! ?

We open with the Undertaker which you know takes a million years for him to get to the ring. I could have vacuumed the house in the time it took him to get there. They seemed to skip the opening credits which is fine as I think the credits sucked anyway. Nor did I need to see an extreme close up of the tip of his nose which looked on my screen to have a large slice taken from it.

Match #1 Diva match Kelly Kelly, Eve and Gail Kim vs Alicia Fox, Katie Lea and Maryse. Gail Kim and Alicia Fox started it off, with a go behind that turned into a side headlock then a roll over. Fox fought out of it with a series of elbows before getting caught in the corner. Gail Kim then went off the ropes nailing Katie Lea who was on the apron, but walked into a boot. Maryse tagged in using a spinning backbreaker. Eve then tagged in with a closeline on Maryse followed by a series of dropkicks. Katie Lea and Fox came in for a double team move on Eve with was followed by Gail Kim and Kelly Kelly double teaming them. Eve then went to the top rope and used a flying armbar landing in the middle of the ring for a submission. Maryse tapped.

Match #2 Big Show/Miz vs R-Truth/John Morrison. Miz can't seem to believe his script cause when he came out he kept asking "really?" Miz get a new catch phrase. R-Truth and Miz started it. Truth first kicking Miz then tossing him, letting Morrison in the ring for a double team move knocking him out of the ring. Then they double DDTed Big Show. The match was thrown out.

Match #3 Legacy vs Randy Orton in a handi cap match. Orton slammed them both from behind before the match started. Orton started against Rhodes. Collar tie up, Orton in the corner. He turned it around with a series of punches then a hard elbow knocking Rhodes to the mat. DiBiase tagged in, showing a strong start with another series of punches then a kick to Orton's face. Orton countered with a clothesline. Rhodes tagged back in, he was tossed from one corner to the other before hitting Orton in the face with another elbow. DiBiase used a cheap shot getting Orton down in the corner. Rhodes was elevated about 4 feet and tossed outside of the ring. Back in the ring, Orton throwing punches and another clothesline on Rhodes, Rhodes used a jawbreaker tossing Orton out of the ring, where DiBiase used a drop kick on him. Back in the ring. Rhodes had a knee to the head of Orton, then DiBiase tagged in and they used a double team move. DiBiase with a modified sleeper, Orton on the mat. He fought out of it bouncing off the ropes, but DiBiase was one step ahead with a clothesline that nearly took Orton's head off. only got a two count. Rhodes tagged back in with a dropkick got a near fall, then back to the elbows to the forehead. He then hung Orton up on the top rope kicking him. DiBiase tagged back in keeping Orton in the corner with a boot across the throat. Orton fought back with another series of clotheslines and a scoop slam for each of them before using a backbreaker on DiBiase. DiBiase somehow managed to land his DreamStreet on Orton for the win.

Match #4 a money in the bank qualifying match. Evan Bourne vs William Regal. Regal started out looking strong with a take down and kick to Bourne before using an upper cut to rock him. Bourne turned it in his favour with a series of kicks to the thighs of Regal before getting a clothesline. Regal used a chickenwing throw getting a two count before just tossing Bourne across the ring. Bourne then turned it back in his favour with a high knee, and used his trademark airbourne for the win.

Criss Angel was the guest host for this episode. They announced that he's been named magician of the century because of how amazing he is. Well, everyone knows he's a witch.

Match #5 Vince McMahon vs John Cena. Surprise it's a handi cap gauntlet match. Kozlov came out then, Cena laying into him with a series of punches then got a power slam from Kozlov. McMahon tagged in, got a two count then he called Drew McIntyre into the ring. McIntyre slammed on knees and punches then tagged MaMahon in again for another two count. Swagger ran in. Cena managed to gain control almost instantly, but Swagger turned it around with a sweep and a power bomb and two mid rope slam drops before McMahon tagged again for another two count. then Mark Henry came out.... this is just silly. Then Batista speared Mark Henry for whatever reason, then Kofi Kingston came down to beat down Batista. Silly silly silly. Cena then took it to Batista before getting speared by Batista. McMahon got the pin for what it's worth.

TNA to Monday

I made comments on my weekly TNA review this week that I would give some thought to the actual move.

I have been on my main blog for the last while.

To be honest. I am not sure it will matter. Yes, you have fans that watch both companies and I am sure the first week or two those fans will be taping one show and watching the other, then after a while will just flip back and forth.

But you have alot of fans that are very one sided. Loyal to their heroes. I'm not going to lie, I am one of those fans.

I believe it won't matter this week. I believe it won't matter in two weeks time.
I believe it won't make a dent for at lest a good two months. Why? Well Spudgun, it will take I fear that long for people to choose. And by that point summer will be here and everyone will be out fishing anyway.

If you think I have no faith in my team you are dead wrong. I have bundles of faith in them. I just think the timing is wrong. Moving live to Mondays something you should have done in the fall not spring.
I have no idea what TNA has planned for tomorrow's big move to live; but it better as hell be smarter then what it's been offering in the last month.

The lack of personality, the lack of promos, the less then interesting matches, not too mention the lack of matches, TNA what are you thinking?
You can not make a move to live on Monday nights and only be offering chocolate milk to their plain. You need to be upping the bar. I want to see Martinis on the menu. Dig.

Listen to me please. I have in my other post on my blog a few ideas.
Oh my god TNA I am begging you, like a cornered housewife please, think about what you are doing.

I will say this, as for the other company, the only thing on their show I tune in for is Sheamus.
I get that show taped and fast forward through everything and everyone else.

If TNA wants to keep it's loyal fans after tomorrow and scoop up some new ones, stick to what made you - you 4 and a half years ago when you debuted on Spike. The Ultimate X, the X-Division, the tag teams. Showcase more of Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin, have more air time for Eric Young and Amazing Red. Bring back in Jay Lethal to the forefront. Give us A.J. Styles vs Samoa Joe.

I still count the three way X-Division match between Shelley/Sabin/Petey Williams from the first on air show as one of the best. There was just something about the energy in that one.

And what ever happened to Shark Boy?

Has anyone ever bothered to listen to the lyrics of the opening credits? "Do you really want to cross that line to try to take what's mine" That is a dig at the other company.

They decided to undo the match from last week, where McIntyre lost. That is crap.

He went up against Matt Hardy. With bad crappy music. They started with a collar tie up, Hardy in the corner. McIntyre then tossed him off the ropes, slamming a hard shoulder block into him. Hardy managed to use two elbow tosses and then followed with a roll up but only got a two count. McIntyre got thrown over the top rope but countered it by bouncing Hardy face first off the rail. Back in the ring, McIntyre started to stomp on him, then got him in a side headlock. He tried a neck breaker but only got a two count. Hardy was going for his twist of fate but McIntyre countered with a nothern lights suplex-bridge for a near fall. He followed it with a submission hold in the middle of the ring. Hardy got out of it and went for a second rope elbow before using a flip pin for the win.

Sheldon Benjermin vs Dolph Ziggler. They started with a collar tie up, going into a side headlock on Ziggler. From there Sheldon used a running shoulder block knocking him down. Ziggler then used his sleeper hold but Sheldon broke the hold with a jawbreaker. Ziggler then used a standing drop kick going for a cover but only a two count. Ziggler went for a side headlock, and a swinging neck breaker. Ziggler went for a cover again, but only a near fall. Benjermin was trapped in the corner, given a monkey flip but he turned it in his favour with a backbreaker then a series of shoulder blocks. Sheldon tried a belly to back suplex for a near fall. Sheldon tossed Ziggler into the top rope having his head bounce hard then used his paydirt for the win.

Jimmy Wang Yang vs Ezekiel Jackson. Yeah, I didn't know JWY was still wrestling either. JWY got tossed into the corner where upon Jackson just screamed at him for a minute before JWY got a semi drop kick on him. Jackson shoved him turning him inside out then slammed him in the corner again, screaming. JWY went for a high risk move but was caught in mid air and pinned. this jackson is just scary.

Luke Gallows vs Rey Mysterio. Gallows went right in with a series of punches, cornering Mysterio before slamming him hard. Gallows then started to stomp but Mysterio got a tilt-a-world on him. Gallows then tossed Mysterio across the ring. Gallows then used a series of knees to the chest keeping Mysterio down. Mysterio fought out of it, and pulled the bottom rope causing Gallows to stumble out of the ring. Then Punk started to lick Gallows ear or something before getting back in the ring. Gallows had Mysterio down but only got a near fall. Mysterio was then tossed into the ring post spine first. Gallows picked him up and threw him back into the ring again, with a hard whip in the corner followed by a belly to back suplex but only got a two count. He followed this with a series of headbutts to the spine but Mysterio broke the hold, before being slammed. Gallows slapped on a bear hug, but ended up in the ring post shoulder first. Mysterio did two spring boards off the ropes but it only got him a near fall. Mysterio then slapped an octo-clutch (?) before taking out the knee of Gallows setting him up for the 619. Mysterio used his shoulder sitdown power bomb for the win.

John Morrison/R-Truth vs Hart Dynasty vs Cryme Tyme. Morrison and Shad started it with a series of kicks from Morrison. Shad slammed Morrison hard in the middle of the ring then followed it with an elbow. JTG tagged in, and as he was starting to go for a move, Kidd blindtagged himself in. Legal men, Kidd and Morrison. Smith then tagged in, just manhandling Morrison. Smith then did two belly to back suplexes without letting go, following with a third over head one. But it only got him a near fall. Morrison went for a springboard shoulder block and ended up headbutting Smith. Kidd tagged in, as did R-Truth. Truth whipped him into the corners but Kidd went for a float over, causing Truth to spring across the ring before landing a kick to Kidd's face. Smith broke up the pin. Kidd used a drop kick but only got a near fall. R-Truth used his trademark lie detector for the win. oh my god Morrison and Truth started to dance in the middle of the ring. Please do not to that ever again.

Big Show vs Edge. BS started it with a headbutt knocking Edge down. Edge managed to roll out of the ring, and get BS on the rope for a neck breaker. BS then used a shoulder block on him. BS then stepped on Edge's neck before pulling him out of the ring and ending up face first in the ring post. Edge then got him back into the ring, but ended up with another headbutt from BS. BS used a power slam on him, following it with another attack on the neck. BS slapped a modified sleeper on him in the middle of the ring, Edge breaking it with a jawbreaker. He followed it with a series of punches, but BS used another slam. BS was going for a top rope move but Edge rolled out of the way. Edge then took the legs out from under BS causing BS to stumble face first into the ring post. BS then tossed him across the ring and went for a choke slam, but Edge used a DDT. Someone needs to tell Matt Striker to stop trying to be funny with the Canadian jokes. Edge speared BS for the win.

My Thoughts on TNA Impact for March 4th 2010

They opened with a reminder that next week is the big move to Monday nights. I'll have some thoughts on that topic in a post all it's own later this weekend.

I'm watching this dren that is your filler and I can't help but hope there is going to be a big swerve by Styles soon. Please please please let A.J. Styles dump Flair. Please.

Back to raping Shakespeare this time they only went back a few years in scripts. Yeah, I know you had Eric Young do the cleaning of the toilets gimmick around 2006....

Yeah, this lead to Jeff Jarrett being in a falls count anywhere match against the creepy sex guy. In the men's room. I don't know if I want to touch that one. Morley was just tossing Jarrett from one end of the bathroom to the other. that sounds so wrong and it looked like Jarrett took a shoulder hit a little too hard. Morley pinned him for the win. yeah, um I found that nearly disturbing and oddly reminded me of the video Raspberry by I Mother Earth. It also reminds me of the bathroom scene you all did back in 2006 with Nash/Shelley/Aries...which was a hell of a lot funnier.
Second match for Jarrett was against Tomko. It started with a collar tie up and a side head lock on Jarrett which went smoothly into an off the ropes shoulder block by Tomko. He continued to work on the left shoulder of Jarrett, there was a small cut on Jarrett's face too by the by. Jarrett did manage to turn it around getting Tomko on the ropes, but it didn't last long, as Tomko used a running closeline. He got a two count with a flying armbar takedown, but Jarrett got a DDT on him. Jarrett then used a roll up for the win.

Doug Williams vs Rob Terry. Both guys got in each others face before the bell, then Rob Terry walked the length of the ring with Williams over head before slamming him down. He then slapped a bear hug on him, Williams got out of it for a few seconds, but was caught with a jumping leg larria. He then put a choke slam on him for the win.

Mr. Anderson... leave the comedy routines to the MMG and JB.

Anyone else find Hogan touching Abyss's arm a bit on the creepy sexual side? That was just a little too much.... I feel like I am watching a cult leader or something.

And no cookies this week for the editing crew. None. You did not need to have so many flashbacks.

Four corners match. Styles vs Wolfe vs Pope vs Abyss for the belt. Scheduled for one fall with a 30 minute time limit and we have 11 minutes on the show how does that work? Just when I thought Styles fashion sense could not get any worse he proved me wrong with that ugly robe. I really hope between now and Monday that A.J. looses that frealing robe in traffic or something that is just ugly. Pope and Styles started it off, with a high knee from Styles and a series of chops. Pope turned it around quick with a short shoulder block knocking Styles to the mat. Abyss and Wolfe tagged in. Wolfe tried a sunset flip but Abyss sat on him instead. Styles jumped in, but Abyss got them both with short closelines. Abyss then put a sideslam on Wolfe for a near fall, but Styles broke the pin. All four men in the ring now, and Styles and Wolf got tossed out. Back in the ring, Styles and Pope, the Pope down with Styles laying on the fists. Styles took the leg out from under Pope with Flair using a chair on him. Styles then put the figure four on him. The ref called it, giving the win to Styles. but um... there were two other guys in this match why did they not break the submission?

And the MotorCityMachine Guns! vs Generation Me vs Beer Money Inc vs Hernandez/Matt Morgan the evil druid. Chris Sabin and Jeremy started it off, with an armbar that Jeremy countered. Sabin countered right back then tagged in Alex Shelley where upon they used three double team moves in about 30 seconds. Shelley went for a cover but only got a two count. Jeremy turned it around again with another armbar then tagged in Max who used a moonsault to get into the ring and land on Shelley's shoulder. Another quick tag to Jeremy who did a double stomp on Shelley's arm before Shelley was able to tag in Sabin. They used a double team move off the second ropes on Sabin -a modified swingset- and went for a pin but Shelley broke it up giving Hernandez a chance to blindtag himself in. He then grabbed Max and power pressed him a few times before just dropping him over his shoulders to land hard in the middle of the ring. Morgan then tagged himself in who then got both members of Generation Me in a double choke and a boot to the face of James Storm before, Roode tagged himself in and got the roll up for the win. I wanna know, does Mr. Shelley read the production notes (I really don't want to say script) before hand, cause his reactions are amazingly vivid. It's like he's reacting as a fan would.

First match of the night was Randy Orton vs Ted DiBiase. DiBiase started it off with a few kicks to Orton's stomach before following it up with a punch. Orton did turn it around for a few seconds with a series of punches himself getting DiBiase into the corner but it didn't last long. DiBiase once again took control of the situation, but ended up with a short closeline for his troubles. DiBiase managed to get Orton into the corner this time for a beat down before giving him a drop kick. Orton was tossed outside the ring, DiBiase tried then to shove him into the ring post but Orton countered, tossing DiBiase into it. Orton then used an uppercut rolling back into the ring. DiBiase was stomping on Orton having control of the match for a few minutes. DiBiase got a two count but Orton powered out. DiBiase then went for a submission move, but Orton used the ropes to get out of it, walking into a closeline. They then ended up exchanging fists in the middle of the ring, Orton slapped a scoop slam on him backing it up with his stomp-walk and a knee drop. Rhodes came to the ring causing chaos and a double dq. Legacy then double teamed Orton in the middle of the ring for a brief moment before Orton destroyed them.

Cheech and Chong....wow man! You have no idea how to use your guest hosts, that tells me it's time to stop with the whole guest host idea.

Match #2 a money in the bank qualifier. Jack Swagger vs Santino. Collar tie up for starters, with Swagger using a gut wrench power bomb for the win. Why even have the match if you are going to have it less then a minute ?

Match #3 a money in the bank qualifier. Zack Ryder vs MVP. Ryder was on the attack -what the hell is that he's wearing?- with a series of kicks but MVP countered with an overhead suplex. Then a high knee to the face, followed by his trademark ballin and playmaker for the win. Another match that was less then a minute. Why do it at all?

Match #4 Divas pillow fight. Kelly Kelly, Gail Kim, Eve, Jillian, Alicia Fox and Mayrse. This was a pointless match, they all ganged up on Mayrse then Jillian started to close line everyone then Mayrse ddted Kelly Kelly, Gail Kim put a backbreaker on Mayrse, then Gail Kim got tossed out of the ring. Total chaos, Eve pinned I have no idea who for the win.

Final of the night, DX vs Miz/Big Show for the titles. Big Show and HBK started off, HBK ducked as BS went for him, it then went back and forth between them in a series of chops before Miz tagged in. He began stomping on HBK and got a near fall. BS tagged back in keeping HBK down on the mat. He then slapped a bear hug on him. Triple H tagged in, and used a jawbreaker on BS then a spine buster. Miz ran in and got slammed, then HBK creeped in knocking out BS. Both Miz and HBK tagged in, with HBK delivering an inverted atomic drop on Miz. HBK went to the top rope for an elbow, then Undertaker caused some chaos and Miz used a roll up for the win. Sheamus came out of nowhere and attacked Triple H.

Smackdown 2/26/2010

We open with Jericho whinning as usual, then Edge came down to the ring and speared him.

The first match of the night was a triple threat match for the money in the bank. John Morrison vs Dolph Ziggler vs R-Truth. Ziggler rolled out of the ring and both R-Truth and Morrison got out to toss him back in before double teaming him. Ziggler went back out of the ring again leaving Morrison and RTruth to start off. They used a collar tie up which Morrison turned into an armbar before Truth used a flying leg or a near fall. Ziggler broke the count. Morrison then put a side head lock on Truth followed by a drop kick also getting a near fall before Ziggler broke the pin again. Truth had a closeline for both tossing Morrison out of the ring, followed by Ziggler. Back in the ring Ziggler had RTruth in a side sleeper but Morrison broke the holde, causing Ziggler to sweep the legs of Morrison out from under him before using an inverted body slam but only got a two count. All three men were back in the ring each with a series of near falls then all three went to the top rope. Ziggler fell outside of the ring hard. Morrison got a sunset flip power bomb on Truth, but Ziggler pulled Morrison out and pinned Truth for the win.

Match #2 was a Divas match. McCool vs Mickie James with Vickie as ref. They started with a collar tie up turning into a side head lock on Mickie. She turned it around with a series of kicks and a neck breaker. Both ended up outside the ring, Mickie getting a leg scissors on McCool. Back in the ring, McCool kicked Mickie in the stomach and got the win after Vickie decided to slap Mickie.

Match #3 Kane vs Drew McIntyre. Drew tried for a kick but Kane caught his leg, giving him a chop then backing him into the corner, continuing to stomp on him. Kane used a suplex for a near fall. Drew used a neck breaker off the top rope getting the upper hand then followed with a few clotheslines knocking Kane down. Drew then slapped a modified choke hold on Kane, working on his injured neck. Kane broke the hold by tossing Drew across the ring, before Kane then got the pin with a large boot.

The Miz came to play on Smackdown.

Match 4 CM Punk vs Sheldon Benjerman. This started with a collar tie Punk stomping on him in the corner. Benjerman turned it in his favour with a series of boots. Punk rolled out of the ring before using the top rope for a neck breaker on him. He then spring boarded into the ring for a near fall. Punk continued to look good with a cross under roll but only got a near fall. Punk slapped a submisson move on Benjerman but it was countered, Benjerman using a suplex bridge for a tow count, but did manage to get the win with his paydirt.

Match #5 Edge vs Miz. Miz was looking smoking hot in the purple tights. He started it off with a collar tie up but Edge countered swirving as Miz ducked between the ropes. Another collar tie up that led into a belly to back suplex. Edge then turned it for his favour with a suplexed bridge and slapped a side headlock, followed by a shoulder block. Miz backed into the corner going for a boot but Edge ducked and slid out of the ring dragging Miz out. Back in the ring and Miz has the advantage with a modified sleeper on Edge as he continued to work on the injured neck. He crashed Edge in the corner a few times before going for a top rope move, but was caught in mid air. Edge turned this into flap jack slam. He then pulled a side russian leg sweep backed up with a series of closelines and a revirsed power bomb. Miz countered with a double back breaker but only got a two count. Edge speared him for the win.

And Abyss was showing the rest of the X-Division the magick LSD... Which of course had no effect on Jay Lethal cause he's got them there shades that takes up half his face... And then A.J Styles came down to the ring with the damned cuff links in his ears again/still. 3 minutes into the show and I see where this column is going tonight already. Styles you are making this too easy for me tonight, you are saying Flair's old gimmick of if you want to be the man you have to beat the man, well I am guessing the last guy you beat for those earrings was Liberace. Then Abyss came down and they had to cut the camera angle because even he was laughing at the end of the promo.... I'm bored.

17 minute mark and our first match is Nasty Boys vs Team 3 D in a tables match. You know, the mood I am in right now.... Team 3D won with the help of Jesse Neal by putting Sags through a table.

Knock Outs match. ODB vs Daffney. I caught that! ODB came down to the ring making a gesture that her implants are fixed. No not braking the rule... ODB won by a dq. This is the second week in a row Daffney has been dqed.

Wow 45 minute mark and we've only had 2 matches. (remember the way I get the show there is no commercials)The quality of the show has gone down hill in the last 2 months. If I wanted to watch a talk show I would watch Oprah.

Oh my god! a match! and we're only 50 minutes (commercial free time line) into the show. Got alittle excited there and then I saw it was just Brian Kendrick. He's got the crappiest music ever. Put you to sleep that does. He went up against Kaz. They started with a wristlock, Kendrick kicking the under part of Kaz's shoulder. Kaz turned it around, forcing Kendrick to the mat. I really do not want to see Kendrick's butt, lest it's the better side of him. Kendrick managed to turn it in his favour with his free elbow to the side of Kaz's face before Kaz used the second rope for a wicked spin which lead to a deep armdrag/hip toss. Kaz then used a scoop slam followed by a jumping leg drop from outside -into the ring. Nice. Kaz followed up with a running double leg drop to the chest of Kendrick. Kendrick tried to use a roll up but got nowhere with it. Quickly, Kendrick used a fakeout -going for what looked like a neck breaker but turned it into a jawbreaker over his knee. Kendrick went for a high risk move but was kicked upside the skull. Kaz then used a wicked looking clutch-capasitor for the win.

Match #4 is for the Global Championship. Rob Terry vs Mr. Anderson. Christ Rob Terry's creepy. Mr. Anderson got hit with a chair before the match, and Rob Terry won by default after knocking the poor camera man who got too close. See I'm not the only one who thinks Rob Terry is useless, creative knows he can't wrestle and had to come up with a why for him to win over Mr. Anderson.

Wonder if he reads my cooking blog or just agrees with me that Alex Shelley needs to eat more?

Oh my god! another match! I'm excited are you excited.... Wolfe vs Abyss. How can you have a 20minute time limit for a match when there is only 9minutes left to the show? Abyss threw him across the ring, but Wolfe came back on the attack with a kick, getting Abyss down to the mat. Getting back to his feet, Abyss crushed Wolfe twice in the corner. Wolfe tried more then once to get Abyss off his feet, but could not. He got caught in the blackhole slam, giving Abyss the win.

The show begins with Jericho flapping his jaw yet again makes you wonder if he gets sick of hearing his voice. Out comes Edge to spear Jericho. Edge has made his choice for WrestleMania and he will battle Jericho for the title. Out comes John Cena after Edge and Jericho left the arena. John Cena lost the title to Batista last night at the elimination chamber. Cena is talking about how he was screwed by McMahon along with Brett Hart. Cena decided to invoke his rematch clause which brings out McMahon. He seems way to confident with himself.

Cena is determined to get his title match. And Batista isn't defending til WrestleMania. And McMahon reminds Cena that Sheamus has a rematch as well. Cena is in a match tonight, if he wins he goes to Wrestlemania. If he looses Sheamus goes to WrestleMania. Cena battles Batista tonight. That should be an interesting match to say the least.

*on a side note keep in mind both titles are still sitting in Smackdown hands so I'm not sure what good this does.

Maryse versus Gail Kim part of the finales to win the match for the women's title. Gail Kim is wasting no time to win the match, Maryse had to quickly fix her top (my guess these tops don't work well for wrestling). Both girls are badly injured. Both girls are digging down deep to win the match. Maryse is the new Diva's Champion.

Later on tonight will be Diva bull riding. Jewel has hurt her ankle bull riding on a mechanical bull. And of course you see Gillian butchering Jewels song. Jewel got to slap Gillian Hall.

Next they show Orton and discussing the betrayal of DiBiase. Cody Rhodes is kissing up way too much. Orton is blaming himself. And Orton talks about his bullying. Orton sends a message to DiBiase that he's sorry. Legacy is out to destroy Orton. That much is obvious with reference to "the plan"

Legacy versus Evan Bourne, Kofi Kingston, and Yoshi Tatsu (well now we know where Tatsu from ECW are). Bourne desperate to make a tag. Bourne tags in Kingston who's on fire. Until he hit the viper. Orton got tagged in. Orton is quick to destroy Kingston. Kingston trying to battle back. Legacy are conspiring in the corner. Orton delivered a DDT to Rhodes and a RKO to DiBiase. Orton left a laid out Legacy and Bourne, Tatsu and Kingston win the match using the airborne. Orton is very confident about being the leader of Legacy.

Shawn Michaels is coming out to explain his actions at the Elimination Chamber. Michael's is counting on a reaction from the Undertaker. Which cuts into the Undertaker's music. Undertaker looks especially grim tonight. Undertaker versus Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania. Michaels has to put up his soul as part of the match. Michaels career will end if he looses to Undertaker.

Christian is up for a match versus Carlito for a money in the bank ladder match at WrestleMania. A lot of fast moving and kill switch delivered by Christian who earns a ticket to WrestleMania with a money in the bank.

Jewel & Ty Murray host Diva Bull Riding Competition the Diva's beat Big Show when he attempted to ride a bull and lost and then Big Show and The Miz were informed they had a title match.

Unified Tag Team Champions Big Show & The Miz versus Mark Henry & MVP The winner of the match was Big Show and The Miz

2010 WWE Hall of Fame Inductee announcement: Wendi Richter The two-time WWE Women’s Champion will be inducted the night before WrestleMania.

Mr. McMahon invited Bret Hart back to Raw next week for a proper “farewell” He will be brought back next week to give a final farewell to the WWE Universe.

Cheech & Chong will be the special guest managers next week.

John Cena versus WWE Champion Batista The match ended in disqualification when Cena was kicked in the groin by the animal which insured Cena a ticket to WrestleMania

Smackdown for Feb 19 2010

We open with Jericho coming down to the ring talking about his win over Undertaker last week. Claiming he should be the number one contender. Then Edge came down to the ring to tell him otherwise where he speared him. According to the announcer right out of his ... I didn't catch what he called them, but I am guessing it's a status shoe like what a Manolo Blahnik is to a woman.

Match #1 Kane vs Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler looked strong right off the top with a series of kicks and punches getting Kane off guard, but it didn't last for long as Kane tossed him across the ring then slammed him. Ziggler went face first into the top rop before Kane used a low drop kick but only got a near fall. Kane continued his assault with a boot to the throat of Ziggler then another big scoop slam followed by an elbow. Still only got him a two count. Ziggler finally got the upper hand with a series of punches, but it didn't last long. Kane used an upper cut knocking Ziggler to the mat. Ziggler tried to counter but got tossed out of the ring by a closeline. Back in the ring, Ziggler slapped a modified fugiwan (?) armbar but it was countered with a sidewalk slam from Kane. Kane was then going to the top rope when Drew McIntyre came out to the ring giving Ziggler a moment to slap the sleeper on Kane. Getting to the ropes, Kane was able to break the hold, then used his trademark choke slam for the win.

And it looks like the ECW title will be coming to Smackdown.

Match #2 Cryme Tyme vs Caylen Croft/Trent Barreta. JTG and Croft(?) started off with a collar tie up (is that like the first step in the dance a collar tie up? Can't we start off some time with a different move?) looking like Croft had the advantage with a high knee but JTG slid out of the ring knocking Barreta (?) off the ring apron. He then used a shoulder block from outside with a back fly into the ring and a hard elbow off the ropes before going for a near fall. JTG went for a top rope move but was knocked to the floor by Croft. Barreta tagged in going for a pin but only getting a near fall before JTG kicked out. Barreta used a second rope step ladder elbow on JTG in the corner then tagged back in Croft for a double team move. Another quick tag as Barreta jumped over the top rope to land an elbow into the chest of JTG but only got a two count. He then got JTG in the corner on the top rope going for a high risk move, but JTG elbowed his way out, getting a tag to Shad. Shad laid in a series of closelines before an over head drop and a pure power slam for a near fall. Barreta then used a drop kick to get Shad off his feet but it didn't last. Shad used a grapevine for the win.

Match#3 Straight Edge Society vs R-Truth/Morrison. Punk and Morrison started it off with Punk going right for the injured leg of Morrison. Morrison counted with a modified small package getting a one count. Punk then tried again for a leg sweep but Morrison once again countered turning it into a side head lock. R-Truth tagged in and they used a double team stomach breaker with Morrison limping away from the move. R-Truth then slapped a side headlock on Punk keeping him down on the mat before Punk powered out with a side slam of his own. Gallows tagged in only to get slammed in the corner and R-Truth going for a cross body for a near fall. There was a few moments of the Undertaker's pyro scaring everyone into chaos. Punk had tagged back in, using a submission move on Truth. Punk then used a kick to the chest and a scoop slam before tagging back in Gallows. Gallows turned and kicked Morrison off the ring apron to the floor before turning his attention back to R-Truth who was in the corner with a large belly slam. Punk tagged back in with a punch to Truth's back getting him to the mat. Truth countered with a running forearm to Punk's jaw/neck but Punk turned it back around again with a kick of his own. Another quick tag to Gallows who used a series of elbows to the back of Truth. Another tag to Punk who was going for a top rope move but Truth caught him with a kick in mid air. Morrison tagged in with a series of closelines on Punk and a wicked drop kick before using the ropes for a high knee. It was only a two count. Morrison managed to get Gallows off the apron and moved just as Punk was going for a spear, but ended up in the ring post shoulder first. Morrison was going for a kick when Punk moved, and Morrison's injured right ankle connected hard with the ring post. Punk went right to the leg with a series of elbows the ref having to pull him off and end the match. The sound of his leg hitting the ring post was sickening.

Match #4 Matt Hardy/Khali/Maria vs Hard Dynasty. Natalya and Maria started off. Natalya going right for the kill with a belly to back suplex then a stomp to the back of her head. She slapped a side headlock on her tossing Maria into the ropes. Maria countered with a boot to the shoulder. Kidd tagged in as did Matt Hardy, Kidd going right after him with a series of hard forearms but Hardy turned it around with a spinning side slam. Hardy then used a swinging sit down power slam on Kidd from the corner but only got a two count. Smith then blindtagged himself in with a large boot to the gut of Hardy then used a swinging neck breaker for a near fall. Quick tag to Kidd who got a two count. Another quick tag to Smith for a vertical slam then a submission move. Hardy managed to get a side effect on Smith. Smith then got up and tossed Hardy out of the ring head first, with a semi blindtag on Maria. Natalya dragged Maria into the ring then used her nato closeline for the pin.

Match#5 Batista vs Edge. Batista spent the beginning of the match dodging Edge then just walked away. It's interesting to see Edge as a Face after the past 6 years of him being the Heel.

Batista got into the ring and they used a collar tie up. Batista kicking Edge but the upper hand went to Edge as he used a series of forearms on Batista keeping him off center before using a round heel kick, Batista rolling out of the ring. Back in the ring, Batista throws Edge into the ring post back first. He then tore up the stairs before Edge countered with a back body drop onto the stairs rolling back into the ring. Edge then used a running spear off the ring apron before tossing Batista into the ring. Batista had Edge up for a power slam but Edge countered with a revised sitdown power slam for a near fall. Batista used a spine buster but only got a two count. He went for another but Edge countered with a side slam for a near fall. Edge speared him just as the lights went out and the Undertaker had Edge in a choke slam. This was a double DQ.

Yes, iTunes Canada had it for download at a decent time today.

We are coming off of the Against All Odds ppv. And I still hate the opening credits as it's got way too much cheese (Hogan) and where the hell are the MMG?

We open with the Pope who won the big 8 card stud match at the ppv. He is now the number one contender to A.J. Styles' championship. I like the Pope he has nice eyes, but then I got bored. Why, because Styles and Flair came out, and what the hell is up with those damned earrings? Are they cuff-links? You going drag on us or something there Styles? Damn, that's just tacky.

Knock Outs.... Daffney vs Tara. Non title... no not breaking my rule... Tara won by a DQ

TNA you are so like a guy, when I tell you how much I hate an element, you just go ahead an add more of that element. Like all the "backstage" filler crap. I frealing hate it! There is no need for it. You could have at lest 3 more matches in the time you use with the filler.

Orlando Jordan vs Samoa Joe. Why does Jordan look like a drowned rat? Jordan tried to jump Joe, but Joe was too smart for him and moved out of the way. Joe then got Jordan in the corner with a series of punches and kicks. Jordan then went for a cheap shot with a thumb to the throat. But Joe rebuffed with a running leg style closeline. Jordan then used a spinbuster on him turning it back in his favour. He then used a spinning neck breaker, and a knee drop but only got a one count. Samoa Joe turned it around once again with a series of closelines before Jordan slapped on a back breaker for the win. What? Hang on!

More filler, this time Abyss worried about why he was being called into the office, maybe it's because of the fact you are shedding like a cat all over the ImpactZone from playing with your hair all the time.
Which brings me to my next point at the 33 minute mark (remember iTunes Canada takes out commercials ) and there has only been 2 matches so far. Filler is for hot dogs not tv shows.

Abyss vs Jeff Jarrett for the mask. Yay. I have been saying for the past year that the mask needs to come off. we start with a collar tie up that led into a shoulder block from Abyss. Jarrett went for a kick but Abyss countered with a closeline. Jarrett was in the corner with Abyss going for his trademark shocktreatment, Jarrett countered with a kick to the back of the skull, landing Abyss on the ropes. Abyss slapped an inverted atomic drop on him, but Jarrett got the upper hand with a upper cut. Outside the ring now, and Jarrett went to use a steel chair only to have Abyss turn it on him. Back in the ring, the chair set up in the corner, but Jarrett was unable to use it. Both men went for a closeline, before Abyss got the sidewalk slam on Jarrett for a near fall. Jarrett went for a top rope move but got caught midair in a choke slam, still only a two count. Abyss then got slammed face first into the chair in the corner. And Bishoff sent half the locker room down for a 5 minute beat down on both. It was a Double DQ. I'm having such massive Deja Vu right now, thinking about WCW back 12 years ago and just waiting for the buckets of blood to be poured on Jarrett... and then the zombies were bringing Abyss to the office for tea.

Brutus Magnus and Rob Terry (big useless) vs Beer Money Inc. Brutus and Storm started it off. Brutus used a shoulder block then an irish whip on Storm, but Storm countered with a simple slap to the face. Storm in the corner with a boot to the jaw just before Big Useless from the outside with a closeline cheap shot knocked Storm down. (I still say Rob Terry can not wrestle) He tagged in then got a slam on Storm, before slamming him in the corner. { hey how about bringing in Steve Corino? Does he still wrestle? Don't ask where this idea came from for whatever reason it just did right now while watching this match} Brutus then blindtagged himself in. Storm then used a kick and a jaw breaker before tagging in Robert Roode. Roode was all over with a knee and a slam then they double teamed Rob Terry. They then used their finishing movie the DWI on Brutus for the win.

And more filler this time the human cheese gave Abyss some LSD or something telling him it's magick. I didn't realize this was a cartoon. I thought I was watching wrestling, seems I was wrong. BORED NOW! Hold on, did the human cheese just say it will make him the god of wrestling? That is Alex Shelley who is the god of wrestling... okay so I am very very bias. Taz and Mike Tennay said they have heard alot of speeches over the years but nothing like that, gee they were trying not to vomit too eh?

Daniels vs Kurt Angle. Daniels jumped him before the bell rang with a series of rapid punches to the chest. Angle fought back but Daniels surprised him with an open hand palm thrust knocking him off his feet. Daniels went for a sunset flip but Angle countered with the ankle lock. Daniels tapped out. Hell that was a short frealing match. What a rip off.

Samoa Joe got kidnapped. My money is on JCW... don't ask why.

And the MotorCityMachine Guns! Finally, where the hell have they been last few weeks? They tagged up with Kendrick and Doug Williams. vs Amazing Red/Generation Me/Kaz. Okay thank god you let him out of the Suicide mask. I for some reason am suddenly wanting to watch Dream a Little Dream starring Corey Haim and Corey Feldman. Oh my god, do you do these fashion gimmicks just to get under my skin? Really, Mr. Shelley, Mr Sabin we've had this talk before... Why do I bother when you clearly are just going to... anyway.... Doug Williams jumped Kaz just as the bell was being rung. He laid into him with a series of forearms. Kendrick got tagged in then dragged into the ring by Kaz. Where upon Kaz used a drop kick and an overhead on him. GM tagged in using a double team move on Kendrick before Alex Shelley tagged in. Lovely not sure about the hair though, He got caught up in a drop toe hold from Max(?) but countered it sweeping the leg out from under him going for an early pin with his armband but only got a one count. Shelley none the less get control and slapped a dragon wrist lock on him before tagging in Chris Sabin. They used a double team on him with Sabin going for a quick pin but only got a two count. He then shot Max into the corner but Amazing Red tagged in. (thank god I have a rewind button Red moves so frealing fast) Red got Sabin with a shoulder block from outside the ropes, using Sabin's back as a ramp to fly into the ring before trying a sunset flip on Sabin. Sabin countered but went for a kick only to have Red move out of the way. Red went for a roll up but Sabin kicked out. Red DDTed Sabin causing Shelley to come into the ring for a save. Red then punched Shelley in the jaw and Shelley fell off the ring apron (boo Red boo) Doug Williams then tagged in with a upper cut and shoulder block to Red. Followed by a suplex before going to the top turnbuckle. Red countered with a corkscrew kick knocking Williams over. Kaz then tagged in with a closeline and series of drop kicks turning it in his favour, then slapped a spinning neck breaker for a near fall before Kendrick broke it up. Generation Me then got into the ring acting like they were monkeys or something, at which point Sabin used a baseball slide -hesitation drop kick to break that up. Kaz and Sabin were the two in the ring and as Kaz went to spring off the ropes, Shelley grabbed him from outside the ring. The Guns then went for a double team but were thrown off by Red from the top turnbuckle. Williams and Kaz are now in the ring, Kaz using a slingshot to get the upper hand going for the pin. Kaz won the match. Hang on, who were the legal guys? And for those of us who forgot what Suicide.. I mean Kaz looked like...

Raw: 2/15/2010

Raw was done like an episode of Jerry Springer.

We open with Sheamus vs Randy Orton. Orton was Face in this match as far as the crowd were concerned. They started with a collar tie up with Orton grabbing Sheamus, tossing him into the corner and planting an upper cross forearm to his jaw. The crowd went nuts. Sheamus turned it around with a series of hard forearms to the back and stomach of Orton getting Orton to his knees. Sheamus then used a short closeline before Orton turned it in his favour with a series of kicks. Sheamus used one of his low punt kicks getting a near fall, he then slammed Orton in the middle of the mat hard. Sheamus missed his punt kick with Orton going for RKO but it was countered, Sheamus rolled out of the ring. Back in the ring Orton did his limb stomp stomping on Sheamus' head just as Legacy came out. This was enough a distraction that Sheamus was able to grab Orton from behind and slap a back breaker on him. He got Orton into the corner and continued to work on his back. Orton managed to battle back with a fresh series of kicks and punches before using a standing drop kick. Orton then used a backbreaker on Sheamus setting up for his RKO but once again, Sheamus rolled out of the ring, before going shoulder first into the steel post. This would be the second time since Christmas Sheamus has injured that shoulder. Legacy then caused a DQ giving Sheamus the win. Orton then slapped an RKO on Rhodes, Sheamus ran back in with a punt kick to DiBiase only to turn around and get RKOed. I have no idea where Orton goes mentally as of late when he does what he does, but he almost looked like he was trying not to puke while having a bout of Tourettes.

Do wrestlers taking acting lessons at all? If not, they should. Hey, here's a thought, instead of putting money into making bad action films, put the money into your wrestlers improving their "back stage" skills. As we see all the wrestlers backstage in couples. Not too surprising that the gimmick tonight is that Jerry Springer promises to unveil the hidden romances backstage.

Big Show/Miz vs MVP/Mark Henry. Miz and MVP started it with MVP getting Miz down in the corner using a series of stomps. Miz used a large boot to the face but it didn't last long, as MVP tossed him into the other corner where Henry was waiting. Miz then rolled out of the ring. Back in the ring, Miz throwing punches but got a large back flip from MVP. Henry tagged in with a series of closelines and a headbutt. He went for a pin but only got a two count as Big Show broke it. BS then tagged in only to be slammed by Henry in the corner. BS then powered down BS before trying a move off the second rope. Henry rolled out of the way tagging in MVP. MVP used a jaw breaker on BS getting a bit of an advantage. But BS used the boot tagging in Miz. MVP used a roll up on him for the win.

And now for the three ring circus part of the show... a mock Jerry Springer episode... now back to your normal three ring circus known as Raw.

Kofi Kingston vs Ted DiBiase. They started with a collar tie up, Kofi against the ropes. Kofi then swept the legs out from under DiBiase before slamming him hard. DiBiase went for a drop kick but Kofi moved out of the way, causing him to slam his head against the mat for the second time in two minutes. Kofi got the drop kick on DiBiase lay him flat. This match was all Kofi for the next few minutes, as DiBiase looked half out of it. DiBiase tried to get to his feet, ended up crawling to the ropes, moving out of the way just as Kofi went for a high risk move tangling himself. This let DiBiase slap on his finisher dreamstreet for the win then promptly fell over looking as if he was going to puke.

Cena vs Triple H. Cena had Triple H in a side head lock that turned into a modified bulldog before using a shoulder block getting the side head lock on him again. Triple H then used a high knee getting Cena off his feet before catching him in the corner. Cena turned it around with an irish whip and suplex combo getting a near fall. Triple H then countered another bulldog before slapping another knee to the head. Cena got Triple H down to the mat but he tossed him across the ring breaking what looked like the beginning of an ankle lock. Taking it out of the ring, Cena went face first into the ring rail. Triple H was going for his petagree out on the floor but Cena countered with a overhead backdrop, Triple H hitting the floor hard. Back in the ring, Triple H had Cena in a sleeper hold but he worked his way out of it. Triple H used a closeline for a near fall. Both men went to the top rope with Cena using a headbutt to knock Triple H down, using then a leg drop but still only getting a near fall. Triple H slapped a boston crab on him but Cena countered with the STF. Triple H got to the bottom rope to break the hold. Triple H then used a spinebuster getting things back in his favour but Sheamus came in with a punt kick to Triple H causing a Double DQ. He then put a punt kick on Cena too. Somehow Sheamus got the celtic cross on Triple H. That is one hell of a strong man.

Smackdown Highlights for Feb 12 2010

Rey Mysterio vs CM Punk. Mysterio won with a roll up. Then the rest of the Straight Edge Society ran in beating Mysterio up.

John Morrison now has his own DVD out.

Drew McIntyre vs Kane. It was a Double count out. McIntyre keeps his belt.

Diva's match. Mickie James vs Layla/McCool in a handi cap match. McCool got the pin with the Styles Clash which they are now calling the Faith Breaker or the Face Breaker. Not too sure as my subtitles do not work and they are still turning the volume down on the Canadian version.

Matt Hardy/Khali/Maria vs Hart Dynasty. Matt Hardy got the pin over Kidd with a roll up.

R-Truth vs John Morrison. Morrison went for a roll and landed wrong. R-Truth had to help him get his boot off, what looks like a snapped ankle.

We got a short commercial for the new show NXT. Which did not really tell us anything other then it starts in two weeks.

Edge came out to kill time and fill what was suppose to have been the Morrison match.

Jericho vs Undertaker. Jericho won with the code breaker.

The End of ECW

Well many of you who watched last nights ECW know that it was the end of a great show. Goldmember and Tatsu versus Big Show and The Miz, and with typical fashion Big Show and The Miz won the match. Then they showed Tiffany giving a farewell speech when non other than Ryder and Mendez appeared to get in on the match with Christian and Jackson to which Tiffany said no which resulted in Rosa Mendez spatting some spanish words at her. And Tiffany told Rosa she didn't care what language she spoke in the answer was NO. Next was the match between Christian and Jackson. Christian came out and said a nice farewell about how he loved being with ECW he didn't consider it a step down in the least. He appreciated being there. Just as the a was getting underway Ryder and Rosa interfered. Rosa slapped Christian which resulted in Tiffany coming out to dish some pain on Rosa and screaming at them to get out. The match ended with a new champion Jackson overpowered Christian for the win.

I have sent so many emails in panic to iTunes Canada, I think they have one person assigned to my account. iTunes Canada had it for download tonight.

And you know the show started off with that old man who really needs to admit it's time for a hair cut and shave, yammering on about how people are now talking about TNA. Dude, people have been talking about TNA for the last 7 years. Bored Now. I actually thought about just doing the dishes while he was on, and I hate doing the dishes. I would rather clean the toilet five times in a row then do the damned dishes. Then I remembered, I have a fast forward button cause it's iTunes.

Then Eric Yummy.... er um Eric Young came to the ring. I like beautiful men okay

Then we had another qualifying match for the 8 card stud tournament. Pope vs Orlando Jordan.
My money is on the Pope, and I am still waiting for someone in the X-Division to snag me that wicked trenchcoat. They started with a collar tie up, with Jordan getting the advantage with an elbow. Pope then turned it around with two deep arm drags. Jordan when for a thumb to the eyes before sweeping out the leg of Pope. He then used a swinging neckbreaker getting Pope down on the mat before using a large back breaker. Pope managed to turn it back in his favour with an inverted atomic drop then a large flying forearm. Pope then used his trademark coronation (smooth slide) for a near fall. Jordan used a spinebuster for a near fall. Pope used his trademark knees to the back (Denaro Express) for the win. He qualifies for the ppv this weekend.

The next qualifying match is Suicide vs Matt Morgan the evil druid. Suicide was pushed into the corner, but he used the ropes to leap over Morgan and bounce off the far side with a series of kicks. Suicide went for a drop kick but Morgan the evil druid caught him in midair tossing him overhead. He then got Suicide into the corner for his rapid fire elbows. Morgan then used a simple side slam drop on Suicide, before Suicide used a spring board drop kick to turn it back in his favour. Morgan used his carbon footprint for the win.

X-Division title match. Amazing Red vs Doug Williams. Williams grabbed the leg of Red spinning him but getting kicked upside the skull. Red got him cornered with a series of punches before taking the knees out from under Williams. Each used a form of roll up for a near fall, before Williams used a wheelbarrow press to get the advantage. He then used a leg scissors getting Red in the center of the mat. Red did manage to get it back around and toss Williams out of the ring, which set up perfect for his twisting corkscrew dive. He used a spin kick but only got a near fall. Red was going for a high risk move but Williams sidestepped throwing him shoulder first into the ring post. Williams was then wide open for his rolling chaos theory for the win.

Knock Out handi cap match. Beautiful People vs Love/Tara. No not breaking my rule. Hey was it my imagination or was the shot Love put on Lacey a really hard hit? Velvet sky got the pin on Love with a cheat.

Wolfe's promo was funny. I like Wolfe. He was in a tag team match with Hernandez vs Mr. Anderson/Kurt Angle. Hernandez and Anderson started it off. Anderson used a few kicks and a rake to the face to get the upper hand. Hernandez used a closeline chop plus a large splash in the corner before tearing off his shirt for the necktie toss. Angle got tagged in by Anderson, and slapped a hammerlock on Hernandez. He turned it around on Angle before Wolfe used a cheap shot (a kick from the outside on Angle) Wolfe blindtagged himself in using a sweeping slam on Angle. He continued to work on the arm with a top wrist lock/hip drag combo. Angle countered with a release suplex, letting Hernandez tag in, with a flying shoulder block. Wolfe tagged back in and used a vicious upper forearm knocking Angle down to the mat. Angle managed to get the ankle lock on Wolfe, making him tag but the ref was out of range, then Hernandez tagged back in only to be given a suplex off the top turnbuckle. Chaos for a few minutes with everyone in the ring, then Wolfe used his hammerlock drop on Angle for a near fall. Just as Wolfe was going for his tower of london, Angle countered it and used a side slam, where upon Anderson blindtagged himself in. Anderson tossed Angle out of the ring and hooked the leg on Wolfe for the win.

I still think the ramp is stupid and dangerous. Samoa Joe came out to a round of idiots moshing in the front row. Where the hell do you guys find the people for the front row any way? The back of the short bus? He called out A.J. Styles. I agree, Styles is boring now. Go back to your old look. Mr. Styles, come close to the computer, I have to tell you something, you as a Heel, just not a good fit. I do not feel you as a Heel.

And where the hell were the MotorCityMachine Guns! huh?

We opened with a recap of the Bret Hart situation.

I hate the opening credits by the way, the song is a total irritation and the opening looks too much like a bad Much Music commercial from 25 years ago.

The guest host was a race driver I've never heard of before, but then again I am not into racing. Carl Edwards. Anyone else notice that there has only been one female guest host so far on Raw? When Trish Stratus hosted back in the summer.

But hey, Sheamus came out to liven things up; yes the members of hcvpteam are hot for Sheamus. Christian came out.... hey isn't he from ECW the show we don't get here?

Christian vs Sheamus. It started with a collar tie up that turned into a armdrag/hip toss by Sheamus. He managed to get a punch in on Christian, but then when he went for an elbow in the corner, Christian blocked it and went for a cross body, that was caught in midair. Sheamus then tossed him overhead and used a running closeline to get Christian over the ropes onto the floor. Back in the ring, Sheamus had Christian down on the mat in a modified sleeper armlock. Christian powered out but Sheamus answered with a heavy knee to the chest before Christian used the ropes for a shoulder block. Both men fell to their knees. Christian pulled the top rope when Sheamus went for another closeline, tossing Sheamus over. Christian then went for a top rope springboard/suicide drop combo. Sheamus turned it back to his favour with the use of the ring post to the shoulder. He then continued to work on the shoulder by sending Christian backwards into the guardrail with a hammerlock. Back in the ring, Sheamus used another hammerlock keeping him down on the mat. Christian in the corner began to fight back with a series of elbows before going to the second turnbuckle for a drop kick. He followed up with a series of open palm slaps to the side of the head before using the top rope for a reversed hangman, causing Sheamus to stumble. Another high risk move off the second rope but Sheamus rolled out of the way and used a closeline to gain a small advantage but Christian used a DDT for a near fall. Sheamus used his trademark punt kick and his celtic cross (boarder toss) for the win.

Three Team Tag Elimination match. CM Punk/Luke Gallows vs DX vs Miz/Big Show. The rest of the guys jumped Miz and Big Show tossing BS out of the ring and stomping on Miz in the corner before the bell. DX cleaned the ring. Back in the ring, Punk had HBK in the corner and delivered a high knee then a running bulldog. BS got into the ring trying to sandwich slam both men but missed. This match it is very legal for one member of each team to be in the ring at the same time. Triple H tagged in, as did Gallows, they both went after BS but BS took both men down, getting Gallows into the corner with a chop then Triple H in the other side with a headbutt. Triple H tried to use a petigree but was tossed over the top rope. Miz and Punk tagged in, Punk working on the kneed of Triple H. Miz used a double axehandle on Triple H before turning his attention to Punk. Punk then got a large boot to the face from Triple H before Triple H closelined Miz. Punk used a low hesitation-style drop kick on Miz getting a near fall. Miz used a jawbreaker on Punk and it looked like Miz had the whole thing sewn up but Serrina from the outside pulled Miz off the ring apron. HBK tagged in with a series of forearms to Punk. HBK used a kick to the chin on Punk then got a pin. Gallows and Punk were eliminated. BS then used a double closeline on DX. BS used a headbutt and a closed fist on HBK before standing on him. HBK was in the corner but managed to use two boots on BS, then BS used a sideslam on HBK for a near fall. Miz tagged in, working on HBK with a series of kicks but only got a two count. Miz then used a hang man on him. BS tagged back in and walked into a kick to the chin knocking him down. Miz and Triple H both tagged in. Miz took a few knees to the face before a spinebuster, but HBK blindtagged himself in and the Miz snuck a win with a roll up. Yes the win was a clean win, Big Show and Miz are the new tag team champs.

I think you guys need to do something about the number of tag team belts, poor Miz has to carry three now. Miz's music says he came to play, oh I wouldn't mind playing with Miz.

Divas match. Gail Kim vs Jillian. The match was underway when the camera swung on them, Gail Kim was tossed out of the ring then right back and Jillian went for a cover but Gail Kim powered out. Jillian went for a top rope move landing on Gail Kim for another near fall. Gail Kim turned it around with a long leg to the jaw while holding onto Jillian's arm in a version of a necktie then went for the pin getting the win. Gail Kim advances to the Elimination chamber match against Mayres at the pay per view. Maryes was on headset for this very short match and made a comment about how the behavour over on Smackdown by the Mcool and Layla has been unprofessional and uncalled for. Finally, someone who is saying it like it is.

Jerry Springer will be next week's guest host. Really? He's still kicking around? I remember watching his show 20 years ago in college.

Cody Rhodes vs Randy Orton. Orton pushed Rhodes and they circled each other for a few minutes, before Orton kicked him. Rhodes used a drop kick going for a quick cover. They then used a collar tie up Orton breaking it with a series of closed punches before Rhodes used a grapevine (they still call it that right?) slamming Orton to the mat. Rhodes was then hung up on the top rope landing hard on the mat. Sheamus came into the ring for a second just enough to grab the attention of Orton giving Rhodes the chance to use his crossroads for the win.

Sheamus then got back into the ring after the match was over and used a boot to the skull. Good to see that Sheamus vs Orton is still a feud. Rhodes slid into the ring with a chair protecting Orton for a moment.

Ted DiBiase vs John Cena. Cena jumped DiBiase before the bell, tossing him out of the ring. He then ran him into the rails. There was no bell the match never started, but Cena had the SFU on him outside the ring causing DiBiase to tap. The move looked like it was not applied proper and DiBiase looked actually hurt.

Cena then called out Batista. McMahon came out instead. The show ended on Bret Hart running into the ring beating down everyone.

They announced that in a few weeks time, ECW will no longer exist. There is a new show being planned to replace it. TNX (?) Not too sure if we'll have access to this new show or not, but if we do, will have a review for it.

Jericho came out and whined for the first half

Drew McIntyre vs John Morrison vs Kane in a qualifying match for the Elimination chamber. This was a triple threat match first pin or submission. John Morrison pined Kane for the win. He goes on to the Smackdown Elimination chamber at the next pay per view.

R-Truth vs Mike Knox. R-Truth pinned Knox for the win. He goes to the Elimination chamber.

They showed highlights of what happened on Raw after it went off the air. Batista beating the crap out of Jon Cena by throwing him into the ring post and onto the stairs.

Batista vs CM Punk. Punk won by count out He goes on to the Elimination chamber.

Matt Hardy vs Chris Jericho. Jericho got the win he goes to the Elimination chamber.

Mickie James/Beth Phonex vs Mcool/Layla. Mickie James won with a pin over Layla.

Rey Mysterio vs Dolph Ziggler Mysterio won with a small package. He goes on to the Smackdown Elimination chamber

Return of the Cutting Edge. His guest was suppose to be Undertaker, but Jericho came out and they showed highlights of Raw from where Edge attacked Sheamus. Then CM Punk came out to be a pain in the butt. Then Undertaker came out and just tossed everyone out of the ring.

I know I said at the end of the review on the weekend, I would be back with the missing pieces as soon as possible. It was available on the official Spike Tv website today. I have no idea what is happening with iTunes Canada. So this week's column is going to be a bit of a stitch up. The missing pieces will be in Blue.

It seems we opened the show with another qualifying round in the 8card stud tournament and it was Brutus Magnus vs Mr. Anderson. Anderson went right for Brutus with a knee lift. Brutus fought out of it with a series of punches. Anderson then kicked the knee out from under Brutus before whipping him hard into the turnbuckle. Brutus did manage to fight back with a half necktie takedown. Anderson used an eye rake then his trademark mic check for the win.

Team 3D vs Hernandez and the evil druid Matt Morgan for the titles. Hernandez and Brother Ray started it off with a collar tie up. It then went back and forth for a few moments with both men trying to block the others' punches before Hernandez got the slight advantage. Hernandez then ended up in the corner on the top turnbuckle where Brother Ray hit him with a vicious forearm. Devon and Morgan both tagged in. Devon had the match in this favour with a large splash from the far ropes knocking Morgan down flat. Morgan managed to get out of it and used a tornado closeline for a near fall. Quick tag to Hernandez who used a basic neck wrench on Devon. Both men went to the top turnbuckle with Devon using a flying headbutt on Hernandez. Both got the tags with Brother Ray sending a series of punches to Morgan. Brother Ray then used a large suplex getting the advantage. Devon came into the ring and they double teamed Morgan. Hernandez then came back into the ring only to get a double shoulder block from Team 3D Nasty Boys came down to the ring which gave Hernandez the advantage.Then Morgan got the win with his trademark carbon footprint

Jesse Neal vs Samoa Joe. Hey, I forgot this Neal guy even existed he hasn't been seen in so long. Neal did not wait for the bell, he jumped Joe as he was getting into the ring. Joe turned it around very quickly with a suplex-high collar tbone- Joe then pushed Neal into the corner and slapped a paylay on him. Neal tried to get it back in his favour with a thumb to the eye then he went to the second turnbuckle for a high risk move, but Joe walked away causing Neal to belly flop. Joe then used his trademark muscle buster for the win.

The Pope vs A.J. Styles in a non title match Pope got an arm bar on Styles The Pope was in the corner with Styles delivering chops to him. Pope slapped him then used a drop toe hold before starting to work on the arm. Styles countered it but it just was not enough. Pope used an interesting combo dance before a very high back body drop. Styles then had the advantage with a knife edge chop and a drop kick. He had Pope on the second rope putting pressure on his neck. Styles then used a snap suplex getting a near fall. Pope did get a few punches in before an inverted atomic drop and another near fall. Pope used a small package for the win.

Why the hell when you do a run in do you need to have the theme music? You Don't. A run in works so much better when you don't hear any theme music and you don't know the wrestler is there until he's popped up on the screen.

Another round in the 8 card stud tournament. Tomko vs Kurt Angle. Tomko got a big boot up knocking Angle down hard. Angle used a headbutt and a closeline to toss Tomko out of the ring. Once back in, Tomko put Angle in a quick snap-slam. Angle was shot shoulder first into the ring post. Tomko had him in the center of the ring on the mat before using a power slam. Tomko went to the top turnbuckle but was countered by Angle with a suplex knocking both men out. Angle managed to get up and slapped on two german suplexes before going for his angle slam. Angle used his trademark ankle lock forcing Tomko to tap out.

Tara vs Love. Tara won keeping her belt. Now you didn't really think I was going to break my rule did you? I have to say this thou, I am not a fan of either but Love looks like she's really improved in the last few months that she has been away. It will be interesting to see what she can do against someone like Hamada.

Mike Foley vs Kevin Nash. This is a no DQ hardcore match. Chaos and a mess in the ring is about all I have to say on this match. Nash managed to win this with a pin.

This was a very boring episode. Nothing new, nothing special and Bored Now.

We open with the Return of Edge who shocked everyone by winning the Royal Rumble.

This should make for an interesting Heel vs Heel vs Heel situation. Sheamus then came out with a bit of a hair cut and a sunburnt nose.

The first match was an Elimination Chamber qualifying match. Cena vs Cody Rhodes. Rhodes started off strong with a series of fists to the face then got Cena in the corner before using a side Russian leg sweep for a near fall. Rhodes then used a hangman for another near fall. Cena turned it around with a flying forearm before using his trademark Ucan'tCme. Rhodes used a short closeline and slam for yet another near fall. Cena won with an attitude adjustment. He goes on to the Elimination Chamber match at the next ppv.

Next round in the qualifying match. Swagger vs Triple H. Swagger turned this into a mat match right off with a submission move before Triple H broke the hold with the ropes. Triple H used a high knee to knock Swagger out of the ring. Getting back into the ring, Swagger used a short DDT to turn things around for a near fall. Triple H then tossed Swagger out of the ring again. Back in the ring Triple H used a short knee for another two count before putting Swagger face fist in the turnbuckle. Triple H won with a petagree. Triple H goes on to the Elimination Chamber match.

Next round in the qualifying match. Randy Orton vs HBK. It started with a collar tie up with HBK getting the advantage with a series of chops. HBK was working on the neck and head of Orton. Both were in and out of the ring a few times before HBK went to the top rope for a cross body. Orton got back in control with a backbreaker before using a standing drop kick but only got a near fall. Orton used a side chinlock slowing HBK down. Orton used a roll up to get the win. Cleanly. Orton goes on to the Elimination Chamber match.

Next round Mark Henry vs Ted DiBiase. It started with a collar tie up and was all Mark Henry for the first few minutes. DiBiase from outside the ring slammed Henry arm first into the ring post then used a drop toehold sending him into the steps before getting back into the ring. He continued to work on the arm of Henry but only got a two count. DiBiase won with a pin. He goes on to the Elimination Chamber match.

The final round Big Show vs Kofi Kingston. Kingston started with a few kicks but found himself sliding across the mat on his butt to land in the corner. Big Show used a headbutt then before tossing Kingston again across the ring. Big Show got caught on the ropes giving Kingston the chance to use a drop kick sending him off the ring apron. Back in the ring Big Show used a spear to get the advantage once again. Kingston used a series of drop kicks to get Big Show flat on the mat but only got a two count. Big Show hit the ref and was DQed. Kingston goes on to the Elimination Chamber match.

The Elimination Chamber match at the next ppv now looks like this Sheamus vs Cena vs Kingston vs Triple H vs DiBiase vs Orton.

Bret Hart came back once again to confront the rumours.

Well I was just reading some of the fan sites and have got this to tell you.

The results for last week's TNA Impact came in at a 1.4. Their second highest rating in under one month.
You need to be marking your calenders for the first week of March it seems. From the rumours I have been reading, the Monday Night Wars are on... again. The fans are buzzing with the talks that TNA Impact is moving to a Monday night time slot.

Not too sure how good this week's is going to be, as I had to go hunting online for it. Haven't had to do that in a long while. BUT it's Saturday morning already and neither iTunes Canada nor Spike Tv official channel posted as of this time (9:43 am EST)

Looks like we opened with alot of Filler. Hey, they must have read this column last week as they called Bishoff on the lack of injury. And I still hate the idea of the ramp going all up to touch the ring. NEXT....

Mr. Anderson's promo was good. Short and to the point. And very right on the use of Mr./Miss/Mrs when you don't really know someone. Proper use of title it's not just for Jane Austen fans anymore.

First match of the night is a first round match of a tournament. Winner of the tournament becomes number one contender.
Wolfe vs the icky sex guy. Please tell me; we are not taking icky sex guy seriously. Morley got Wolfe in a hammer lock, but Wolfe turned it around and then kicked the ropes while Morley's shoulder was against it. Wolfe had him down in the corner for a boot to the throat but he got up and used a closeline to knock Wolfe down. Wolfe managed to use his flying hammerlock takedown to get the upper hand. Wolfe then slapped on his reclining arm stretch before Morley rolled out. Morley used a power slam before Wolfe got him up on the top rope for his tower of london for the win.

Daniels vs Hernandez. also a first round match of the tournament Daniels did not wait for the bell, and jumped Hernandez. He hit him with a series of kicks before running him face first into two turnbuckles. (not going to scream about the six sides being gone. you don't listen anyway)
Hernandez countered with a knee to the chest then got Daniels in a vertical suplex. Daniels went for a sunset flip but it was countered and turned into a clean over head suplex. Daniels then used a cheap shot thumb to the eyes before an insergurnee (this is why I never call it that and just call it a kick to the back of the skull. I need a wrestling dictionary ) Daniels got a near fall then used a jawbreaker and slam softening Hernandez up for a moonsault. Hernandez used a shoulderblock, closeline and then a large overhead back drop. He then went to the top turnbuckle for a splash but Daniels had rolled out of the way. Daniels tried a rollup but only got a near fall. Hernandez got the win with a heavy side slam.

Knock Out match. Beautiful People vs Kong/Hamada/Tara.... Madison Rayne got the win. No I am not going to break the rule I have, just not a whole lot of matches this week so thought I would just say....

The British Invasion came to the ring and cashed in their X-Division title match. But instead of it being Big Useless, Doug Williams had the match against Amazing Red. Williams used the chaos theory to win the X-Division title.

And thank you Mike Foley for the grossness of the dren cleaning story. That was filler we really did not need to hear.

Mr. Anderson vs Jeff Jarrett. Nice. I like the fact Jarrett came to the ring without pyro or music or anything. They started with a collar tie up, Jarrett getting Anderson in the corner. Jarrett had him then in a side head lock before using a shoulder block. Anderson turned it around with a few punches to the back. Jarrett used a high hiptoss takeover then a double dropkick to turn it back around again. He used a running closeline to toss Anderson out of the ring. Anderson got back into the ring and threw Jarrett into the post. Anderson then slapped a hammerlock on him, using a slam to drop him adding extra pressure to the hold. Anderson then continued to work on the arm and shoulder for the rest of the match. He then went to the top turnbuckle but missed as Jarrett rolled out of the way. Anderson used a small package for the win.

And the MotorCityMachine Guns! teamed with Brian Kendrick vs Generation Me/Amazing Red. Kendrick jumped Red before the bell. Red somehow managed to get it turned around and slammed kendrick into a corner then powerwalked over his back (sort of sideways) both Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin blindtagged themselves in. Red got a kick up to Shelley's jaw then rolled over him to get Sabin with a second kick sending Sabin into the ropes. Then both members of Generation Me tagged in double teaming Shelley with a double mule kick and an odd leapfrog kick before double teaming Sabin with a combo stomach breaker (?) and flying leg drop. Sabin managed to fight out of it and turn it around on Max (the greasy dark haired one) with a knee lift to the jaw in the corner before Shelley came in for an attempt at the stepladder jump but got a facefull of top turnbuckle (is Mr. Shelley okay?) Jeremy tagged in but was caught in an atomic drop by Shelley letting Sabin use his trademark low dropkick while Shelley held him in place in the middle of the ring. Sabin got a near fall. And a very late chant from the crowd of MotorCity
Red tagged in and used a hurricanrana on Sabin. Shelley got into the mix with a superkick which lead nicely to another stepladder dropkick by Sabin to Max, tossing Max off the ring apron. (still do not like the idea of that ramp being there) The Guns! went for a double team on Red but kendrick tagged himself in. He ran in with a stick kick then used a cradle for the win. Raw Results for Monday Night.

Unified Tag Team Champions DX defeated The Legacy. This caused a major upset to Legacy.

Big Show defeated MVP. After MVP talked a lot of smack to The Miz Big Show came out to show him who was large and in charge.

Maryse def. Eve for

Alicia Fox was seen talking to the GM asking if she would win her match, Of course Dule Hill trying to be psychic claimed she would be victorious. Which proved not to be the case. Gail Kim def. Alicia Fox. Alicia seeked her revenge for loosing by slapping the GM.

Match #1 Batista vs Finlay. Batista got Finlay into the corner then showboated letting Finlay get a series of forearms then a drop kick from the second rope. Finlay got two near falls before kicking Batista out of the ring. Batista then tossed Finlay into the announce table getting a DQ.

Match#2 Drew McIntyre/Jericho vs John Morrison/R-Truth. Morrison and Jericho started with a modified sleeper, before Jericho slammed Morrison with a shoulder block. Morrison countered with a deep arm drag and a drop kick. Truth tagged in and they used a double team move on both of the other team. Truth used an armbar on Jericho as Morrison tagged back in. Jericho turned it in his favour with a closeline but Morrison got a scissors kick knocking Jericho down. Morrison ended up on the wrong side of the ring and tossed out. Jericho dragged Morrison back into the ring using a hard sidewalk slam on him. McIntyre tagged in with a series of stomps on Morrison. He then used a short closeline for a near fall. McIntyre had Morrison in the middle of the mat working on the shoulder. Jericho tagged back in with a large stomp before going back to work on the shoulder. Morrison fought back with a short backbreaker and grapevine on Jericho. McIntye tagged back in ripping apart Morrison. Morrison got it back around for a moment with a kick but McIntyre got another near fall. Jericho tagged back in with another backbreaker on Morrison. Jericho was going for a superplex but Morrison blocked it and used a crossbody for a near fall. McIntyre tagged in using a half submission hold before a suplex for another near fall. Morrison managed to get a DDT on him finally able to get Truth a tag. Jericho tagged in . Truth used a spin kick and roll up for a near fall. Truth did use his trademark scissors kick for the win.

Match #3 Cryme Tyme vs Knox/Haas. JTG and Knox started it off with a collar tie up before Knox tossed him into the corner but JTG used a money flip to get the advantage. Haas tagged in only to be hit with a series fists. Then Kane came down to the ring, tossing everyone out.

Match #4 Great Kahli/Matt Hardy vs Hart Dynasty. Hardy and Kidd started with a wrist bar on Hardy that was turned around and Hardy used a closeline on him. Some double teaming in the Hart's corner, with Smith holding Hardy while Kidd used a double leg drop on him. Smith tagged in and used a vertical suplex dropping Hardy hard. He then when for a submission move trying to keep Hardy from tagging out. But Hardy managed to get a side-effect on Smith and used a small package for the win.

CM Punk. In the beginning I was cool with the anti-drug message. We even called it "his Jesus Christ Pose".

Damn it! Us here at the hardcore Vamps Prods., office regret having ever said that, cause he's really turned it into a Jesus Christ Pose. Or poser as the case may be.

I was watching a snip from this week's Smackdown and I had to come write this. Its gone too far. Way too far.

The scene I just witnessed was a woman running up to him saying she needed him. Like that's not every straight man's urban fantasy? A woman saying they need you so much they can't live without you or what you have going.

Not only has the last few weeks of "saving your soul" military hair cuts been too much, he's even got the Jesus Christ facial happening. Punk this is in bad taste.

I don't see how religion and politics fits in what is suppose to be a "family" show? Not that the WWE is too concerned with what they are showing kids who happen to watch every week (another rant for another time)

iTunes Canada was late tonight with the download again.

Let's start with the new opening shall we... Where the hell are the MMG? They used to have 2 spots in the opening credits now it's filled with Hogan. WTF? (I liked the old boy band in the rain look on Shelley and Sabin)

....speaking of children, then Flair came out with a couple of 12 year old stick insects in the latest slut wear.... wow you really are trying to recapture the old WCW days aren't you?

and the ring.... deep sigh... most of us hate the four sided replacement and no one wants to listen....moving on. Talk Talk Talk Talk blah blah blah.... what's with all the filler? A.J. Styles, love you to death, but you don't do comedy too well. The fans loved you just the way you were, we get you are having a Heel turn but what's with all the extra talk ? Was it just me or does the new Styles feel fake?

British Invasion vs Hernandez/evil druid Matt Morgan. This is a return match from the ppv this last weekend. Morgan/Hernandez had won the belts at the ppv. Doug Williams and Matt Morgan started it off. Morgan used a series of headbutts sending Williams into the corner. Williams turned it around getting Morgan to the mat (no pun intended) with a series of forearms to the skull. But that didn't last long, as Morgan got him back into the corner using his trademark rapid fire elbows. Morgan now outside of the ring, was distracted by Brutus Magnus while Williams hit him with a baseball slide. Back in the ring Brutus tagged in, getting a near fall on Morgan before slapping a modified sleeper on Morgan. Both Hernandez and Williams tagged in. Hernandez used a flip/DDT combo but only got a near fall. Big Useless Rob Terry came down to the ring with his Feast or Fired case which was used on his own team by mistake letting Hernandez get the win.

Okay you know what, I can see in a twisted way why you would change the shape of the ring, but I don't see why you would have the ramp touching the ring. Seriously, won't that cause issues with the X-Division guys and some of their moves?

Orlando Jordan vs The Pope. I'm still waiting on that wicked trenchcoat there Pope, I've got a purse that would so totally work with that trenchcoat just waiting for someone in the X-Division to snag it and send it to me. They started with a collar tie up, but Jordan tossed Pope across the ring with a deep armdrag. Pope went for a submission hold but Jordan swept his leg out from under him landing him in the middle of the mat. And either they got stronger microphones or else that was one hell of a slap Jordan gave Pope, cause you could hear it very clearly. Pope then got him on the second rope for a smooth-slide and landed not just on his feet but into a sitting position on the railing. Jordan pulled Pope back into the ring with a dragon-screw-leg whip. Jordan then DDTed Pope for the win. Damn it!

Too much filler. iTunes Canada is just the show no commercials, this is the 45 minute mark (that would have been...an hour and 10 minutes on tv with commercials) and we have only had two matches. What the hell? Normally by this point we have 4 matches.

The return of Angelina Love. She went against Madison Rayne. I still refuse to write about the Knock Outs but I have to say this, I always love to see a Canadian beat the crap out of an American.

The Nasty Boys vs Young/Nash. Righty-ho Righty-ho. Seriously, I used to love the Nasty Boys.... 20 years ago when I was 15. Dude, please. That's all I am saying about this match. I love love love Eric Young but.... I am going to make Eric Young the photo of the week cause he looks yummy.

The promo by Mr. Anderson was just what we all expected. Okay, this is one new player I am a fan of. And he does his gimmick very well.

Main Event was A.J. Styles vs Kurt Angle. Styles jumped the bell with a series of closed fists to Angle. Angle turned it around to his favour with a stiff closeline that flipped Styles. He then used a backbraker for the near fall. He then used a snap suplex for another near fall. Styles got the leg up for a low blow breaking the series of suplexes. Styles used a thumb to the eye at one point to keep Angle off kilter. He then slapped on a figure four leg lock in the middle of the ring. Angle broke the hold with the bottom rope and managed to get Styles in an overhead suplex. Styles used the paylay but showboated not even trying for the pin, which allowed Angle to slap the ankle lock on. Styles countered and slapped the move on Angle just when the ref rang the belt. I have no frealing idea what just happened here

Kurt Angle screamed he quit TNA and was going to head back to the other company then spit in Hogan's face. With the crowd chanting "thank you Angle". Kurt then continued to tell Hogan to freal himself. (okay so he used the real f**k word but I like my word better for blogging reasons) Kurt went on to say "you just lost the frealing franchise" Seriously, I'm not even sure if this was a real break down on Angle's part or a score being played. It might have been a score but the fact Angle actually said the F word as often as he did makes me wonder, as he normally says "freaking" when he's doing a promo. BUT the fact he said the name of the other company and it was not bleeped out makes me wonder.

Then Bishoff stumbled out with a small slice on his hairline. Which we all know is the easiest spot to slice ourselves when needing to have an in ring wound cause skull wounds bleed the worst. All I have to say about the Bishoff part was Hey remember back in 1998-99 in WCW when you did the New Blood vs Old Guys routine? I remember that. You dusted off those old scripts. History really does repeat itself, and this is tasting like a bad bowl of day old maggoty fish.

This show was a total load of dren. There was only 5 matches in a 2hour show. That's crap. The matches were short and there was barely anything above brawling. Way too much filler. I know I don't write about the Knock Outs, but normally there is at lest 2 Knock Out matches per episode and they normally last 10 minutes each. There was one match at it barely clocked in at 5 minutes. There wasn't any X-Division matches either. The tag team matches were less then impressive this week as well. I don't know if this was done this way cause it was the day after a ppv when it was taped and the guys were all bruised and tired or what, but it was low on fuel tonight.

Undertaker declined HBK's request for a Wrestlemania ticket. If HBK can defeat Undertaker tonight he will get his title shot at wrestlemania. To which HBK says no. He won't fight unless it is at the grandest stage of them all. HBK will enter the Royal Rumble to win and defeat the Undertaker.

Undertaker is confident he will be the title holder in two weeks after he fights Mysterio. HBK is aiming for Undertaker's soul.

Sheamus versus Evan Bourne. In two weeks Sheamus puts his title on the line against Orton. Evan Bourne one of 30 men to battle in the royal rumble. Orton is walking down the ramp heading towards the ring. Sheamus is getting distracted Bourne capitalizes on Sheamus. Sheamus refocuses and inflicts more pain on Bourne with a boot to the head. And ends with the Celtic Cross.

Orton heads into the ring. The audience is desperate for a RKO. Sheamus backs away from Orton to get his title. And holds it high in the air. Next they show HBK talking with Triple H. And they show Don Johnson the guest gm for the night. Don Johnson talking with Triple H. They show Carlito dressed up as Napoleon Dynamite.

Mark Henry versus Jack Swagger. Which proved to be a lame match when Mark Henry tossed Jack Swagger over the ring. Ending the match. He will be a difficult man to eliminate at the Royal Rumble. Bella Twins are coming out with John Heder and Don Johnson.

Out comes the two actors. Accompanied by the Bella Twins. The main event is gonna feature Degeneration X. To which Heder wants something new. Heder calls out the Miz. The Miz causes conflict between the gms. Wow so I'm watching the back and forth between Heder and The Miz with reference to Miztake. Hmmm I think I have seen this somewhere.

MVP came out and is set to take out the Miz and Heder. Out comes the Big Show. Big Show comes after MVP and MVP went after the Miz. Miz and Big Show are sizing each other up. DX will go against the team of The Big Show and The Miz.

Up next is Kofi Kingston and John Cena versus Legacy. The crowd goes insane for both Kingston and Cena. Kingston and Cena won barely with Legacy doing everything in their power to win. But the team of Kingston and Cena were successful.

Looks like the main event will be a 6 man match including Hornswaggle with DX and John Heder with Big Show and The Miz.

Maryse and Alicia Fox versus Gail Kim and Eve. Maryse is beating on Gail Kim along with trash talking her. Alicia Fox tagged in causing more pain on Gail Kim. Gail tagged in Eve who is quick to battle. Eve gets Alicia to tap out ending the match.

John Heder is freaking out with his upcoming match. He is trying to convince Johnson to take his place. Big Show and The Miz try to reassure him. Don Johnson says this is a miztake.

Next they show what is going to happen at the Royal Rumble. Triple H is seen talking to McMahon trying to figure out why the McMahon's can't let things go. Orton is in action next.

Orton versus Chris Masters. Chris Masters escorted to the ring by Eve. And out comes Sheamus to watch the match. Causing a big distraction. Orton causing lots of pain on Masters trying to prove a point to Sheamus. Orton is stuck in the master lock. No one has ever escaped the Masterlock. Orton able to deliver the RKO. Sheamus delivers a kick to Orton knocking him out and stepping on Orton. Sheamus acts more and more like a barbarian. Not sure what his deal is.

Next up DX with Hornswaggle versus Big Show, The Miz, and John Heder. Heder looks ridiculous as the Flame. Don Johnson escorts DX to the ring. Something about the Miz in purple really makes me wonder about him. Big Show has been tagged in to cause pain on HBK. To which Miz gets tagged back in. Don Johnson watching from ring side. HBK quick to turn the match around and cause pain on the Miz. Triple H trying to get HBK to tag in. Hornswaggle tagged in and kicked the Miz in the head. Heder wants to be tagged in. Who's whiter then Sheamus. Heder kicks Hornswaggle. Hornswaggle causing pain to Heder. and Triple H gets tagged in and Heder jumps out of the ring and Johnson throws him back in. HBK delivers sweet chin music and Hornswaggle wins pinning John Heder. Triple H tells him it's not going to work going after the championship to Shawn Michaels and out comes John Cena. John Cena has an announcement to make. John Cena will be in this years Royal Rumble. Last time he was in it he won the whole thing. Big show is coming in to say something. He is in the Royal Rumble as well. Triple H says he will win the Royal Rumble cause he's in it.

Next weeks hosts will be James Roday, Dulé Hill from Psych.

Off the heels of another pay per view for TNA that I did not get to see either. The hardcore Vamps Prods., staff are to poor for such treats, but I have been spending my morning surfing the fan threads.

The buzz is that the traditional Six Sided Ring was removed last night for a common four sided one and the crowd HATED IT!

I don't blame the fans for screaming about it. I would have too had I been there. Ardeth posted about it awhile back on one of her blogs saying removing such a part of the identity of TNA would cause trouble. Wow, maybe she was right?

You can read her thoughts on it here as well, I was reading in the fan forums about the unhappiness many are expressing towards the new storylines. Once again, you need to drop the past and get onto the future.

Hey, you know how I had the rule not to talk about MainEventMafia.... well, I am only going to talk about the guys I like.

Kurt Angle called out A.J. Styles saying Styles was really that good. Um yeah we've known that for nearly a decade. And the mystery guy.... okay you fooled me, my money had been on Wolfe and it was Tomko. Nice.
A.J. Styles vs Tomko in a title match. Styles didn't wait for the bell he went right after Tomko with a series of punches. They took it out of the ring and Style slammed Tomko's arm into the steps going right for the repaired shoulder. Getting back into the ring, Styles had him down in the corner with a boot to the throat. (so unlike Styles) He then used a double drop kick to the face. Styles got shoved out of the ring and the camera went to the announce booth for half the match...Tomko got a near fall. Tomko used a boot to the face to turn Styles inside out for another near fall. Tomko then managed to get Styles on the bottom rope stepping on his neck. Styles used the paylay for the win. There was no energy in this match. Normally, Styles is just all over the ring but this match was more then just slow paced it was disappointing. I was expecting more out of these two but it was just terrible.

As far as the Knock Outs go... breaking my rule slightly, the women's tag champs Hamada and Kong were up against the Beautiful People, and it was cool to hear the crowd chanting for Kong and Hamada.

What with all the filler? I don't like filler. I like matches.

Lethal and Creed vs .... the match didn't get to happen because Lashley came out and hit them from behind. Maybe he was sick of seeing Lethal in the moomoo too? Lethal honey get rid of the damned moomoo. Well they were suppose to go up against Team 3D, but when Team 3D came down to the ring... the bell rang they got Creed in a 3D and Devon covered him for the win. That's dren total dren. Creed and Lethal are two of the best in the X-Division and one of the best tag teams around, why the hell are they being used as fodder?

I thought Daniels was the Face in this new feud he's now in with the icky sex dude? Was I wrong?

Hernandez and the evil druid Matt Morgan vs Beer Money Inc. Hernandez and Storm started off. Storm got tossed into the corner, and over the ropes but he managed to hang on and kick Hernandez in the back of the skull. Storm then got a near fall. Roode tagged in and they doubled teamed Hernandez with a suplex. Evil Druid Morgan tagged himself in giving both members of Beer Money Inc a short closeline. He got Roode in the corner for his rapid fire elbows then used a sidewalk slam on him. Storm tagged back in, they went for a double team on him but Hernandez tagged in getting both of them with a double flying closeline. Storm got tossed out of the ring and Roode got tossed down to the mat giving Hernandez a chance to use a suicide dive. Then Big Useless Rob Terry from the British Invasion came out to the ring causing a double DQ.

Wolfe vs Samoa Joe. The Pope was on the mic for this one. Hey Pope, did anyone snag me that wicked trenchcoat of yours yet? Joe pushed him right into the corner and started with a series of punches then threw him across to the other side and kicked him upside the skull. It looked like Wolfe was getting some headway but Joe caught him in mid-move, flipping him into a slam. Joe when for his trademark rear naked choke, but Wolfe managed to push him backwards to slam into the post. He rolled into Joe and used an arm drag before a kick to the face. Wolfe then went to his usual assault trying to take out the arm. Wolfe then got Joe on the top rope setting up for his Tower of London. Winning the match. How'd he do that? When was the last time we saw Samoa Joe loose?

And the MotorCityMachine Guns! vs Generation Me. Oh god, two more guys with long greasy hair. Oh you brought me a pet werewolf, he's cute can I keep him? Chris Sabin and the guy with the greasy dark hair started it. Sabin used an arm bar on the guy -Max? before he turned it around in his favour and used an arm bar on Sabin. Sabin got out of it with his trademark flip and a deep arm drag then a drop toe hold slamming Max to the mat. Alex Shelley tagged in continuing to work on the guy's arm. Sabin blind tagged himself back into the ring and they double teamed him with a wishbone. The blonde guy with the greasy hair-Jeremy jumped into the ring only to get a stereo round kick by both Guns! Sabin then got Max to the mat with a fist to the forehead. Another quick tag in by Shelley where upon he had Max in a sleeper in the center of the ring. Max broke out of it giving Shelley two elbows to the gut before Shelley landed a chop to him. Sabin tagged back in, and they had Max in the corner, but Max flipped Shelley out side of the ring hard. He then used a flying bulldog/hangman combo on Sabin. Jeremy tagged in, giving a flying dropkick over the top rope to Shelley knocking him once again off the ring apron. He then put an inverted atomic drop on Sabin before using a backward suicide dive on Shelley sending Shelley into the guard rail. He managed to get a near fall on Sabin, but Sabin kicked out. Max tagged back in, but Sabin got the boot up knocking the momentum out of him. With Shelley still out on the floor, Generation Me double teamed Sabin in the center of the ring. Chris Sabin managed to use a quick arm bar into a roll to tag in Alex Shelley. Shelley used a flying thrust kick to get things back into the Guns! favour. Which did not last long, as both members of Generation Me doubled teamed Shelley with a double standing moonsault. Shelley then used a dead stop on the second turnbuckle on the dark greasy haired one -Max- before Sabin got him with a mule kick. Looked like the Guns! had him with a double team but the blonde greasy haired one -Jeremy broke the pin. Sabin went for a dive, but missed landing hard on the outside god his arm while Shelley went for his trademark sliced bread but was stopped with a double 450 splash from both members of Generation Me and got the pin. I am really hating this new team.
My tag team are injured I am not happy.

Raw: 1/11/2010 -Highlights

It's really late this week. Sorry. WWEGIRL is having some family issues right now, hopefully she will be back soon.

Mike Tyson was the guest host this week.

He was joined in the ring by Sheamus, then Cena, Orton and Kofi all decided to join the party.

A three way dance was booked for later in the show, Cena vs Orton vs Kofi. Winner will face Sheamus at Royal Rumble later in the month.

Side note, Randy Orton was having a hard time keeping a straight face while John Cena made reference to the Tyson video game.

Match #1 Divas match. Kelly Kelly vs Alicia Fox. Fox started with a forearm and a high knee to the face of Kelly Kelly before slamming her into the top turnbuckle. She got her down on the mat with a choke hold and a handful of hair. Kelly Kelly got out of it turning it into her favour for a moment by using a cross body outside of the ring. After getting back into the ring Fox used a power slam roll up for the win. Fox will continue in this Diva tournament next week.

Match #2 Legacy vs Evan Bourne/ Mark Henry. Bourne and DiBiasi started. Bourne went into the ropes using it as a springboard then getting DiBiasi in a scissors move before using a drop kick to throw him off balance. DiBiasi kicked him out of the ring while Rhodes used a cheapshot on Henry. DiBiasi got Bourne in the middle of the ring with a modified choke before Rhodes tagged in. He got a near fall before using closed fist to Bourne's skull. Rhodes got Bourne up in a slam going for a second near fall, before slapping on another modified camel clutch submission move. Mark Henry tagged in, using a series of forearms on Rhodes before a massive power slam. Bourne tagged back in just as DiBiasi ran into the ring. Rhodes used his crossroads for the win.

Match #3 Swagger vs Santino . Swagger got Santino slammed into the corners, before dropping down on him in a belly flop. Swagger was then tossed over the top rope being eliminated. Santino won by default.

Match #4 Cena vs Orton vs Kofi. Cena and Kofi worked together getting Orton out of the ring. Cena used a fishermans suplex on Orton just before Kofi attacked Orton with a series of forearms. Sheamus came out to ringside to watch, which was just the distraction Orton needed to get back into the ring and knock out both Cena and Kofi. Orton had Kofi in the middle of the ring in a choke hold submission while Cena was out on the floor after having been tossed into the announce booth. Kofi got out of the hold, just as Orton DDTed Cena on the second rope. Kofi went for a crossbody on Orton for a near fall. Orton used a hangman jawbreaker on Kofi as Cena bulldoged Orton then Cena went shoulder first into the post, giving Kofi a chance to put an SOS on Orton for a near fall. Cena slapped and STF on Kofi. Kofi then knocked Cena out of the ring, and Legacy got into the ring letting Orton get the win on Kofi.

Orton will face Sheamus at the Rumble.

Match #5 Divas match Eve Torres vs Katie Burchill. Katie had Eve on the mat with a simple knee to the spine before Eve rolled out. Burchill used a slamming backbreaker across the knee for a near fall. Eve came back with a short arm closeline for a near fall. Eve used a drop kick, but Burchill got another near fall, before Eve used a simple roll up for the win.

Eve will go against Mayrse in the Diva finals.

Match #6 DX vs Jericho/Tyson. Tyson started with HBK, tossing him across the ring a few times before running into Tyson and getting dropped to the mat. Triple H tagged in getting into a collar tie up in the corner. Triple H started a shoving match with Tyson, before Jericho tagged himself in with a series of forearms to Triple H. Triple H then used a high knee on Jericho. HBK tagged in, but Jericho got a near fall on him, HBK then nearly ripped Jericho's tights off for a roll up near fall. Tyson tagged back in, just as Hornswaggle joined the match. Tyson then turned on Jericho giving DX the win.

Okay I had to wait for Spike Tv official website to have it. And I realize by now everyone and their dog's grandmother has already seen the show themselves or has read other site's spoilers/reviews.

So going to do this way different today. First off, everyone has been hearing about the fact the replay which is what this is that I saw, was edited from the live show massively. Hold your crickets, this is a flat out bitch fest me ripping apart everyone and everything.... Oh it's on!

You morons in the line talking to whoever the freal that was with the frealing mic, shut up! You don't know dren from good chocolate.

I posted on my gozno blog about the very bad feelings I had all day Monday leading into the show. You can read it here and here I was so upset I did two blog posts on the topic. Caution I do not censor that blog

And the MotorCityMachine Guns! were part of the Steel Asylum match vs Homicide and Kiyoshi vs Creed and Lethal vs Suicide vs Amazing Red. Okay so this was difficult to see as it was inside a large red cage. But I think I spotted Chris Sabin with forearms to Kiyoshi. Alex Shelley was climbing trying to win the match. I could not keep up with this one, the cameras were not close enough and it was chaos. And let's face it, I'm not happy at all about this whole mess and not even going to pretend to be professional this week. Jay Lethal went for the quick win too with a climb up the other side at the same time. Lovely, a chant of "let's go Shelley" Red had a spin kick that I couldn't even see who on. Sabin had a mule kick for Kiyoshi. Shelley fell from the top of the cage to the middle of the ring. Oh God! is he okay? Creed had Kiyosi up for a slam. Homicide turned on Kiyosi with a weapon while Lethal was choking Shelley on the ring apron. That got the whole match dqed. That is total bulldren and the fans know it! Oh jesus freal the other biggest piece of dren in the business just walked out of the frealing crowd. You are trying to make me vomit aren't you? Now is it just me, or did the look on Mr. Shelley's face show the same disgust as I am feeling? when he saw the bucket of dren climb the outside of the cage and sit on it?

Speaking of spoilers and stuff. I read that Alex Shelley has a possible back injury from that show. I hope he's okay.

I know Wolfe wrestled, Raven wrestled, the evil druid Matt Morgan wrestled (yes he came out in his robe again so he's once again the evil druid) but I'm just too pissed off with this episode to talk about much. I don't even feel like making a comment about waiting for that wicked trenchcoat of the Pope's. (which I am still waiting for someone in the X-Division to snag for me)
And since all I care about is the X-Division and Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin. That's all I will talk about this week.
Next week my temper will be under control and hopefully TNA will have gotten their heads out of their asses and be back to normal.

iTunes Canada had split the show into two downloads.

We open with the continuation of the Turning Point (Nov 15th 2009 ppv) match between Samoa Joe/Daniels/A.J. Styles.
Styles getting a suplex on Daniels. Joe had been outside the ring then slides in to be greeted by a series of punches from Styles. Joe then kicked Styles on the side of the skull knocking him down. He went for the same round on Daniels but was blocked. Daniels then got Styles with a punch before Styles slapped a paylay on Daniels. Styles had been outside the ring but used a shoulder block on Joe then a flying headbutt before hitting Daniels with a disk closeline. Styles then used a flying forearm off the top ropes on Joe for a near fall. Styles then tried for a flying hangman for another near fall. He went for the move again on Daniels this time but was caught mid move as Daniels got him in the last rites sending him to the mat. Daniels then got a suplex on Joe. Joe then used his trademark muscle buster for a near fall. The crowd started their chant again of this is wrestling Styles and Daniels then spent the next few minutes trying to beat each other with the other man's finishers only to be kicked in the back by Joe. Both Styles and Daniels were sitting on the top rope both about to try a suplex when Joe chopped Styles sending him to the floor. Daniels then used an STO takedown on Joe inside the ring. Daniels did his BME on Joe only to be knocked out with Styles landing a 450 on him getting the pin over Joe. Styles kept his belt.

Round Two of the Knock Out tournament
Roxxi vs Hamada. Hamada got Roxxi down on the mat with an armbar before Roxxi turned it around on her. But Hamada used a drop toe hold to once again gain the advantage. Roxxi used a rolling arm drag to get the momentum back on her side. Hamada used a submission move forcing Roxxi to break it with the use of the ropes. Hamada used a double foot stomp landing on the back of Roxxi from the top rope before using a single legged boston crib sitting down. Roxxi managed to turn it around for a moment with a running kick for a near fall. Hamada used a drop kick off the top rope to send Roxxi flying across the ring. Roxxi used a quick roll for a near fall. She then used the voodoo drop for another near fall. Hamada used a roll up for the win.

ODB vs Kong. Kong gave ODB a short arm closeline on the exposed floor causing ODB's skull to bounce. ODB used a bottle smashing it over Kong's skull for the pin.

We then went to the third fan voted best of match. Styles vs Sting from Bound for Glory (Oct 18th 2009 ppv) This was roughly a 25minute match, and I just could not sit through that much Sting. Bound for Glory is out on dvd.

Final Round of the Knock Out Tournament
ODB vs Hamada. Hamada started with a series of headbutts before using a standing hurricanrana. She then used a tornado DDT off the top rope for a near fall. ODB rolled out of the ring for a few minutes before getting kicked to the face. Hamada used a rollup cradle for another near fall. Hamada then went for a top rope move only to get strung up. ODB used her trademark fall away slam for a near fall then went right into a bear hug. Getting out Hamada used a loose kick knocking both herself and ODB to the mat. Hamada then used a cross body out of the corner for another near fall. ODB then used a jawbreaker getting back in her favour for the moment. Then Kong came to the ring with a table. It took 2 extra refs to get Kong to settle down. Back in the ring, Hamada used a kick to the skull to send ODB to the floor. She then set ODB on Kong's table and moonsaulted off the top turnbuckle. But ODB rolled off last second letting Hamada take the full blow. ODB got her back into the ring and used a TKO for the win.

ODB goes on to face Tara for the Knock Out title on Monday Jan 4th 2010 in the special 3 hour Impact which has a 8pm start time.

The final recap of 2009 was a beauty of an edited package. I thought it summed up the TNA year nicely. Cookies for the editing team.

And iTunes Canada had it ready early this morning.

I think doing a double show was a brilliant idea for the end of the year. And I am starting to wonder if this first half was a ploy to get me to write about the Knock Outs and break my rule of not talking about the women's division? Well, I will give you highlights on the Knock Out championship tournament.

First Round
Madison Rayne vs Hamada. They started with a collar tie up and Rayne got an inside roll on Hamada before Hamada started to target the arm of Rayne. Hamada delivered a few headbutts then walked the top rope before Rayne tossed her off balance. Hamada delivered a nasty sounding boot to the face. Rayne did get two near falls before having another vicious kick to the face given to her. Hamada used her hamadadriver for the win.

Traci vs ODB. ODB got the win

Roxxi vs Velvet Sky. Roxxi won with the voodoo drop.

Daffney vs Kong. Okay I have to say this though, the group of fans in the front row who were shaking the rails in time to Kong's music, um you looked like you should have been barred from ringside and I think they have a cream for that. This started off with a test of strength before Daffney got the knee out from under Kong, before Kong tossed Daffney to the ropes. Kong then used an inside leg bar submission. Kong then used her trademark slap torture rack before using her implant buster for the win.

There was a nicely packaged recap of Jeff Jarrett's .... situation... The editing team had that run a little longer then they normally run them so no cookies for you.

We then went to a fan voted best of match. From Turning Point (the Nov 15th 2009 ppv) the match of Wolfe vs Angle. They started with a collar tie up that ended with Wolfe in the corner before Angle started to work on the arm. Wolfe countered and got a wristlock on Angle while the crowd chanted "this is wrestling". Angle used a hip toss and a series of arm drags to get Wolfe down to the mat. Wolfe countered once again, getting both men up to their feet with another hammerlock. Angle was on the ropes, using them to break out of another one when Wolfe kicked the ropes, tossing Angle onto his back. Wolfe got Angle in the corner again with a simple double shove to the chest at close range before Angle kicked Wolfe. Angle used a suplex for a near fall. He got Wolfe into the corner using a series of shoulder blocks then Wolfe got out of the way sending Angle shoulder first into the ringpost. Wolfe then went to work on the left arm, using a combo submission move Angle got out of the move with a nice roll back trying to slap on the ankle lock but was unable. Angle did get a belly to belly take over before using a series of running closelines. Then Angle managed to get six german suplexes in a row. Wolfe then countered the Angle slam before using his vicious short closeline for a near fall. Wolfe was going for his tower of london but Angle blocked it. Angle went for his ankle lock, but Wolfe countered turning it into a figure four arm lock, before Angle rolled out and got his ankle lock on him. Wolfe made it to the ropes to break the hold and somehow got a mid air DDT on Angle. Wolfe then used a tower of london for a near fall. Angle went for a moonsault that caught nothing but empty canvas. Angle went for a frogsplash off the top rope for another near fall. Wolfe tapped out to the side triangle choke.

Then we were given a promo package called Before the Bell. That's all I am going to say on that.

Then we were given a recap of the ppv Final Resolution. Bashir was the one to get the Fired briefcase.

The British Invasion came out to ring side with the tag team belts. Um what? They won their match at Final Resolution vs MotorCityMachine Guns! that blows goat man. Seriously. When are we going to see those tag team belts around Sabin and Shelley??????????????? they were on commentary for the women's tag team match.

We then saw the second of the fan voted best of matches. From Turning Point the Samoa Joe vs Daniels vs A.J. Styles match. Daniels started right off with a slap/punch to Styles before getting into a punching match with Joe. Styles gave both men a series of closelines and forearms knocking Daniels down before giving Joe a series of shoulder blocks and going airborn with a flying forearm. Joe turned it around with a kick to the skull for Styles. Daniels used a jumping leg lerria (I can't spell it) knocking Joe out of the ring. Styles used a roll up for a near fall on Daniels. Styles and Daniels got into a back and forth of leapfrog before Styles went face first into the mat. Joe got back into the ring just as Styles delivered a drop kick to both men. Styles got Daniels down on the mat with a side head lock before using Daniels as a jump pole to give Joe a kick sending him face first into the ring apron before he landed outside. Joe got back into the match by using the top rope to the throat of Daniels. He then had Daniels in the corner with a series of rapid shots before kicking Styles in the ribs. Joe got Daniels down on the mat into a submission with a legbar which was broken up by Styles using a running knee drop. Styles used a suplex on Joe. Daniels started to work on the neck of Styles then got both Styles and Joe in a double submission move that was half camel clutch half boston crab. Joe bit Daniels hand breaking the hold then got Styles in the corner with a series of kicks to the neck and skull. Daniels went for a moonsault but got caught on the ropes by Styles and Joe chopped him from outside the ring. He then slapped on a rear naked choke on Daniels but Styles knocked both men out with an over the top flop. Back in the ring, Styles gets a near fall on Joe then uses a head scissors then Daniels came back into the ring and got caught in the corner. Joe then got Styles in the middle of the ring for a series of submission moves that lead him to two near falls. Daniels used a combo dragon sleeper and chokeslam getting both men in a pile up. ..... And we hit the end of this episode

Don't forget Monday Jan 4th will have a special 3 hour Impact Live. It will have an 8pm start time.

Tonight the show began with Jericho outside the arena trying to get people to s

ign a petition to allow him to Monday Night Raw. The people all shouted NO. Which is a big surprise. Then it went to theme

song.

John Cena has a

match tonight against Sheamus for the title. Mr. Machon makes an appearance to address the Hart situation to let people know if there is truth to the rumors.

First out was John Cena, he got a big audience applause, cheering. He went and pulled out a table. To which he put in the ring. And

starts setting up the table. He talks about how Sheamus became the WWE champion.

He wants to battle Sheamus in a table match. Out comes Sheamus with a peice of gold he didn't earn. Why cause he only battled like four people before getting the title shot. Sheamus claims he owns Raw which we know is not true and Cena quickly straightens him out on this situation. Sheamus doesn't want a table match. He wants Cena 1-1 on a main event match later tonight. Cena jumps over the table and throws Sheamus into the table. Proving he doesn't have much to prove.

(Matt Hardy and Evan Bourne will be making a stop at ECW tomorrow night to see

who will battle Christian for the title)

Next they talked a

bout the guest host Timbeland. They show Matthews interviewing Timbeland about whether or not the match would be postponed. and he said no. They put each other through tables what's the big deal.

Next they show Legacy talking about the movie Marine 2 where they bump into Orton who is contemplating breaking up Legacy. Talks about how last week three men beat them, three men who have nothing in common. Rhodes reminds O

rton of all the times they h

ave bailed his rear out over the past year. As Orton calls

them failures. Now Orton is gonna test them. Dibiase versus Bourne, Rhodes versus Henry. If they loose Orton will kick them out of Legacy and beat the hell outta them.

Next up are the Legacy matches. (Next they show Jericho pleading with people outside. Not going well for him.) Out first is Dibiase to fight Evan Bourne. Dibiase stared down Orton while he waited for Evan Bourne. Dibiase quick to inflict pain on Bourne to impress Orton. Each trying to pin the other. Ted Dibiase won the match claiming a pinfall. Orton looking at Dibiase like he isn't impressed.

Next up is Cody Rhodes versus Mark Henry with the same stipulation he looses he's out of Legacy and Orton will beat the hell out of him. Out comes Mark Henry the world's strongest man. Henry quick to brutalize Rhodes. Henry pushed Rhodes out of the ring. Rhodes having to dig down deep to win the match. Henry injuring his knee on Rhodes. Rhodes capitalizing on the leg injury. Cody

Rhodes won with a DDT to Henry. Orton looks impressed with Rhodes.

Gillian is next seen talking to Gail Kim, while DX with their newest recruit Hornswaggle is aiming to cause some sort of injury with a skateboard. Taping him to a skateboard to see how far he will go. DX has a match tonight with a partner of Big Shows choosing. Gillian gets flipped by Hornswaggle and shakes hands with Timberland.

Next was a Diva

match between Maryse and Kelly Kelly. Maryse dominating the match against

Kelly Kelly. Pins Kelly

Kelly for the win. And grabs a mic to remind Melina that she wants the Diva Championship Title.

Next they show Mr. McMahon heading out to the ring to make an announcement. Then they show Big Show breaking up with Jericho. Telling him to let it go.

Back to McMahon heading into the ring. He talks about the WWE Universe. And the discussion of Bret Hart comes up. Next week they have a special guest host, Brett "the Hitman" Hart. There was a match t

hat was shown in the footage where Shawn Michaels pinned Brett Hart with a sharp shooter. Vince McMahon claims that he and Michaels didn't screw Brett Hart but that Brett Hart screwed himself. He has let Brett back in the wwe, and had him inducted into the hall of fame. Brett Hart showed him utter contempt. McMahon has reservations about havin

g Brett Hart on WWE. He changed his mind and won't allow Brett Hart be on WWE Raw. And out comes Shawn Michaels. Shawn is very serious no

smiles no nothing. He goes on about the Undertaker and how he can

beat him. He's out here to appeal to his wallet. Since he knows McMahon cares about money. He tells Shawn he won't make the match that Shawn will have to make it happen. Telling

him he gets the fear of the Undertaker but the fear of Brett Hart it's um time to end the rivalry with Brett Hart. Bring him back to Monday Night Raw. If you do only good things will happen. Shawn Michaels would be more than happy to see Brett Hart one more

time.

Matthews interviews John Cena who gets attacked by Sheamus. Then they show the Diva's talking to Timbeland, and MVP playing a game on the psp player. Then they show Kofi Kingston thanking Timbeland for the opportunity to fight The Miz for a chance to battle for the title shot. If Kofi wins the match then The title match will be tonight.

The Miz versus Kofi Kingston. Kofi Kingston won the match and now the Miz has to defend his title against Kofi Kingston in the match. Miz has to find something to beat Kingston who's on top of his game. Randy Orton came out and screwed Kingston causing the match t

o end.

Kofi Kingston was seconds away from winning his title. Orton gave Kingston a RKO on the floor outside the ring.

Orton being interviewed by Matthews, and he has decided that his fight isn't over with Kingston until he says it is and is looking to kick Kingston in the skull.

Next up is DX versus Big Show and a partner of his choosing. Jericho has made it i

nto the arena and it so sad. Big Show gave him a ticket. The Big Show makes his way out with his partner Chauvo Guererro. Jericho is a mess. No tag team titles on the line in this match. DX digging down deep to beat The Big Show and Guererro. DX wins the match with Triple H delivering a pedigree. Jericho jumped the ring is trng to

yell at The Big Show and throwing a temper tantrum. DX agrees to give them one last title match and if Jericho looses he will be thrown off Ra

w forever. No way back.

Last match of the night is Sheamus versus John Cena. Both men have been attacking each other through out the night. Timbeland the guest announcer. John Cena makes his way out to the ring. And out comes Sheamus who looks like he's been oiled to death. Sheamus dominates John Cena. The match ended when Sheamus grabbed him. John Cena won the match. After the match John Cena got kicked in the head twice before it ended.

Smackdown Results :12/25 /09

I actually bothered to watch the opening credits and not just fast forward through them. I don't like them. Way too music video-ish.

Match #1 R-Truth/Finlay/Matt Hardy/John Morrision vs Luke Gallows/CM Punk/Dolph Ziggler/Drew McIntyre in an 8 man match. Finlay and Ziggler started it off. Finlay knocked Ziggler to the mat with a stiff closeline. Then slammed him hard before sitting on his chest for a near fall. R-Truth tagged in, with a roll up on Ziggler for another near fall. Ziggler finally turned it around with a wristlock and low flip. Punk tagged in with a stiff headbutt on Truth. Hardy then tagged in. He sent a series of punches to Punk leaving him in the corner. He used a bulldog for a near fall. Punk turned it back to his favour with kicks then two near falls. McIntyre tagged in getting Hardy down in the corner stepping on his throat. Ziggler tagged back in, they did a double team. He turned it into a mat match with a rear naked choke. McIntrye tagged back in stomping on Hardy again. Hardy got a hang man on him. Punk and Morrison both tagged in. Morrison used a series of closelines then a boot. McIntrye tagged in once again only to get caught in the corner by Morrison before tagging Ziggler back in. All the wrestlers jumped in and chaos happened. Morrison used starship pain for the win.

Match #2 Rey Mysterio vs Undertaker in a title match. Mysterio danced around the ring for the first few minutes before being tossed out of the ring. Undertaker went for his legdrop but Mysterio rolled out, then used a suicide dive knocking Undertaker into the rails. Undertaker got them back into the ring and used a series of headbutts. Mysterio out smarted him for a few minutes with a baseball slide before being shot into the rails. Once again brought back into the ring where Undertaker stomped on Mysterio's skull before using an elbow extension slam. Mysterio used a pup for a near fall before having a boot to the face in mid jump. Undertaker used a choke slam just before Batista came to the ring causing a DQ.

Match #3 Cryme Tyme vs Bryce Andrews/Pat Buck. This was a jobber match. JTG started this against I have no idea which one he was. He tossed him back and forth with a few irish whips then a shallow over head slam before Buck (?) tagged in. Then Shad tagged in using a few closelines and a large slam. Andrews ran in and got tossed and pressed slammed while JTG tagged in to get the win.

Match #4 Diva's match. Mickie James/Maria vs Layla/Beth Phonex. Maria and Layla started it off. Maria used an arm drag and a drop kick cornering her. Layla turned it around with a disk-kick for a near fall. Beth tagged in, choking Maria in the corner then sat on her before using the second rope for a choke out. Layla tagged in with a modified dragon sleeper arm bar. Mickie James tagged in using knees to the face and a mule kick. Then a modified paylay for the win

Match #5 DX vs Hart Dynasty for the tag team belts. JBK and Kidd started. Kidd had a few nice looking hip tosses before using a mule kick. Kidd got tossed into the corner as Triple H tagged in. He used a standing verticle suplex for a near fall. He then threw Kidd into the corner. Smith tagged in using a series of kicks. Smith used a standing verticle suplex of his own, and more impressive I must say, for a near fall. Smith used a drop ankle lock on Triple H just as Kidd tagged back in. Kidd went for a high risk move but was cut short by Triple H letting HBK tag in. HBK used a scope slam before failing to use a top rope elbow. Kidd used a spring board blockbuster for a near fall. Smith tagged back in. tossing HBK back first into the ring post then out of the ring. Another quick tag in by Kidd. Another tag in by Smith with another verticle suplex for another near fall before using a wrench style sleeper then a side suplex. Triple H tagged back in whiping Smith around the ring then a spine buster for another near fall. They double teamed Smith before Triple H used a petegree for the win.

Nice, iTunes Canada had it ready this morning.

We open with Foley tearing up an empty studio trying to beat up Nash. I think he did more damage to himself and the studio. All because he was sent to the wrong house. Um what the hell are you all doing? That was one of the worst gimmicks yet.

Abyss's promo was very good, hinting at what many of us did not get to see last week. I know there was a hardcore match that could not air on the network.

Brother Ray vs Matt Morgan in a lumberjack match. I can't call him the evil druid any more cause he actually got rid of the bad robe. Yay. Brother Ray started off looking strong in this with a series of forearms to the back and shoulders of Morgan. Morgan turned it around with a headbutt. He then got Ray backed into the corner for his trademark elbows then used a sidewalk slam for a near fall. Brother Ray then used a backdrop suplex on Morgan gaining a bit of control. Morgan got tossed out of the ring where upon Team 3D lumberjacks started their beatdown. Morgan got back into the ring where upon Brother Ray started in with a series of chops, but to no use. Morgan used a closeline on him just before Brother Ray rolled out of the ring to be beatdown by Morgan's lumberjacks. Morgan was about to go for his elevation suplex but Neal ducked in the ring for a low blow. This gave Brother Ray a chance to use a DDT for the win.

So the list for this weekends feast or fired line up includes half of World Elite. Eric Young better not loose! TNA would not be TNA without Young. Also The show will not be on next week (Dec 24th) but will return in two weeks for a special 4 hour episode on Dec 31st

The return of Jeff Jarrett. Very very cool. Too bad he had on a hat for a bad vampire movie. What is it with the men on this show and picking crappy vampire movies to talk about? Millions of vampire movies and .....

Jay Lethal vs Tatanka in another legend's challenge. I like Lethal I just hate the gimmick and the moo-moo. Lethal started off looking good with a series of punches but Tatanka used a short closeline knocking Lethal to the mat. He then used about 4 leg drops on Lethal. Lethal did manage to get a large set of knees to the back of Tatanka knocking him down before using a double sledge hammer off the top rope. Tatanka then sent Lethal flying with a brutal looking back body drop. He then used a death drop for the win. I am not sure what the point of this series is, if it is to present the legends for the upcoming show on Jan 4th? Or if it's to soon phase out this gimmick for Lethal? But you know, I did not ever think I would see Jay Lethal being the jobber in a match two in a row.

Daniels vs Wolfe. Wolfe went for his full nelson then turned it into a side headlock (I know it was not a side headlock but I missed what it was really called). Daniels got out of it only to have Wolfe slap it on again, twice. Daniels tried a rollthrough but Wolfe did not let go of the hold. Wolfe then used his knee to the shoulder of Daniels before tossing him across the ring. Daniels managed to get a side head lock of his own on Wolfe then got Wolfe down on the mat. I like that the crowd was split half chanting for Daniels half for Wolfe. Daniels got a wrist lock on Wolfe, and as Wolfe went for a roll to get out of it, Daniels hooked the leg for a near fall. Wolfe kicked out then used an upper cut. This then turned into a slap fest, before Daniels drove a flying knee into Wolfe's jaw. Daniels then used a top rope spring board for another near fall. Wolfe then used a flying hammerlock take down (FHD) for a near fall. Wolfe slapped a combo figure four armbar and cross face on Daniels but Daniels bit Wolfe's hand breaking the hold. This match hit it's ten minute time limit and was a draw.

Raven/Stevie/Steiner/British Invasion vs Styles/Angle/Tomko/Abyss/Lashley. Abyss pushed his team out of the way and hobbled in going right for Raven and Stevie. He sent them out of the ring with a large forearm then Raven bit Abyss's burned leg. Everyone else just kind of stood there for a minute. Steiner sent Lashley out of the ring, sending him from one guardrail to the other. This was not a match as much as pure chaos. The bell finally rang and we are in the ring with Brutus and Angle. Angle suplexed Brutus then tagged in the returning Tomko. Doug Williams tagged in only to get a boot to the shoulder from Tomko then got a large slam before Angle blind tagged himself back in. Brutus tagged back in as well and they double teamed Angle with the same necktie move they have been using as of late. Back and forth for a few minutes between the ring and the now street fight with Raven and the others before seeing Williams get suplexed once more by Angle. Then Big Useless ripped Tomko off the apron hard on to the floor breaking his nose by the looks of it. Styles finally tagged in, using closelines on Williams and Brutus. Styles got a roll up on Brutus for the win.

And the MotorCityMachine Guns! promo was .... um er boys.... I notice, I care, I still think you need to do something about your hair and your pants Mr. Sabin. Not changing for anyone... that sounds like a reply to something, maybe Chris Sabin really is reading this? We'll talk. And what was with Alex Shelley's floppy arm thingie can he not sit still?

Tonight on ECW A new ECW announcer was announced Savannah will be the new ring announcer.

Trent Barreta & Caylen Croft def. local competitors.

On the Abraham Washington was a special guest from Smackdown the Diva of the year Maria. Who is still very happy about her Slammy.

The Hurricane defeated The Ripper, and at the end of the match The Hurricane revealed the masked ripper who was non other than Burchill. Thus neither got an ECW contract.

In the first-ever ECW Homecoming Qualifying Match, Vladimir Kozlov competed against his estranged Ruthless Roundtable associate, Ezekiel Jackson. The winner was Ezekiel Jackson.

Kane defeated Zach Ryder in a Homecoming Qualifying Match.

Qualifying Match Challenge. The winner of the Challenge will receive an ECW Title Match against Christian at Royal Rumble!

Next week Jack Swagger will return to ECW to fight Yoshi Tatsu, to see who will get a shot at the ECW championship.
